Took longer than expected. I was replacing a piece of obscured glass in a bathroom window above the toilet. Andy was very prompt and professional but when he ordered my replacement he ordered clear glass. It took an extra week to get the correct glass but Andy and Rachel went above and beyond to make it right.

Watch out for this scam!!! We paid $ 1750 for a deposit (half down) and they said they’d come work on our house on a Wednesday. Wednesday came and they never showed up. So I went to church where I go everyday. Expecting that they were just late (they were supposed to be there by 8 am? Well I returned home at 3:30 to find nothing done. I called them to find out what happened. Then Andrew Whitney told me they «found more». But nobody called me I had to call them to find out. The job should have been finished already! This is a classic bait and switch tactic. They of course wanted more money. About $ 11 000. Way too much for what needed done. There’s much to this story if you want details you can call or message me. Be careful with this company for sure. Or any company! They still have returned our deposit of $ 1750. They are not trust worthy and will not get our business ever. Now we are going to have to take them to small claims court to get our money back. Don’t entertain hiring this company! Find another! Do your homework!!! It’s been a month at least. No call back from the manager Rory either. No money back! Shame on you Rory and Andrew at window depot.

What I mean is, my German Shepard clawed her way through my door and I needed it replaced.
I called this company and spoke with Rachel, who was very friendly and super helpful. Andrew was able to come out that same day, then installed the door the next day. Totally professional, great customer service. Andrew did a great job and was able to get me a great price. I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs work done.
