McDonald’s

It’s McDonald’s, what can you expect? Well, more than this! I got ignored several times. When asking for ketchup, I got ignored by one employee, then a second, then a third started putting ketchup in someone else’s bag. When I pointed out that it wasn’t my bag, he acknowledged that and walked away. At that point, I reached behind the counter and grabbed my own ketchup.
The cashier never gave me a receipt. (no surprise, there was probably a survey on it!) They couldn’t figure out what I actually ordered at first when I thought they had goofed. Turns out they got it right, but a receipt would have eliminated the confusion.
The beef was not properly cooked. The fries were horrible. Did they get anything right? Yup, the order was correct. But that was it. Avoid this McDonald’s. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else.

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. So what I had ordered was a chicken sandwich and a side of fries. The fries had a strange taste to them which kind of made me suspicious and, sure enough, I would regret ever eating them. This is because a few hours later I began feeling sick and vomited a few times during the day. It got worse during the night because I stayed up all night vomiting, felt strangely cold near my stomach area, and had to use the bathroom multiple times. Pretty much, I got food poisoning. Thanks for one of the worst nights of my life, McDonald’s. All I know is I’m never eating at McDonald’s again, I don’t even know what’s in their food.

I pulled in to buy some water even though every other McDonald’s gives out water for free, but this horrible lady said «We don’t sell water alone you have to make an order». My wife is pregnant and the closest thing was McDonald’s. Never buying from this location again.

Slowest service ever. I have never been to this location and had a short wait either inside or through drive through. If it weren’t for the fact that mcnuggets are one of the only things my autistic son eats I would never come.

Incorrect orders, long waits, rude employees.
This McDonald’s sucks. Don’t come here, simple as that. I work at the mall nearby and have gone to this McDonald’s on multiple occasions giving each bad experience the benefit of the doubt, but they continue to disappoint time and time again. Expect a long wait in the drive through, they’re always very slow, have many cars backed up and will take long to even say «Hi, welcome to McDonald’s, can you wait just a moment?» …and they have two drive through order stations. Next, ¾ times I’ve been here, they either forgot something of my order, or gave me the completely wrong order. One time, the lady handed me my food and drink without saying a word, walked away, and it was the completely wrong order… Like hello…
I never expect much from McDonald’s because shoot, it’s only McDonald’s, but gosh, they could at least be more competent and friendly.

Ordered a grilled chicken Bacon Clubhouse. Got a burger that was ¹⁄₃ complete. No bacon, no sauce, no other ingredients. Just a dried piece of chicken and two buns… FOR $ 8! Not happy, definitely not coming to McDonald’s again. For that amount of money, I’ll happily take my business to the Chick fil A down the street.

They got the order wrong. Checked my hamburgers and put their dirty little fingers all over my food and handed them back. Expecting me to eat them like that. Got mad at me cause I told them to remake my food. Worst service ever. Made me wait ten mins for my food to be remade.

Ugh. I ordered coffee and they gave me a sugar packet that had obviously been stepped on by one of the employees, picked back up, then served to me. Ewww. Makes me wonder what other items they drop on the floor then serve to poor hungry unsuspecting patrons.

They screw my order up each time. The food quality is horrible and desperately needs new staff. While there my grandma tried ordering a burger. We got it drove into the Parking lot to eat it and guess what! No burger! Just a bun. We went in and we asked for a new one. They denied our request. I went by myself a few weeks ago and ordered a large fry and got a small fry and no drink. Don’t go here. Worth the time to drive to a different McDonald

Night Shift needs to check their dr pepper syrup (taste like carbonated water with 1 drop of sugar) and re-​brew ice tea or something cause it was way more bitter then usual. Use to like coming here but this is the 3^rd incident so I’m put off.

Just had lunch here. Ordered crispy chicken sandwich. Sent to hold line in drive though.
10 minutes Later got the sandwich. Food quality was a 4, service was a 1. Service is key at mcds so that’s why the one star. They seemed real confused here.

