If anyone knows where we can find these owners, please let me know by private message. My friends loved Helen and Dwight and would like to know if they started a restaurant in another location!

I and 3 other friends went to infused sushi 1÷23÷14. Was a Friday night. we were the only ones in the place. Went with a groupon deal. Order dinner from Helen, she was great. The food was really good, for a hotel restaurant. Would I go back? yes I would. Planing to go back for lunch. see you there.

Infused is an unusual sushi joint well off the beaten path that has a honky tonk-meets-sushi bar vibe unique in my experience. I came in late on a Monday evening and there were only a few other customers. Apparently, they do quite a business as a dance bar, too. The fare was decent(sashimi combination) and quite inexpensive($ 18 for around 8 – 9 oz of fish including some nigiri). If you’re on a budget and love sushi/sashimi, give Infused a try.

I really like this restaurant. The food were really good, especially the dragon roll. The also had super good attitude of helping people. The only problem is that there are too less people, but that makes it faster:) I think this Is a really good restaurant and you should try it too.

4.2 stars for this place. Came here once, and it was great. Ordered their famous dragon roll. The dragon roll was flavorful, yummy, and colorful. Also had some tempura and steak since other ordered it. Beef was nice and cooked, sauce was good. Tempura was nice. Had fried crab sticks and mushrooms. Overall, very good food wise. Waitress was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I’ll be back though it is quite far.

Context: A friend gave us a coupon for this sushi restaurant — spend more than $ 50 and get $ 25 off. This place was attached to a hotel yet it was totally EMPTY on a Friday night evening when we stepped in(7pm ish). The place was huge which only made it even more uncomfortable being the only customers(for awhile). The place looked like a dimly lit 90s bar. The food portions were very generous but the ingredients were not fresh. For example, the deep fried pork cutlets felt like it was sitting out for a while. It was not crispy. Tempura batter was too thick and tasted somewhat soggy when you bite into. The sushi was sub-par and I was apprehensive trying my friend’s sashimi given the quality of food I’ve experienced. By the end of our meal, about 3 – 4 tables besides us got filled up. The service staff were nice. An elderly lady came up to us by the end of the meal to ask how the food was. I couldn’t bare to give her an honest review so I kept silence and let my friends chime in with polite pleasantries.

OMG, we eat out a lot and we have NEVER had such a bad meal. We had a Groupon and ordered food to go. The steak was overcooked and fatty, sushi was warm and the tempura was greasy. After we got home we re toasted it to render the grease out but it was still not very good. AVOID this place unless you are staving to death. We do agree the waitress was very nice.

This place is in a Ramada Inn. There’s no ambiance. The food was okay but out sever, Helen, was great. She made it a great dinner.

Your basic sushi restaurant. Hotel bar basically… It’s the Ramada Inn Sushi ANDBURGER + nightclub! Lol… didn’t say that in any reviews. The interior was less than desirable. Looked like a beat down Bennigan’s. Fish tanks need a cleaning in a BADWAY. … as I’m suredoes the carpet. Service was great, but not impressed with food. Sushi was room temperature. Pieces were small. Chicken teriyaki was fatty and a few bone/cartilage pieces. Sauce was great though. Gyoza was mainly empty and devoid of much flavor. If you are staying at the Ramada, there are much worse places to eat.

Visited this spot because of the certificate. Great selection and good sushi. My daughter ordered the Dragon Roll and it passed her taste test. There’s a full bar and lots of space. Looks can be deceiving so don’t judge a book by its cover. This place will get busy once the stadium opens.

Service is a must and Infused succeeded in winning my heart. The 49er sushi roll is a must ;)

This star goes to my server. She was excellent: attentive, quick, kind, jovial, everything you’d ask for in a server and more. I’d come here if I was on a business trip, got placed at the Ramada Inn and really really needed an alcoholic beverage. I came here because I wanted to use a coupon(for the very first time) and the moment I walked in for a Monday night dinner, we were the ONLY ones there. As we were seated, there were 3 or 4 others who walked in and I saw their coupon too. It was quiet, most of the restaurant did not have their lights on except around the bar area. The food… oh Lord, the food… We ordered the dragon roll, a paradise tray(sampler appetizer) and and california roll. I’m used to the CA rolls having the fake crab salad inside, not a cube of the fake crab. I’m used to sashimi being a bit on the colder side than room temperature. I actually tear my sashimi in small pieces than eating large chunks. When I tore it, it seemed… stale and dry. I don’t know if one could even describe raw fish as stale. Regardless of the food not meeting my expectations and sashimi being«stale», everything was edible and my sister and I did not get sick(yay!) but, as we were eating we had two thoughts in our minds: My sister’s mind: I’m never coming back. My mind: I’m never coming back for the food and how can I at least give this place two stars on Unilocal? I’m not going to announce to the world that this place should be avoided because I’m sure the desserts and booze are great. If they revamped the place and improved the quality of food, I’d certainly be back(with a coupon).

The service was fast(well, there were only 4 other people there) and the lady serving us was nice. HOWEVER… the quality totally sucked. For $ 15, my fiancé’s cod entrée was tiny with a few pieces of other things on the plate. My salmon teriyake tasted like it was over defrosted. The ginger smelled funny as if it’s been sitting around for a while. My shrimp tempura was slightly undercooked, but I was starving so everything went in. The bill between us was about $ 50 for two entrees and tea. Holy cow.

