Awesome pizza and affordable for about $ 25 we fed 4 people including drinks. Signature pizza and build your own are 7.95 each and can feed 2 people. The pizza crust is thin and crispy. They have several options when it comes to tomato sauce and toppings. Build your own is the way to go. Takes the pizza about 6 minutes to cook and they have blood orange lemonade which pretty good. Highly recommend!

Love it, very good chain. Can even watch your calories as it is easy to figure out how many calories each topping is. Plus SUPER fast and one of the most well managed«fast» restaurants around. Very impressed

Blaze was a delicious and unique experience. I enjoyed watching my pizza be created, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The pizza didn’t take long at all, but it did seem slightly undercooked. However, I still loved the experience and I would definitely go back again!

I am already a fan of this new-to-market pizza chain! The«build your own pizza» concept is a great value with unlimited choice of toppings at a very reasonable price. They have some unique toppings to choose from, so don’t be afraid to try something new!

Pizza is something that many try, but only a few really take the cake or pie in this case. Blaze Pizza is new to the Tallahassee area, and has easily already stolen the hearts of many people in the area including my own. What if I told you that you could get a good size pizza with a seemingly endless amount of toppings ready in like 90 seconds all for about $ 9? You probably would say I was crazy, and I would respond that you obviously have never tasted the sweet nectar of the gods located at Blaze. When I first heard of such a set up my immediate thought was that this assembly line style pizza must be of a quality similar to something found in the Publix freezer section. To my surprise, the quality was easily the most memorable part of this pizza heaven experience. You literally have the option to customize every element of your pizza or hose one of their already designed creations. If you are looking for a fantastic meal number one and most likely also a meal number two that will not break the bank I say you need to burn rubber and leave sparks in the parking lot at Blaze Pizza.

I love the pizza but the staff needs to keep up with cleaning tables during busy times. And what is up with staffer who says is he on his way to the bathroom but heads out the front door? Dude I saw you on your phone before you rushed out the door. Nice guy who did come back… but it seemed like a sketch move?

Maybe a little pricy for pizza, but the concept is pretty great. Very clean and good signage for the ingredients. Can’t wait to go back!

Original idea. This make your own pizza spot didn’t disappoint, but then again how can you mess up a pizza you made. It reminded me of another version of chipotle. Good pizza for a good price.

Fantastic concept! Phenomenal pizza at a great price. I’m familiar with the brand as my wife(fiancé at the time) introduced me to the Blaze in Gainesville. When I heard they were bringing the concept to Tallahassee I was ecstatic. I was at the opening, and since have been here around 15 times. Never a bad experience. The staff always remembers me, my wife, and my parents. They consistently deliver the same product and it is always delicious and the staff is always friendly and engaging. Hats off to Quay and Justin for always remembering our names(and faces) and for always checking and double checking on us. Quay always comes to our table and talks with my family and represents the Blaze brand well. Managers have done a great job keeping product consistent and hired a wonderful opening team. Keep doing what you do! To anyone who hasn’t visited yet, go get yourself a Blaze pizza… you will not regret it! –Tyler

First time here. Noticed the place was very clean. You stand in line like chipotle and build your own pizza, then have a seat. Every table was clean immediately after the party got up. I didnt order anything, but wanted a piece of my brother’s pizza, a manager immediately noticed and ask if i wanted a plate. What amazing service! Then when i was finished, the plate was cleared promptly. Great service, great food, and friendly staff!!!

I’ve been hearing such great things about Blaze that I was very excited to try it. There’s a small table or two outside in the back but tons more in front along Magnolia for those that like to dine outside. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean everything was from the tables to the floor and the drinks and toppings area. I automatically went to the left when I walked in but the people behind me went to the right. I’m sure I was sporting one of my many confused looks that I have often because one of the workers looked at me and assured me that I was in the right line. So ordering is to the left, and pay and pick up is to the right:-) The workers were absolutely wonderful! They all were so upbeat with nice smiling faces and very helpful. As this was my first time here, each worker in line explained all my topping choices and the prices associated with it. I ordered the Veg Out with classic red sauce and black olives… delicious! I absolutely loved the sauce and thin crust. My son ordered classic red sauce, bacon, feta and mozzarella cheese. He loved it! It’s $ 7.95 with as many toppings as you want or you can choose one of their specialties. Since my son got two types of cheeses it was a little extra, as the worker explained that the price only comes with one cheese. With all the sauces and topping choices you can really get creative here, and I plan to be back to try many more! If you haven’t gone there yet put it on your to do list. You won’t be disappointed.

I love Pizza. I am not discriminatory in this love, I don’t care if it’s fast, wood fired, hand tossed, etc., I like it. I was intrigued by Blaze and even happier when I discovered they use real, unbaked dough as a base(another similar pizza chain uses weird precooked dough and I wasn’t a fan). On our first visit I got one of the menu pizzas, and it was good but they went really light on the cheese. It had only been open for a few days so I let it slide. I also noticed the make your own seems to be the better deal. We went back last night and I made my own well apportioned pizza. Both our pizzas were cooked perfectly both times, crispy but soft, and without the disgusting black bottom that some oven fired pizzas have. It’s well priced and the service is fast. I think this will replace our go-tos(chicken sandwiches and burrito bowls) for a quick weeknight meal.

Like I said in my last review for Blaze Pizza(different location) the food as always was awesome. The managers are extremely attentive and are constantly checking up on people. Blaze is a great new alternative pizza place in Tallahassee.

