Props to them for roasting the coffee here, but the espresso was the worst I’ve had this year. Plus, the atmosphere was very early 2000’s. I half expected to see a dude with a goatee and an acoustic guitar singing Hey There Delilah. Espresso: burnt, thick with some grounds in the bottom, the crema was very dark brown and kind of foamy. Vibes: kinda messy, sticky tables, nice window seating near arched window

Amazing coffee. Truly home roasted and brewed(you watch them roast the beans– impressive). I will be a regular since I am now moving to Westchester. Can’t wait!

The atmosphere here is enjoyable. The menu had a nice amount of variation and the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. However this coffee just tasted like any other coffee, not something that stood out. For a coffee place, as well, their to go cups were not the most appealing, not that that would really matter if it were great coffee.

A little pricey for whole beans but you definitely get what you pay for! Best tasting coffee around!

Unfortunately, I consider this facility as unfriendly environment, they don’t accept any criticism. Besides to that, their coffee is not the best! The seating area is uncomfortable. Also what I didn’t like, they don’t accept but cash, which i feel this is inconvenient for me

Overall: average, overrated. We ordered the vanilla chai and the mocha latte. Both were okay. Frankly I have been spoiled by my brother who owns a breville espresso maker. Those lattes are amazing. These were okay. Créma was inadequate. Taste was bland. The almond croissant was gritty and the poppy seed chocolate Danish was good, but we are biased toward chocolate. Price was a rip off. 14.00 for this come on.

During a Sunday afternoon I can with my gf to get some coffee since we were in the area. I stumbled into a espresso and also a peculiar item that I love, but I never imagined it would be better: coffee mochi ice cream using Coffee Labs! WTF!!! Exactly what I said, it is amazing!!! I ordered one but for some reason I got it for free. Theyre 3 for $ 5 or$ 2.50 each. Guys, try I then complain if you don’t like it… But I know you won’t complain. HAHHAHAHAHA!

I love the place. Excellent drip coffee — 2 rotating choices to choose from. The most interesting coffee around. A fun place

Only got to go to this place once so far since I was at an event in Tarrytown but I’ve known about it for years. My cousin always gets his coffee beans here and absolutely loves it! So I was super excited when I found out that coffee labs was only a short walk away from where I was for the day! I ended up trying one of their blended iced coffee drinks and a homemade cake pop and both were delicious and fresh! The blended drink tasted so different compared to a Starbucks or Dunkin Donut’s. It just tasted more natural and real tasting if that makes sense, it didn’t taste artificial and I really liked that! And the cake pop tasted fantastic!!! I’m really looking forward to the next time I’ll be in the area so that I can go there again! And may I just mention that they have the best logo ever! Love the history behind it!

One of the coffee shops that love because it is in the middle of town, people around me know me, the coffee there is really good. Overall a good atmosphere however it is a little on the tight side. Imagine if Coffee Labs expanded…

Seemed decent overall. One snarky barista making snide comments about customer choices to his co-workers otherwise nice, chill atmosphere & dog friendly. Coffee is good. Old timers sitting outside on a bench drinking their coffee, smoking and joking. People working on computers, chatting, reading.

The best coffee in the rivertowns. Great atmosphere. That’s really all that matters.

This place is way overrated and way over hyped. First off, their coffee is ok, its not great and its not horrible, it is just ok, nothing really special going on there. Second if your looking to get your coffee in under 15 minutes, then just got to 7⁄11. There is constantly a long ass line in there, and not because they are so great, its because their line and order taking system is terrible! I constantly walk in and then walk out because of the line. Also one day when i only waited 10 mins on line, i had ordered an almond croissant with my coffee. The heavyset girl took my money gave me my coffee and then told me that they dont have any almond crossaints!!! Anyways, the only reason why this place is so popular is because it is the only«real» coffee place in town, also the décor and vibe alludes to all the hipsters that frequent it and think they’re cool.

Oh, this place was fun and pretentious. Yes I paid a lot for a specially harvested single drip at a time pressed magical coffee. Yes it tasted slightly better than some other coffee. I liked it. I obviously am not hittin’ Tarrytown for shiggles, but if I happen to be in the ‘hood I’d definitely go there if I want to splurge. Their teas are also pretty delicious, and honestly, the prices for the tea weren’t too bad… get it to stay and the mugs are a bit bigger!

Coffee Labs Roasters, I discovered it years ago when we went to Tarrytown Music Hall. Here’s why I like to make a stop when I’m near the area, because coffee is their passion! The Coffee Labs Roasters owners, the Loves(Great name) is a classically trained chef. He just gets coffee and in his blog, he brings up the question I’ve been screaming about for years, why do most restaurants just pass on coffee? Coffee should be considered when an after dinner menu is prepared. From roasting their own beans and using different methods for the consumer to enjoy, Coffee Labs Roasters has this process down. French press, pour over, siphon and a very expensive espresso machine, Coffee Labs Roasters will make you a rockin’ cuppa coffee! I also noticed the Baltazar pastries in the counter? Classy. My wife and I ordered two lattes grabbed a pound of roasted beans, «Witches Brew» and bolted. Keep roasting those beans Coffee Labs Roasters. Your business is the pride of Tarrytown

They don’t take credit cards for purchases under $ 10 so unfortunately I was unable to try anything. The barista was kind and informed me that there was an ATM across the street I could use but I wasn’t about to spend $ 3 on bank fees to buy a single cup of coffee. They really need to update their policy on credit. I own a small business and credit card fees are minimal. I’m fairly certain the only logical reason they have this policy is to force people to buy more product. Sadly, I’m not sure if I will come back again.

Great little independent coffee shop. It’s not one of those fancy couch place, it’s a local community coffee shop… With wood table and chairs. There’s enough room, so that you are not sitting on top of one another. The staff are very pleasant for the early morning. I would definitely come here again for a good cup of coffee. They limit credit card transactions for $ 10+.

Good coffee and pastries! Was not expecting them to have their own branded products or to be so kitschy in coffee shop layout — is it a coffee shop or a bookstore? Or perchance did you step into a gift shop? They have all the essentials for a top tier coffee shop.

Fantastic coffee in the cutest of settings. The coffee here is strong but not bitter, and is good even without doctoring it up. They also have loose leaf tea and pastries available. And as their name and logo suggest, they have water available for your puppy friend too. A great quick stop on your way to the metronorth station. Yummilicious factor — A–

I love coffee, I the kind of person that don’t mind to pay a couple of extra bucks for a good, quality, fresh and delicious coffee I don’t know how I did not went to Coffee Labs before. The coffee of this place is so fresh that you can see how they grind the coffee. I love how this place smells, and how they do their arts on the mug of the coffee. They also have a nice selection of pastries. The only bad thing is they have the policy cash only or Debit or over 10 $. Mark my words, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks better watch out there is a good coffee place in town.
