Quality chicken burgers Reasonable price(I believe it is somewhat expensive though) Waiting line can be a headache, although the waiting time is not that bad.(Waiting line seems move faster than Chipotle)

It is Chick-fil-a what more needs to be said; if you lived in the South for any period of time then you will understand the draw. Food has always been good and consistent, service has always been friendly and prompt, and at last the long lines has shortened considerably and if they do begin to back up they have people outside taking your order to expedite the process. I usually don’t like many chains but Chick-fil-a does it right. Yep love me some chicken

We drove from Silverdale on an impromptu dinner whim. We were not disappointed. Friendly service. Plenty of seating. Delicious food. Everything we have come to love from this fine company.

Pretty much a nightmare to get into the parking lot and find a spot. They set up their own traffic cones to make the situation worse. There’s probably like 10 spots in their lot(which I’m sure the employees hoard), and if you try to park in the Ashley furniture lot next door, chick-fil-a will send out someone to come over and tell you not to park there. Well… You tell me where I can park then. Food is great but it’s just too much of a hassle to get into the place.

The hype is real. After months this restaurant still draws a crowd. Long drive thru lines and long lines at the counter. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken salad sandwich. My wife had the chicken wrap. The spicy sammie was the best i had ever eaten. It was very moist, tender and spicy. The chicken sandwich was ok. Nothing to gloat about. My wife enjoyed her wrap with ranch avocado dressing. I can’t wait to the franchise opens in Federal way. What made this a 4 star is the horrible parking. I believe they have less than 20 spots and 2 are handicap.

I love Chick-fil-a!!! They truly have the BEST chicken sandwiches(#4)!!! The only thing I would say is don’t eat them while driving… it’s very messy! lol

Overhyped. Expensive. Eating here is a trendy thing right now — «Did you eat at Chick-fil-A yet???» Gross.

Went for lunch today and it was my very first time at a chick fil a. It was really good, the place was super clean(we ate inside) and the staff was both friendly and fast. It was rather busy and the drive through was wrapped around the furniture store next door but since they have plenty of staff there everything went super smooth and the employees didnt seem overwhelmed. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back to try something else. We had the chicken wrap, a side of chicken soup and a Cobb salad. Neither of us had anything bad to say and the crispy chicken that came on the salad was super good. The seasoning was legit.

Holy cow, this Chick-Fil-A is always ridiculously busy! Honestly, I’m not sure if driving through or going in is easier. The parking is terrible, the Ashley Furniture apparently tows anyone who parks in their parking lot, so you have to park across the pretty busy street. We’ve went in once, the customer service was great like almost all the Chick-Fil-A restaurants. Driving through was also fine, I almost prefer that at this location because it’s so busy. When we drove through though I did receive the wrong order, I ordered the deluxe club and got the regular which kind of stunk and my fry was only a medium. The food is great though, regardless of getting the wrong order one time. The fried chicken sandwiches are delicious, the nuggets are always a favorite of mine! That club was good but I do enjoy them with the bacon and cheese much better. I look forward to coming back and getting a salad again and maybe breakfast. Their breakfast, as I remember was delicious as well as their salads!

Random night after work, had a major craving for waffle fries… so thus this trip begins! Can I justify put it out there that I am ANTI cookies from fast food restaurants?! Buuuuuuut the lady informed us that money made from the cookies will be towards children hospital, so I got ONE… big mistake!!! Driving home I reached over and… BAM! Theeeeeew best cookie ever! Diet, anti cookies from fast food restaurants, diet, diet, dislike for chocolate chip cookies completely went out the window! If I wasn’t already back in Lakewood I would have turned around for another one lmao(welp definitely coming here for cookies when it’s around that time… :-/) anywho! Love the Polynesian and chick sauce! Only dislike was once on a rainy day a young girl was standing outside at the drive thru in the cold and rain taking orders, the poor girl looked soo miserable!!!

Too expensive… too crowded… this has to have the worst location ever for a restaurant of any kind… especially a popular one. Avoid this location at all costs… drive another 10 minutes out of your way to avoid this one.

No problems whatsoever. Employees were exceptionally polite. Food is well cooked and tastes good. The drive thru line wrapped around behind the furniture store– but I waited less than 10 min. The poor employees were standing in the rain taking orders on this blustery fall day. I got the spicy chicken sandwich #3. It was moist and not over powered with spice. Perfect amount. I asked for extra pickles for the sandwich and received an additional side bowl filled! Yum. The meal came with their Chick-fil-A sauce and I requested a Polynesian sauce on the side. The Chick-fil-A sauce is a sweet honey-ish mustard with a smoky barbecue flavor. The Polynesian is similar to a sweet-and-sour without being overly sweet. Yummy. I’ll be back.

