I stopped by to pick up dinner last week and was treated very poorly. Girl at the counter was extremely rude and at 6pm told me they were out of chicken breasts and that they were cleaning the fryer. This is not the first bad experience at this location. Often times my husband and I will go months without going to this location, only to go back and be sorely disappointed that nothing has improved. Just such an inconvenience when I have to drive to the next city over to get decent KFC.

Received a phone call from the area manager after leaving a very distasteful complaint the night of the horrible service. He was very apologetic and informed me that the store manager was brand new and that his actions will be corrected. I honestly didn’t even think I would get a call back so that’s awesome that I did. I will still never go back to that KFC though.

Wow. Very inefficient work. Girl at the front was polite but crew was not good at multitasking. Considering most of the food is already sitting in the hot boxes, food tastes like it’s been sitting for a couple hours and was wayyyyy too slow.

Restaurant is very dirty! Food was good though. People were nice but their appearance is less than desirable. They were very unkept. Bathrooms stink!

A KFC commercial currently making the rounds shows a man lovingly making the Colonel’s chicken tenders, battering the chicken by hand with care and conviction. I shouldn’t be dumb enough to believe what I see on a fast food commercial, and my order of the tenders today will be a lesson. My guess is that they’re frozen in some hellish processing plant, before being deep-fried to the consistency of flat leather. And the I-Spy game that comes with the family meal is depressing and lazy. Is this KFC’s idea of its target market, so poor and hard-up that its I-Spy game would be a hit for«family game night»?

Perhaps it was because I arrived here at the end of the day when this place was about to close, but the meal I received was crap. Even for fast food. Dry, flavorless chicken, a side dish of pasty mac & cheese, and a tasteless biscuit that wasn’t even served with any butter or honey to make it more palatable. They probably should have closed earlier. Or just not opened that day at all. At least I only spent less than $ 6– and that’s probably the last they’ll get from me.

I had grandeur plans of trying somewhere new today on my quest to review one new place each day for the month of November. I wasn’t really planning on it being the KFC down the street from work, but it’ll work and really, I wanted to try those new chicken sandwiches they have for a buck or so. I asked a buddy at work if he was going anywhere for lunch, hoping it was somewhere decent and when he said he had no idea, I blurted out KFC since he had mentioned it a few days ago and before I knew what was happening, we were in my car and headed that way. Now, I’m not actually sure if I believe in reviewing fast food establishments. There is such high turnover when it comes to employees and realistically, you can only expect so much from these sorta places and if you go there a bunch, you will undoubtedly have some bad visits. With that in mind, I was happy with the visit overall. The guy who helped us out was nice and friendly. I asked him how big a particular sandwich was and he said, «normal size.» When I asked how big these cheap chicken sandwiches were, he said they were pretty small. So when we got our food, I wasn’t 100% surprised at how small these things truly were. Wow! I posted a picture for you to see and seriously, miniature! The other sandwich that he said was normal sized was still pretty small, but the entire meal cost me 2.99, plus the 1.29 for the mini chicken sandwich. The inside of this place was fairly small, but I suppose KFC isn’t exactly a happening spot and probably doesn’t completely fill up very often. I will also mention that something in that food did not agree with my stomach. I’m mostly gluten free, so this was probably a huge shock to my digestive system, but wow. I won’t blame it entirely on the food, but ouch, lol. Anyways, if you’re looking for some fried chicken and KFC is your thing, I wouldn’t avoid this place by any means. Place was clean, people were nice, food was warm. Can’t really say much else.
