If you’re going to pay credit or debit card avoid this place!!! They charge you item price + tax + $ 2.75 for card purchases. My total was $ 27.89 after tax then they add the«credit card fee» that’s 10% of my purchase — credit card companies charge about 2% to the store… So if they charged me that I’d at least understand… But dreaming 10%??? Always have the stuff that I need for a good price. Recommended to all the hookah smokers in this area! The prices of their tobacco is amazing, I mean 16 $ for a 250g pack of star buzz? That’s an amazing deal and you won’t find any better. They have nice customer service, I don’t know what all these reviews are talking about. And what I like the most is the variety of choices you have for us hookah users, literally 20 different brands of charcoal at this smoke shop

Just left the store and i found the staff really friendly and helpful. I want to say the clerks name was David and he spent a good amount of time explaining how all the vaporizers worked and set me up with a great solution to help me quit smoking!

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. This place is a total rip off. This place is full of employees that lie & rip you off. I didn’t know much about e cigs going into this place but that guy assured me that he would give the best deal I would find. I should have researched more before I impulse bought it. After spending almost $ 100 for an e cig and the liquid, I ran into someone who asked me how much I spent & I told them & they literally laughed in my face. When my fluid ran out I then went to a different smoke shop & found my same e cig for $ 65CHEAPER!!! Not 5, not 10, SIXTYFIVE!!! I was outraged. I then went home and looked online & found out that this ahole did indeed rip me off. The prices online were the same as the second smoke shop I visited.

Overpriced purchased a vap from the shop said it was best price in town, more like the most over priced place. The vape died within a week went back in said no warranty sorry. Contacted the manufacture there was a warranty. Sent it in and got a replacement found out his price was 3x higher then the average cost. Don’t recommend location at all

I came here to purchase hookah tobacco and coals the other day. The man that was working here, around 60 years of age, yelled at me and my girlfriend for moving around the Starbuzz display. We had only opened a couple and smelled them. They may not have been back in the same exact place when we put them back but the entire display was messy in the first place with no rhyme or reason to how the flavors were assorted — the same flavors were already in several different places and definitely weren’t organized. This is the place that I purchased my hookah, a bunch of different flavored tobaccos and charcoals for my hookah for the last two years. I will never be back after this.

My first experience there today was a perfect example of how to lose a customer. I went in as someone not experienced in smoking and dared ask the clerk some questions about various products and looking for the best deals. After a few minutes he replied that I was wasting his time and he was busy doing other things. Really? There was nobody else in the store and I was a paying customer. Nice job idiot. Little did this person know but I was prepared to spend quite a bit of money, but I was on a budget and was trying to find items that I could afford. After that rude and incredulous remark I walked out, and not only will I never visit this place again, but I’m going to tell as many people as possible, starting here. Afterwards I visited another tobacco shop called Cigarette City, at 20117 Sherman Way in Winnetka. There they treated me with respect and I spent close to $ 100 on various items. Not only did they get my business but they earned a repeat customer. That’s something the person at Cigar Room needs to learn. Maybe it’s something with middle eastern culture, to treat people like crap, but here in this country when you do that you lose business. Fortunately for them nicotine is an addictive drug and they’ll no doubt continue to get customers who won’t care, but I’d advise anyone reading this to avoid this place at all costs if you want to be treated right and get your tobacco products at a fair price.

Went there to initially take a look at their cigars. For a smaller shop, I was impressed on how may types of cigars they had and how decent the prices were. Good selection of CAO’s, Rocky Patel’s, and Fuentes cigs. There is also a good assortment of ashtrays, humidors, and cutters. Worth a visit if you’re in the neighborhood plus the service was non-rushed and pushy.
