Can NEVER reach them. Answering machine is a bit dicey, some man speaking and/​or it’s a «memory is full» situation.
Businesses should get themselves a bit more together than this.
Strange place.
(Had 3 sessions there total, technician was absolutely fine– the non-​Eastern European one).

DO NOT GO TO SPAFIT. Spafit syosset is one of the worst locations you could have ever gone to. My first experience was with Melanie, who was the worst, most unhygienic laser tech you could find in the business. After completing most of my treatments and barely seeing results, I was told that Spafit Syosset was under new management. Sabrina came in and tried to fix up as much as she could. My treatments with Sabrina went very well and she did do her best to fix the place. Leena is also very good.
However, the entire Spafit system is terrible. I’m at Spafit syosset as I write this because they are closed today, when my appointment is set for 12:30. This is not the first time and I’m not the first person to say this. The Jericho location tried to call me from the information they had in their system from 2 years ago (and I have changed my number since visiting them). they do not have access to the current information that syosset has, which makes their whole system crap.
I’m highly dissatisfied with all of Spafit, and owners need to get better systems, or they will continue losing clients.

Didn’t call me to tell me they were cancelling my appointment. Found out when I showed up and the place was locked. I called the Jericho office to see what happened and there was a note about rescheduling. They’re franchises so they have nothing to do with each other. They can see appointments but that’s about it. I rescheduled with Jericho with enough time for my wedding, thank goodness. I went through so much trouble and rescheduling myself to make this work. I’m livid and plan on telling all my girlfriends, especially the engaged ones, to avoid this location.

This place is great! I’ve been going here for almost a year now for laser hair removal. Melanie is always sweet and attentive, plus she makes sure to pay attention to everything. Getting an appointment is easy and everyone makes you feel welcome. In short, they are professionals! I’ve also bought blue light therapy and microdermabrasion packages that I hope will help me with acne scarring on my back. I would highly recommend this place!!!
