Dr. Doe is no longer there but I still had a pleasant experience with another optometrist, she was very kind.

Customer service… I have to take my hat off to this company. They treated me great, they were on point with all my needs, and they work with my insurance.
I was a bit late to my appointment but the staff greeted me with a smile. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Love this office. They are a friendly staff who knows their patients well. They have a decent selection of frames and are very patient. They welcome whole families and work well with kids too. We have been going to this office for about 4 years now and have yet to be disappointed. Their options are great and we have seen all three doctors and have been treated with respect. They are very concerned for our healthy eye care.
We have even gone in with broken frames and have been very eager and helpful to fix them. Thanks Canyon View!

Dr. Shuham is a wonderful optometrist, and the staff at Canyon Vision is courteous and helpful.
Unlike the previous reviewer, my review is based on the quality of service and not the prices of the frames, which typically run higher at optometry offices rather than other mass lens crafting stores.
This office is also open 5 days a week, including Saturdays, which is a rare convenience for those who cannot take the days off work during the week to get their eyes checked.
Canyon Vision has a sister optometry office in Studio City where I had gone happily for years, which is how I know of Dr. Shuham. I’ve recommended her to others, and they too have been more than satisfied with the quality of the service they have received.

The service here is so-​so. You make an appointment yet your appointment time rolls arounds and you’re still waiting. They take you into a room and you wait. You get out to try on glasses, and surprise surprise you wait yet again.
I got my glasses here, and when I inquired about getting a prescription for my contact lenses they informed me that I had to tell them BEFOREHAND if I wanted an eye exam for contacts. So I asked them how much another eye exam would be and they said around $ 179! I had just had an eye exam and they weren’t even willing to take that into account.
So intead I went to the Costco in Pacoima. Walked right in (NO APPOINTMENT), filled out one page of paperwork, was seen, and fitted for contacts in less than half an hour. Dr. Shad Saremi was super nice as was his staff. Plus he gave me enough trial contacts to last me for three weeks, a free solution, and a page of rebates. And candy to boot. All in all a pretty sweet deal for $ 89. Yes, that’s right $ 89 bucks. So if you don’t have insurance skip this place and head to Costco. You can always take your prescription back here to buy the glasses.

cant say anything but great things about Canyon Vision Center. The service was amazing, I got in and out in no time and the staff was super duper friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. So excited to get my Ray Bans!

Do not come here for glasses! Sure they have nice frames but thats about all they have! Everything is WAY overpriced, the lenses are crazy overpriced and dont even come with a coating or anything. They offer no sort of returns. And the buisness hours are a joke, they are never open it seems like, maybe 3 days out of the week. Dont waste your time or money here. I will go to LENSCRAFTERS always now for my optical needs!
