it seems missing part of order is trending the moment… ordered 20 pc nugget, but only got 10. check your order.

Go out of your way to avoid this McDonald’s. It’s consistently the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve given them countless chances and I’m done. Took 20 min for 3 cars to get through the drive thru and no apologies were made by staff. They hardly even acknowledge you or make eye contact. It’s just rude.

By far the worst customer service ever… I ordered a breakfast platter that they got wrong, then I go back nice as can be to have it corrected after waiting 5minutes watching them wash trays & they want to recharge me … Screw them never again… I’ll stick with the 80 year old slow Mc Donald’s down the street

I am not a very picky person but I came here after me and my boyfriend left Goldland USA. Went through the drive thru which there wasn’t alot of the people and the staff was really nice. McDonald’s looked clean on the outside and they’re werent garbarge hangin out from everywhere like some places are late Saturday night, however when I got home…
The quality of the food was probably one of the worst I had ever experienced from a McDonald’s and I have driven across country twice. I ordered a Kid’s Happy Meal because I wanted the Hello Kitty toy lol But the bun on my burger was extremely hard I had to throw out the bottom part of the bun and my meat patty was extremely peppery. In addition my fries weren’t cooked long enough and were so salty I had to throw them out :(Wouldn’t recommend.

Takes a while to get food they were out of straws they barely speak English and the location is understaffed

Little known fact Our Bay Area McDs sells REAL De-​café Coffee. They serve Non Chemical removed de-​cafs. Swiss Water Process or SWP for short.
Both Starbuck and Peets have one SWP and If you want SWP they will French Press it for you. 7 – 10 mins wait time. All of the other Decafs use a chemical to extract the caffeine. Have you ever gotten a-​little buzzy from a decafe drink. Good news, it’s not you. The chemical used has buzz built in.
If you are going to drink De-​café try the real thing.

I doubt anyone reads these reviews before deciding to drive over to this place and grab a quick lunch, but the management needs to know what a terrible job they are doing in training and inspiring their crew to welcome the customer to their «restaurant» and thank them for spending their money there.
I went to this McDonald’s drive through window to pick up a breakfast combo and received really really poor service. It was like no one told the cashier and the person at the pick up window that they were supposed to show their appreciation that I chose their «restaurant». But it was way worse than that. So bad that I took the time to go to their website and send a message to the management telling them about the poor service I received. No response yet.
So Here’s what happened when I went. . The person who took my order via the intercom was talking so fast I couldn’t understand what she said but I gave my order and went to the first window to pay. I couldn’t help thinking that this was a robot with no emotions at all, but she had obviously had way too much coffee so she was talking so fast I couldn’t really get what she was trying to say. She did say thank you though as she handed me back my card and receipt.
So I finished paying and went to the pick up window and here’s where the bad training was obvious. The dark skinned girl who came to the window looked at me like I was the one who snatched her purse last week or something, such dirty looks! She had to ask me what I ordered and got mad when I took a second to answer. She eventually handed me my drink and food with no «thank you» or anything. The food was stale and greasy and the soda was flat.
For the price of this breakfast I could almost afford real food like an all-​you-​can-​eat salad bar or a bag of food from the grocery store.
Please try, in the future, to put out food that is edible and when you serve it to me just be pleasant and appreciative that I chose your restaurant. Don’t yell at me and then throw the bag of «food» at me.

Last time I checked it was FAST food. I only have a half an hour lunch & I literally waited in line for 20 minutes & had to get out of line to be back to work on time. There weren’t even that many cars in front of me & it still took that long for whatever reason. Thanks for a memorable time of me never coming back!

People eat fast food for a reason, because its fast. THATS WHY ITS CALLED FAST FOOD. I ordered my food 8:18am in the drive thru. I was third waiting to get my order. I did not know it was going to take 13 minutes to move one car space. If I can recall, I was informed my food is microwaved. It is premade and delivered. Why would it take 25 minutes to get a fast food order. Again it’s called FAST FOOD for a reason. The worst McDonald’s ever. Check it out for yourself if you have 30 minutes or less to wait in the a drive thru.