This McDonald’s location is pretty terrible. Very long wait times, lobby neglected and some of their employees are rude and shouldn’t be on their front counter, not the first face of McDonald’s I want to see. A shout out to Deshanae (approximate spelling) from front counter, you need to find something else to do, you’re rude and you don’t know what you’re doing. Multiple times you’ve been a pain. Getting indignant when I notify you items I paid for are missing from my order is stupid and wrong. I mean really, you’re going to grudge me the cookie I paid for? Not to say all of the employees there are bad, there are some great friendly ones, but a few bad apples spoil the whole barrel and it usually takes 10 minutes sometimes just to make an order in the first place regardless of who is there.

This place can never get an order right. I have been here three times months apart and each time they screw up my single person order. Not only that but every single time I was made to pull forward and wait nearly 5 minutes for a single extra value meal, while watching the line of cars behind me pull up receive their food and go. I Refuse to ever go to this mcdonalds again. Rude people, poor service. Save yourself the grief and go across the street to Burger King or Taco Bell.

I used to come here two or three times a week for breakfast when I was running late and couldn’t make it home. I don’t eat a ton of McDonalds, but their breakfast burritos are good and they didn’t seem overly horrible for your body.
After several instances of this happening, I’m done with this location and have only been back to McDonalds twice since and that’s because they mailed me coupons to use at any McDonalds in the US, which I used 350 miles away in Oregon, thanks.
Anyways, I would generally order 3 burritos and we’re talking the .99 cent versions. Time and time again I would get one or two that were perfect, nice and hot and then one that felt like it had either been sitting or nuked in the microwave. Seriously, if a customer orders 3, why not just make sure the three they get, are all made at the same time. Do you not think I’ll notice that two of them taste fresh and the other one has been sitting for ten minutes? Come on, make an effort. Spend the extra 45 seconds.
The last visit I went inside since I was on the motorbike. I ordered and then a few minutes goes by and I hear them say, we’re two short at front counter, I just handed the rest out in the drive thru. Great, now the wait begins, I’m already running late. So literally about ten minutes later, I get my food. I rush to work, eat at my desk and find out that they gave me those two original bad ones and a fresh one. Are you kidding me? I waited almost 15 minutes and you’re giving me those original ones. Nope, I’m done, thanks for trying, but try harder…

Two huge thumbs down. This used to be the McDonald’s to go to in Tacoma, but not anymore.
I’ve never seen such a big bunch of idiots in one place working together.
The orders are hardly ever right. The food is sloppy, and does not taste fresh at all.
The drive through people are ok, but don’t come at night on a weekend, you can get stuck for 30 minutes or more, day time on the weekends can get messy too.
When you place and order inside be prepared to repeat, and repeat your order, and have them still mess it up.
We were there the other day, and this new guy was training, and the «manager» training him kept snapping at him, and putting him down, making him feel stupid, and she was off doing her own thing, and turning to him treating him like crap over stuff he was not even doing wrong. I called her over, and explained what was going on, and that it was not his fault that something got messed up, and I told her that she was not being fair to him. I even told him that he was too nice for a place like this.
We used to have play groups here, and none of the Mom’s want to go here any more. The food SUCKS, Service is WORSE, and the wait inside is AWFUL!
This store needs help!

Okay, so this is McDonalds, so why five stars? Well, I think you pretty much know exactly what you are getting when you go to any McDonald’s, and it’s not necessarily gourmet food — but you know it’s going to be fast and you know it’s going to be consistent. I loved this particular restaurant because we received such excellent service. The people at the counter were quite upbeat and very patient. We came here with my mom after getting family pictures at the mall. The staff was so patient and the food was really good. But, I think the best thing was just the overall experience and the ambiance of the restaurant. It was very clean and comfortable and we didn’t feel rushed to get out of there. My mom ordered the McRib, and I ordered cheeseburgers. We didn’t realize that in just a few short weeks my mom would pass away — but our experience made the visit memorable — so memorable that we came back four times. Thank you so much, McDonalds for creating a happy memory!
