As far as taco bell goes, this one is fast and friendly. I come by here on the way home from work and my order is always correct and warm. There isn’t a whole lot I can ask for besides that

I’ve been using the Taco Bell app. You can save money by ordering it before you pick it up. My Tip when using the app: You can order it and pick it up later or you can order it and pick it up immediately. If you are ordering it and going to pick it up immediately, I would click on «I’m here», that way the Taco Bell can start making it otherwise if you click the other button(which I can’t remember what it is) will go by your GPS location. Once your close then the Taco Bell will start making it. If you pick this option you might have to wait at the drive thru. Anyway, bottom line, if you are in a hurry, order your food through the app, click on «I’m here»(even though your not there but on your way) and you should be able to just go though the drive thru and pick it up. And don’t forget to click on the«save some coin» to save some money. I probably us this app once a month headed out to SF.

My girlfriend came through the drive-thru on Friday evening, 7:15pm. She ordered ten items for us and two friends(Cassandra E was the name on the receipt for the cashier). Fifteen minutes later back at the house we discover that not one or two, but three items are missing! We call eight times(426‑5490) from 7:30 to 7:40, but do not get through. Another fifteen minutes later my friend and I are back at Taco Bell we meet Luis. He gives us the items without question.(Are mistakes with orders that common here?) The items were given to us so quickly it appears they were waiting on the counter this whole time.(I can’t say for certain, I was talking with the cashier.) When asked about the telephone, he replies that he was been there since 5 and he didn’t hear anything. Bright side: they gave us the correct items the second time and added cinnamon twists.(Too little compensation for the extra time and gas $$$ it took to return to retrieve our neglected items.)

Ok taco bell gets five stars, for being a great fast food restaurant… so five stars for this category… not for fine dining. Let’s compare apples to apples. I stopped here for breakfast on the way to an event in Napa. Service was excellent, nice, friendly and they understood my special order. Next, the place is really clean, including the bathrooms. And the food is fresh, and prepares the way I asked. They even asked me to check it when they brought it out, to make they got my order right. So, this is now my pit-stop place when I am traveling through the area.

For a TB this has always been clean and very fast service. I come here for lunch because I like they have WiFi. Can beat the prices and the meal deals for 2.49. Includes a drink. Living in Cali has got to be tough on TB but the cheap prices fill you up for pennies!

I never had that experience in my life like that horrible customer service. We were on our way back from shopping stop by order food drive thru, like everything without meat just with beans. They even charge us extra I confirm my order twice even when I paid at drive thru window and she said it right. And they told us to pull thru the front so they can prepare our big order. They bring our order and we count our items and left. When we reached home everone was hungry and they start eating. After few bites, we found out they didnt put extra stuff we ask for and they charged us for that. And after that we found out all the stuff have meat which we strictly told them not too. When we went back 15 miles drive, they shift manager was very rude and she said chicken is not meat. One of other co worker who was standing there her name was Maria«Mexican» said its ok to have meat even if you are vegetarian and chicken us vegetarian. They were making fun of other peoples believes. My daughter is 13 years old who never had taste of meat in her life, she was crying bcz she had one bite accidentally. On top of that they made wrong food, bad customer service, and speaking bad language on front of other customers. I will never go back to that place again. I want to ask religious people out there if that was appropriate behaviour. I am not even giving any star but this application doesn’t allow me to post until I select

This is by far the cleanest, most consistent Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. My words hold their weight, as I am the president &CEO Of Taco Bell weekly magazine, a magazine that explores the diversity of the«Meximerican» food movement that Taco Bell has introduced into American culture. 5/5, would recommend.

Last night, I came here with my boyfriend and ordered food, two strawberry freeze and a cup of water at the drive thru. I was the only car at first. After approaching the drive thru menu, the cashier tells me panicking, hold on hold on okay, so I tell her okay. A minute or two later she comes back on and asks for my order. First thing I noticed was the attitude the cashier was giving me through the intercom asking what kind of meat I wanted because she had to repeat it after I didn’t hear the first time. I could barely hear because of the rain. So I drive to the window, the cashier is rushing so fast and panicking in getting everything done that she almost drops a few things. I notice another car behind me but that’s it. She then asks what sauce I want and I say ‘fire’. «Sorry we’re out, is there any other sauce?» I tell her to get the next hottest one, so she rolls her eyes and tells her other co-worker hot. Okay. So after finally rushing to give my food and drinks. I start to take a couple of seconds to make sure my food was all there, after noticing them rushing, just to make sure they didn’t miss anything. The other cashier then came to the window and started telling me that she can fix anything in my order but she’s on a timer and she needs me to GO, literally shooing me away with her hands like I was a bug. So I tell her, confused, I was just making sure everything was there. but she continues to argue with me and shoos me away with her hands again telling me sorry you really need to leave. Tell me, how would you be able to fixed anything wrong if there was any, if your shooing me away to leave? So I leave, confused and bothered and in the end, they forgot to give me my water. That doesn’t bother me much, but their customer service did. Is your timer more important than your customer service? It wasn’t busy at the drive thru at all which confused me, maybe inside but that’s something you should be staffed enough for, right? Staffed enough to get everything done on time? Inside and for the drive thru? The fact that she shooed me with both her hands away like I was a bug or child bothered me ALOT. I didn’t even take a minute to check my food. Im sure she wouldn’t have done it to 30 year old and up individuals but we’re in our 20’s and I guess she thought it was okay. Very unhappy with this location, they always seem to run out of things and are unusually closed early whenever I come here. Went to the other location in Fairfield one time, after finding out the Suisun location was closed early and they told me they had a lot of complaint about the Suisun location. I’m pretty much done here. There’s nothing you can really do.