Ordered «tender chicken selects». Instead of 3 large pieces, they served a few nuggets. There was hardly any chicken in them. Terrible.

Why? Why does it take so long to get food here? I see the food sitting there and I see the workers milling around like zombies doing fuck-​all so why does it take so long to get anything to eat here?
I haven’t been here in several months and every time I come back out of desperation I remember why I try not to return.
It’s fitting that the morning customers are all 900-​year-​old men that literally have nothing else to do but sit there drinking their senior coffees and reminisce about being in the Battle of Thermopylae, or Gettysburg, or storming Iwo Jima, because the staff is just as slow as they are. Slowest. McDonald’s. Ever.

Was shopping in the area and had urge of junk food. Saw the golden arches and my brakes left a mark in the asphalt. Big Mac meal was going to be my trashy menu of the week. Served fast, correctly and nicely done. I like the layout of the restaurant and the fact you can walk to the many cool stores located in that strip mall.

Absolutely worst McDonald’s /​fast food restaurant ever! I’ve been here a few times because I live close by and I’m always amazed how unprofessional the employees are. They curse like sailors (using the F word again and again in front of my children) and perform their jobs to the lowest possible degree. The 3 or 4 times I’ve been to the drive thru its taken well over 10 minutes… even with no line. And when I get to the window it becomes clear that it took 15 minutes because the employees are messing around and misbehaving. They openly talk about how much they hate their jobs each and every time I’m there.
It’s literally as if the place was ran by 10 year olds who love to curse.

There was a huge spider on my drivers side window and I couldn’t roll it down for fear of it getting in my car. I rolled down the back window and tried to order through it. When I pulled up to pay I tried to pay through the back window and the employee looked at me funny. I told him my situation at which point he GRABBED the spider off my window for me. These guys are always great!

There’s a mature hispanic woman who works here. I think she’s a manager or other senior member, and occasionally works the drive-​thru. She’s very pleasant, seems to like what she’s doing and the to-​go bags are always packed neatly. Good for her.

Where is the NO STAR button? WHERE IS IT? WHERE IS IT?
This is the worst McDonald’s I have been to in South Bay. The folks working at the McDonalds here is slow and zones out. As a result, the drive-​thru line is always long!
Today, I suggested walking in to get our McFlurry (snack size) and Strawberry Sundae. Upon ordering the two dessert, the lady strolled slowly to the soft serve machine and got some vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce. She handed it to me and said «here you go» and walked away aimlessly. Upon seeing me still looking at her, she walked back towards me lazily and I asked her for peanuts. She walked back to where she was and grabbed the peanuts and gave it to me.
With my order complete, she stared at me and my friend with an empty look. We then told her we were waiting for a McFlurry also. She then walked back to the soft serve machine and waited a while and turned around and asked if we ordered a «snack size». We nodded.
I don’t eat melted ice cream and proceeded to eat my ice cream while she was making the McFlurry in slo-​mo. I was 50% of my way done with my strawberry sundae before my friend got his McFlurry. So much for eating dessert together!

I oftenly come here bcoz it’s close to where I live. My son love McDonald, he always crazy to collect the McDonald’s toys. I like this place …

I come here because it’s close to where I live and I need a pick-​me up before I play morning golf at Sunken Gardens. Props to the morning drive-​thru guy who’s always friendly and swift. Your coffee & sausage mcmuffin helps me jumpstart my day.

Decent drive through. You pay for what you get.

Okay now I see why the low ratings. Today was horrible. I ordered a big mac and there was no sauce on it. My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich plain and it had everything on it. Her chicken sandwich was nothing but fat. She could not eat it. The fries were cold and old we tossed them. My last reviews were based on breakfast. I will never come here for lunch again. Not sure maybe they have a different staff for breakfast.