A bit overrated in my opinion. I came in here super excited that I forgot that food at fast food restaurant does not look like what they appear on the pictures. So I was disappointed that the spicy crispy chicken sandwich wasn’t very crispy and it didn’t have any traces of spicy-ness. The chicken nuggets could’ve also been a bit crispier. But the fries were pretty good, no complaints there. The lines are pretty ridiculous. The drive through line blocks up the whole parking lot which gets in the way of people trying to park.

We have been curious about Chick-Fil-A after reading all the publicity and finally got to experience it. This was our second try since we came down(25 minute drive) only to find they are closed on Sunday. Anyway after fighting the parking — we arrived. They put it in a very bad parking situation with the drive up blocking the people trying to park and people leaving the drive up causing issues with those in the parking lots. Next we found out it is NOT a chicken place but a chicken sandwich place(we were expecting a restaurant similar to Popeye or KFC) — our mistake. Finally get up to the counter and see they do not have special outfits or uniforms. Apparently they can wear Seahawks shirts. Now first of all — I am not a Seahawk fan. Second you can’t tell who is a server and who is a customer. The store policy is the servers will come around and if you need a refill — they will provide it for you. After waiting patiently for a server to come — finally spotted one and I asked her — only to be told rudely — she was a customer — how would I know — she was also wearing a Seahawk shirt. I will say the Chicken was juicy and tasty — which is why they received 2 stars. I do not like that I have to put my own condiments on the food — don’t they know how to make a sandwich? I hate having to squeeze the little tubes. The restaurant looks like a cafeteria with not much appeal and is extremely noisy. Not a place to enjoy lunch and relax. I appreciate their Christian support but parking is bad, no professionalism with uniform or at least similar outfits, noisy and simplistic but not comfortable feeling and have to finish your own sandwich — not for me.

How can you not like this place? Way better and their chicken actually looks and tastes like chicken!!! Their waffle fries are legendary and their salads are amazing. Also when you order the fried make sure to ask for every single sauce: p my favorites are the chik fil a and Polynesian sauce. My only complaint is I wish I had one closer to me, but then again that probably won’t be goo for my waistline!!!

I admit that I am a Chick-fil-A fan and I was stoked to hear we finally got them in WA. It took me a minute to finally make it here, the stories of the long lines made me wait it out for a bit. I finally made it over and the lines weren’t too crazy but it was packed inside. Typical Chick-fil-A here but so nice to be able to go without hopping on a plane. Even when it’s packed service was fast and didn’t lack in the customer experience dept. They were friendly and weren’t rushy which was nice. There is also a good amount of seating and the turnaround was fast so finding a table was easy. The food was what I would expect at a Chick-fil-A, good and chicken lol. I went with their normal chicken sandwich and of course their waffle fries. I was real glad to see they have their honey roasted bbq sauce still, cuz that ish is crack to me. I think my next trip will involve their little chicken breakfast bites cuz those are pretty bomb too, almost better than their regular sandwiches. That’s all I got for this review… I’m out!

Chick fil a: mazing. Now I don’t have to fly into the south. I wish breakfast was served all day, but it’s ok! I usually do #2 with chick fil a sauce and upgrade on large waffle fries. This establishment has coke zero, so I definitely get my refills for drink. They serve crispy or grilled chicken choices! When you dine here, the staff bring you your food. I don’t remember it being like that in Atlanta, but it’s awesome! Staff seem to enjoy working there and are considerate to customers. It’s unbelievable to think it’s fast food. Parking is inconvenient, and we had to park at Ashley’s furniture(sorry!!!).

The madness moves to the Northwest. Chick fil a I hate you and love you at the same time. Although lately the hate is stronger because the lines are still long and sometimes the food is way to salty. Not sure who in the back has such a heavy hand but man they really salt the food. I do dig how clean the restaurant is and the customer service. My inner fatboy craves you all the time. I will return here and give you another try. Skip the waffle fries and get more chicken.

Perfect… just like I remember it back in Cali. The only reason it’s a 4-star review and not a 5-star is because of the location. Location is key for a business and they couldn’t have picked a worse one! The intersection of Costco… Really? With that being said, when we got their we used the drive thru and there were 2 girls walking to everyone’s vehicles to take their order ahead of time so the line wouldn’t be jammed. That was a great idea. I think our overall wait time had to have been 10 min or less which is awesome for a jam packed place. We ordered the usual chicken sandwiches and it hit the spot as always. The fries were cooked to perfection and the lemonade was on point! Overall, I definitely see us coming back here again and again BUT, just not any time soon seeing as how its super busy because it’s still new.