I have been wanting to try infused for a While. So I rolled my Work Whip Thumper to Infused and Parked in their Large Lot. Infused is located on the right side of the Ramada Inn. When you enter it looks like a Chilis style restaurant. I sat at the Sushi Bar. I was presented with Miso Soup and a Garden Salad. Both were Satisfactory nothing out of the ordinary. I perused the Menu and ordered the 13 piece Sashimi Dinner. The Sushi Chef prepared my Meal in front of me. He cut the Sashimi in good sized portions. When he was done he presented it to me. The Tamago was pretty tasty. Some of the Sashimi was not as fresh as it could have been. Which disappointed me. I finished my meal and paid my tab with my Discover Card. and rolled out.

Our Server and the Owner were so sweet and deserve 5 stars for friendliness, professionalism, and overall great service. However, the sushi is A-OK. There wasn’t any special rolls on the menu, just the average ones such as rainbow roll, caterpillar roll, etc… Most prices were great, but some of the rolls were a tad too much. I’m an avid Ikura nigiri girl – salmon roe– so I know if it’s fresh or needs to be tossed, it comes with two pieces, i didn’t eat the second one, enough said. My mother ordered a Yakisoba with vegetables– a stir fried noodle dish– this was really good:)) Kinda weird setup, there’s a restaurant area, and a sports bar area, an outside patio area that says if you sit out here you won’t get served??? ok? And there are closed off private rooms I wasn’t able to see inside. If I were to go here again I’d try some of their other dishes besides the sushi. Maybe a Jujuyaki – Teppan Hot plate– that sounds yummy.

Can’t help to feel a little sorry for this restaurant. The location is odd. It is inside a Ramada Hotel in a fairly deserted neighborhood of nothingness. The ambiance is strange. It is a Japanese restaurant and also a bar. Not those fancy sushi bar serving cool fusion cocktails I am afraid. Imagine an old school American diner and sushi bar jammed together. That is what Infused Sushi & Tri-Burger looks like. The menu is fairly extensive, even appears to be lacking focus. You can find Japanese kitchen food, set meals, some izakaya dishes, traditional nigiri as well as all American burgers, fries and steak. I was very surprised to find no designer Americanized sushi rolls on the menu. Price was very economical. At this price range I was prepared for some very mediocre fish quality. Ordered 10pc chef’s choice nigiri set. Fish selection was pretty standard and the quality was indeed as average as I have expected. It won’t be too difficult to find better maguro and sake at any Japanese groceries. The tamago nigiri I have ordered on the side was actually fairly likable. The Alaska Roll(salmon and avocado maki) was not too bad either. I was hoping their kitchen food would be better but unfortunately the oyako don was also very average. Chicken meat was fairly tender but the egg was overcooked. Service was very friendly and attentive. I really wouldn’t ask for more in that department. Only wished there were more for me to love.

We didn’t want to try Yo Yo Sushi down the street in the shopping center, so when we made our way down to the phở restaurant, we saw Infused. James said, «This place looks empty. Ghetto sushi!» I said, «It’s true… who would go to a sushi place that’s connected to a mediocre hotel chain on a rainy day?» So we decided to come here. It was during their happy hour, so James got five crispy chicken wings for only $ 2. He ordered the tempura don and I ordered the san sai udon, which consist of mountain vegetables. Noticed how neither of us ordered sushi? We were still a bit skeptical about the quality of the fish here considering the turnover rate probably isn’t too high, but I could be completely wrong — maybe this place is flourished during lunch hours or weekends! The service was very friendly. Our waitress reminded me of my grandma, except much friendlier and way less judgmental. She went and checked whether the egg rolls were vegetarian or not for us. Sadly they have meat in them, but she said that’s a good suggestion, that maybe they can consider carrying vegetarian egg rolls. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of food here — they have bento combos, udon, soba, yaki soba, rolls, sashimi, nigiri, yakitori… and some western stuff such as chicken wings, steak, burgers, fries, etc. The restaurant tries very hard to cater to travelers with various preferences, and they were quite accommodating while we were there. James’s fried chicken wings sounded very crispy; when he bit into them, I could hear the crunch. The skin did not appear to be overly fried and the wings had a light, golden glow. They provided Japanese ranch(which tasted way lighter than the goopy American ranch) and sriracha as dipping sauces. Shortly after the chicken wings, our food came out. The tempura don was not anything spectacular looking, but it came with various veggies and some shrimps on a bed of rice, and a side salad. The salad tasted fresh and the dressing was creamy. I think it could be mayo or ranch based, with pink dots in them… not sure what they were, but they were sweet. My san sai udon was… OK. The soup tasted clean, as in it tasted soapy. I mean, not overwhelmingly soapy, but it was definitely noticeable(by me only, apparently, because James said it tasted fine…). Should I be glad that they wash their dishes in soap? Or should I be sad that they didn’t wash the soap off? Or maybe that’s just how the soup was supposed to taste, and if that’s the case, then that’s bad. The udon noodles were chewy, and not the slimy mess that you find at some terrible Japanese restaurants, so that was a plus. When they say«mountain vegetables», they really mean it. There’s no tofu or eggs in the noodle, the whole thing was just very plain with bits of veggies in it, oh and seaweed, but that’s not from the mountain. I thought the food tasted decent, minus the soapy taste. They are a bit overpriced, probably because this is a hotel restaurant for those suckers that did not want to venture out of the hotel parking lot. I think it’s the service here that puts this place to a three-star rating. As far as the food goes, minus one star for the soapy soup and the long wait for the food to come out(the restaurant was near empty when we were there), so I can only give the food a two-star.