It was pleasant, tasty and very busy! I received a buy one get one coupon while Black Friday shopping and decided to seize the moment when my tummy started to grumble that day. My fiancé and daughter(now a whole year old!) attended as well. I ordered the veggie pizza and my better half got the white pizza. I truly loved the light crispy crust and toppings… but I have to say the veggie pizza was much tastier than the white! My chunky baby enjoyed both without bias. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was nice, buzzing with business. I will definitely go back to try a few of the other signature pies!

I’ve never lived in a town with so many pizza joints. Blaze isn’t the best in Tally but it’s darn good! On their fourth day of business, we ventured in Friday night to a line that reached the door. We decided to experiment with patience as a virtue and we were glad we did. Very impressed with: 1. Plenty of well trained staff 2. Variety and choice of pizzas(think Which Wich) 3. Über fast cooking times…180 seconds 4. Great quality for the price. No pizza over $ 7.95 I prefer a crispier crust but it was thin and the ingredients were flavorful(I had the link pizza). Lots of seating, friendly staff, and even beer/wine. We will be back especially for a quick, yummy meal.

This place is the bomb! I love this place been here in 3 different cities. the atmosphere is great and food is also and the lemonade is to die for. I recommend to build your own you can put any toppings on there and the price with a drink is less than $ 11. great lunch spot

******* I am breaking my cardinal rule with Unilocal reviews of putting other restaurant names in a review. I do not do this because each place should be reviewed on it’s own but I think with this place some comparison’s might help. This pizza, particularly for the price, was good and that is what 3 stars is all about. I got the«build your own» pizza. I did not like the Italian sausage at all. It tasted way to «Americanized/pizza hut» to me. The salami was good. The crust is pressed out mechanically and it makes for a thin crust. I like thin crust so this didn’t bother me. I really liked the sautéed zucchini as a topping. It is something different but really quite a nice flavor add. R’s pizza took longer because when they went to put it in the hot oven, it tore. They had to remake it and forgot that he asked for bacon on his while going down the line. They did bring it out to him instead of having him come back up to pick it up. Eh, they should have walked him through to make a new one. They were nice about it though. The ricotta on my pizza was too bland and dry. R was ok with the ricotta on his. You could tell it was chain restaurant quality. That was disappointing. They didn’t skimp on it so that was nice. The pepperoni I tasted on R’s had a good flavor. The mushrooms were standard but heated up well. Would I choose this pizza over any other chain? Yes. Would I choose this pizza over Gaines street pies? Yes. Would I choose it over decent? Sometimes. Would I choose it over Dave’s? Not if I was craving a calzone. Would I choose it over Isabella’s? NEVER. Better than the rest of the chains but not better than a few of our local joints.

Bottom line: good value«fast-track» pizza franchise that redefines«thin» in «thin crust»! Worth the visit. Came for lunch on opening day and it’s easy to see that the folks from corporate as well as established stores in the region are«all hands on deck» to insure a successful opening. My M.O. when going to a pizzeria I’ve not yet visited is to order either a Margherita or your basic cheese pizza. Here, the Red Vine is a good interpretation of a Margherita. This was fired, just as the marketing suggests, in short order. Definitely a plus once a line starts forming outside the door — as it may do during the early days. The dough itself appears to be molded upfront to include a noticeable rim«handle» about 3 mm by 5 mm(I could be off a micron or two). Right off the bat, I notice a consistent thickness of the thin crust. A consistent thickness that supports my notion that the dough might be pressed and shaped in advance. Frankly, I couldn’t think of another way given how accelerated the«order-to-receiving» process actually is. No question: you’re going to get your pizza«Jimmy-John Fast»(who knows, perhaps we will one day refer to Jimmy John’s as «Blaze-Pizza fast») Once the pizza came, I noticed the following: surprisingly thin crust(not bad, just unexpected), post-oven olive oil drizzle(Frank Pepe’s does this, as do many, many others) that tasted more EVOO than standard olive oil, the basil flavor came through loud and clear, and the tomato sauce is like biting into a juicy Roma Tomato. If you’re looking to take a break from the already talented and robust locally-owned pizzeria scene, this is a winner option for you. If you’re the sort that generally migrates towards familiar franchised options — you’re likely not reading this anyway. It’s no secret that I’m biased towards TLH-owned, local businesses. That said, this franchise has nailed the fast-pizza business model. Definitely worth a visit so you can judge for yourself.

Blaze has steamrolled it’s way into Florida’s capital city, guns a’ blazing! The national pizza chain which conducts its practices like an assembly line delivers on fast, fresh and great-tasting pies. Think of Chipotle. You walk in, get in line, and tell the stationed employees what you want on your pizza. Simple as that. At first, I was going to try a signature pie, but the Blaze team actually recommended the build your own pie. For $ 7.95, you get unlimited toppings. Let me reiterate: for $ 7.95, you get unlimited toppings! Unlike Chipotle, where guac is extra, everything is included. I piled on the spicy red sauce(yum!), mozzarella and ricotta cheese, Italian sausage, Carmelized onions, roasted garlic and fresh spinach. The pizza cooks in an extremely high temp oven for three minutes. The pizza was hot, fresh, balanced and all the flavors I expected were there. If I had one knock, it’s that the crust is too thin for my liking. But the char and crisp make up for it. Overall, I was very impressed. I’m looking forward to trying out more pies with more toppings. It’s a dangerous game, I know. Random, but they make their own blood orange lemonade in house — it’s fantastic! Blaze, we welcome to Tallahassee with open arms.

Blaze Pizza does not disappoint! For a great price you get fresh, unlimited toppings. The amount of toppings you have to choose from is almost overwhelming and my pizza turned out delicious. This is definitely a great pizza chain with a fun twist!