I’m not really a big fan of Taco Bell’s food, although I have to say that every time I’ve come to this location, I am beyond impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. There is almost never a line. If there is a line, it’s never more than a few cars, and it goes by really quickly. There have been plenty of times I have driven up(no line), ordered, paid, and gotten my food in less than a minute. I’m not kidding. For a fast food restaurant, that feels like nothing short of a miracle.

Nonsense. I came to this taco bell after work because I was starving and found out that they closed early! They said they ran out of food… okay… isn’t that your job? Ya know… to be prepared to meet the customers needs? Good job taco bell, another dissatisfied customer. I’m not coming back to this restaurant I advise others to make the trip to Jack In The Box right across the street. At least they’re consistent.

Of all the Taco Bells around, this one is the best for drive-thru and dining in. The drive-thru line goes fast and I can’t recall a single instance where I’ve gotten the wrong food here. The people working the drive-thru can be either very personable or jammin’ orders out so fast they keep the convo on the transaction, which I don’t mind. Eating in here is great too. I would say 9 times out of 10 the employee will bring your food to your table themselves. We’ve even gotten some slightly special treatment sitting inside. During Christmas time for instance, the manager walked around handing out candy to all the tables. On our last visit, a different manager brought my daughter one of their slushie style drinks just to try out, completely on the house. Everyone here seems like they’re focus is on their job instead of socializing too. Too often at fast food places there’s just a hoard of teenagers in the back gossiping about personal stuff instead of getting things out efficiently. Not so here. It almost feels funny leaving a 5 star review at a Taco Bell, but this place deserves it.

This Taco Bell is always clean and usually a very short line. Workers seem friendly and competent –which is always a plus! Be sure to order the new grilled nacho wrap, yummy!

Food is good and service is fast. Typical drive thru experience but earns a three star because they keep forgetting to put my apple empanada in the bag on many, many, many occasions. But I keep coming back because of the fast service and cheap food to snack on late at night.

I used to be a regular at Taco Bell, but in recent years I’ve gotten away from fast food. Every once in a while I still get a craving for Taco Bell, and such was the case on my way home late from work recently. It will be a while before I go back to Taco Bell, and despite the convenience of this location, I will probably go to a different Taco Bell if I get that craving. On March 1 I pulled into the drive-through and ordered 3 crunchy tacos. The cashier was friendly when she took my order, and there was no one in front of me in line. She told me she would give me the total at the window. I immediately pulled straight through to the window and my order was already done. That should have been a big clue for me. I know it doesn’t take long to fix 3 tacos, but I think it would take longer than 5 or 10 seconds to have them fixed, wrapped and bagged by the time I pulled forward those few feet. Anyway, I requested 6 mild sauces, paid for my tacos and headed home(3 minutes away). When I arrived home, first I found that there were only 4 mild sauces in the bag. I was disappointed but I didn’t get too upset over it. What I did not like however, was that all 3 of my crunchy tacos were already cold and had soggy shells. One had refried beans on the outside of the shell, and another had a small amount of sour cream inside the taco. I don’t really care for refried beans, and I can’t stand sour cream! So now I’m feeling like maybe they had these tacos leftover from a previous order and I got stuck with them. The cold, soggy tacos were awful and I couldn’t eat but a few bites. After getting off work and then home so late, I didn’t feel like driving back to have them fix my order, especially for a $ 3 order, and besides, I really wasn’t in the mood for Taco Bell any longer after those few bites. I’ll take a $ 3 loss, but that Taco Bell will be losing out on a lot more than $ 3 from me. I’ll drive a couple miles out of my way before I ever go back there!
