Dunkin’ Donuts

Do not go to this dunkin donuts! It is the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to and it is a shame because it’s the only 1 in the area and we typically prefer dunkin over starbucks. However we have now switched over to become loyal starbucks customers. This dunkin cuts corners, is very cheap and doesnt even make your coffee properly. For example when you order an iced coffee they don’t mix the syrup or sugar and they over fill it with so much ice that you cant stir it to try to make it properly on your own. Another example is when you order a hot coffee they don’t fill it up. I have now on 2 occasions received beverages that have only been filled 2 thirds of the way please see my picture. These guys are unaccomodating, rude, and are not trying to make an honest buck. Do not go here. Dunkin corporate please step in.

I’ve always received horrible and rude service, today was the FIRST time I didn’t leave this location unhappy and I think the woman at the window, Melanie, was the reason why. She actually smiled and wasn’t the least bit rude! The only problem with my visit was that whoever made my large iced coffee (that was supposed to have light ice and a hazelnut swirl flavor) didn’t put enough of the flavor sweetener. Other than that, thanks to Melanie, I was satisfied for the first time!

The workers there are trying to convince me every time that a cappuccino is the same as a latte, and they are always out of donuts. They are an embarrassing for the brand. Go somewhere else.

Noon on a Saturday, I counted no less then 13 workers yet none knew what to do when I was standing at counter being ignored, customer service ain’t what it used to be!

Friendly service and your drinks and food come out quickly and correctly as ordered. Not the freshest of pastries in the afternoon but what can you expect from a place that does not make the donuts on site (perhaps a stale discount???).

This is my go-​to dunkin donuts when I’m back at my parents’ house — I frequent it more than I want to admit! Everyone there is always very friendly, the service is generally prompt, and they never mess up my order. My one complaint? They never stock garlic bagels!!! When I asked for one they said they never have had them and acted like I was crazy, but my local DD in Southern MD (as well as most I’ve been to) always has them… I guess I can forgive them since they always have coconut flavoring available for iced coffee — yum!

I stopped here to get a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich. A little lady greeted me at the drive-​thru window and took my money for my order. Everything was fine until I noticed she was collecting money and preparing sandwiches without gloves. I sat and watched this little lady dig her dirty nails in my egg, toast, and sausage. I politely asked her to remake my sandwich with gloves and she did so after a brief pause. SMH customer service was ok, but make sure you watch that little lady’s hands.
