KFC

Yummy. Great customer service, fast, and always fresh. We always get it to go because we live right around the corner, but its also a tad bit small inside. Very convenient and the smell always lures me inside.

There’s a few others around that are nicer and or have taco bell as well but this one was decent. Love the extra crispy chicken and biscuit classics. A tell tale of the overall quality of KFC is the cleanliness of the heat lamp area and dryness or over exposure of the chicken, fries and other fried items, glass and or grease or bugs that may accrue in that area. This one is fairly clean.

They have botched TWO orders in a row! I can’t tolerate miserable, incompetent service. No more!

I haven’t been to KFC in a long time, and finally caved yesterday. I just couldn’t resist… I even turned around and started walking back to my car, but the urge to go was too great!
When I walked in, the first thing I noticed how tiny the place was. Seriously-​a few tables, enough to seat 10 – 15 max. I ordered a popcorn snack cup and a side of coleslaw. The popcorn chicken was much better than I remember-​not greasy at all. The potato wedges also were satisfactory. I will say the coleslaw was a little watery. I don’t know if that’s unusual or not, as I haven’t had the coleslaw before.
The customer service was also good. I was greeted with a smile, and was given plenty of time to think out my order… as I had no clue what the heck I was going to order. Overall, this KFC was good in my book. Nothing to complain about. If I get the hankering, I’ll be back!

took some fried chicken out (legs and wings). the meat were so dry and doesn’t taste well. It looks like they are the leftover from yesterday. I hate this !

New management or something., I’ve gone back to getting my chicken here… Last few meals here have been fine. Back to a recommend. Staff is quick and friend! y. Food is better than standard KFC. Should be 3.5 stars but website is messed up.

The Double Down is so salty that almost no other flavor is noticeable. Good chicken ruined with cheap cheese and lots of salt.

I pre-​ordered their deep-​fried cajun turkey for our church luncheon one week ahead of time. On the order form, we gave them the time we want When I came to pick up my turkey, they said it’s not ready and would be another 30 minutes. The manager said sometimes people come late to pick up their order so they wait to cook it in the last minute. What’s the point of a pick up time if they’re not going to adhere to it? The manager also said that I won’t be happy if the turkey is bloody. After unhappily waiting for 30min, the turkey was still bloody. Gross. Horrible service!

Ordered 3 piece chicken strip meal. Only thing worth eating was the mash potatoes! What a waste!

The Good…
KFC is 5 minutes from my house which is great for a crispy chicken fix. They serve the standard KFC quality.
The Bad…
1^st order of a meal to go and instead of Mixed they gave me all grilled. I go to KFC for some crispy chicken, wasted trip.
2^nd Meal order to go and they didn’t give all the chicken we ordered, had to make food after all. Called to complain and the manager said they would send me a gift card… never happened.
3^rd Meal… I missed my turnoff for the Mountain View location so even though I swore to not go back and it had been about 2 years… I tried it again. New friendly staff and I ordered mixed. They bagged it up nice and I was in a hurry, I paused to check it but didn’t. I’m an idiot! They gave me all grilled again, No crispy! Next time I even consider going to this place I should get struck by lightning.

This is a very small KFC, plan to take out. The food is hot and they always have the original chicken breasts, unlike other KFC’s I have been to where it seems they always run out 2 hours prior to closing.
The price is the same as any other KFC.
What sets these guys apart is the friendly service. They have excellent customer service with a smile. If you do have to wait for something which isn’t very often then they will take care of you by giving you a free drink while you wait.
I recommend this KFC!

Its a lil small, but this place has good service and nice people.

People here are nice, but the crispy chicken really sucked. Didn’t feel good after eating it either.

Take-​out-​Always ! KFC has always been an all time fav since i was a kid. This place is right by my work. So on the way home I can pick it up and go. Customer service is just normal. I haven’t had a extremely bad experience or wait.

I came to KFC to order a 8 piece family meal. I went to this KFC chain at 2:30pm to beat the Superbowl Rush and I did!
I waited 50 minuts (and I am not exaggerating) for a bucket of chicken. The staff was disorganized and it was only after I followed-​up with the teller did I learn that they had lost my ticket! I was not happy with the service and definitely voiced my opinion. The staff told me to go to another KFC to get food if I am not happy with the service.
KFC Mgmt, if you spend so much money on advertisement to get foot traffic into KFC the day of Superbowl, then be prepared to staff your team to meet the demands. Also, please find more patient and polite employees.

I’ve been coming to this KFC for years now ever since I was young. They’re pretty reliable and have never gotten any of my orders wrong. Also it doesn’t take too long to wait for your food. The employees are always polite and pleasant.

Small. Tiny. Teeny. A-​OK.
As long as my food is hot and tastes like any other KFC it’s all good and aint no thang but a chicken wanggggg.

I usually order to go when I come here. The establishment cleanliness is just ok. Not horrible.
I have stopped eatting their fried chicken becuase it makes me feel like crap after! Totally not worth it!
The only thing I would go for are the chicken pot pie and the chocolate parfait.
The manager there is a cool funnie guy and the rest of the employee seems like they just want to get the F outta there…
