About a week ago I came in to get my step mom a burger with no cheese and they put cheese on it and I corrected them and they just took the cheese off they left a big chunk of cheese on it and my step mom is very highly allergic to cheese to any dairy products for that matter and and when I asked them to remake it they give me the biggest attitude and they wouldn’t do it for me I suppose I would not eat here ever again I will not give them my money or anyone else’s money for that matter if I could give them less than one star I would but I can’t it will not let me

If you want to go somewhere late night to grab a bite to eat… DONOTCOMEHERE! You will leave hungry and with no food because the late night staff has the WORST attitude and will most likely get it wrong anyways. Last night i saw staff outside smoking and the LADYINSIDE was about as smart as my big toe! I will never return to this one again! So, trust me… If you’re hungry and in the mood for some CARL’S JR, drive 5 extra minutes and go to the one on Sherman Way.

After a stressful day at work, which I got off at midnight. I was hungry so I went to the drive through and I was told if I wanted their special and the. That it was cash only. I didn’t know this was a small business! Geez at least apologies right away by saying sorry we’re are only taking cash because the system is not working.

I fell for a burger they had on a poster on the window, an American something burger. This burger actually made me lose self-esteem. I am not only sorry I ordered it, I am ashamed I didn’t take it back. I’m still angry I ate any of it. The worst burger at McDonald’s would have been better. This burger had hot dogs and chips in it and it was the worst burger I’ve tasted ever. It was so bad that I will get a bad taste in my mouth every time I even see a Carl’s Jr. I was a regular. I will not darken their doors for a long long while. Shame on them for foisting crap like this on the public. Don’t they stop to taste an item before they promote it? They should find the guy who came up with this one and kill him before he breeds! Carl’s in my rear-view! They definitely put the JUNK in junk food with this one!

Not like it used to be in years past. Really liked it from 1995 – 2010. The Big Hamburgers were 99¢, and the some of the employs were pretty cool, yes for fast food employs. 2010-current Kinda went downhill for me. The dine-in lobby was remodeled to something I didn’t like. And of course prices raised on some items I usually bought. Well bound to happen. Big Hamburger rose to $ 1.79 last purchased… 6 or so months ago that has been my usual order for many years or so. Good bye to that order. So I’m only here for cheap eats. Concerning the fall/winter 2015… Well the current cheap eat I find worth purchasing is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich at $ 1.29. Capable to be modified with whatever sauce you ask for if they have it. Standard form is usually mayo. Don’t like that they don’t have regular yellow mustard and only have honey mustard. Regular mustard, please. Usually it’s just ranch for me now. Liked the limited time $ 1 ice coffee and 40 oz drink deal they had this year. As far as the current employed are… Well they know what they are doing.

I wanted a hot juicy char boiled burger and I got a room temperature burger. No seasoning what’s so ever on the meat. Where is their Quality. I decided to eat inside, just having a burger, fries and a drink. It wasn’t a good visit. No greeting from the employees as I stood there. It seemed to me that the employees worked as individuals, rather than together. Working together is Success, no matter what we do. As my meal was brought to me, I wasn’t even asked if there’s anything else I would need. It was just put on my table.Ok. This is there standards of service. Many years ago they had a good burger at 1 time and now. I enclosed a picture of the prices of the cost of their burgers back in the 60’s.The sign also said Self-Serve. So if where going to pay $ 3.59 for a burger, at least make it hot and most of all tasty. Not a good visit. 2015 Unilocal Challenge.047/100

I just got off from work and was looking to grab something before hitting the sack. I haven’t had carls jr in a while and this location was a quick reminder why! I ordered the jalepeno thick cut burgers, and if was awful… the whole burger was dry and cold… bun was dry and not made fresh like they claim… the lettuce looked old and the patty was dry and burnt… ohh and the cheese a wasn’t even melted… so you can imagine how cold and nasty it was! I opened it when I got home and threw it right in the trash and my only regret is that I didn’t post a picture of it with this review before tossing it! It was disgusting! Stay away from from this location it was the worst $ 10 I’ve spent all year!

The food here is not bad. But the drive-through lady doesn’t speak English very well which makes it very hard to communicate and make your order correctly. I ordered a six dollar jalapeño burger with Chris cut fries and a large Coke, what I got was a six dollar turkey burger with the regular fries and a regular Coke! Not very good at listening to the order

This particular Carls Jr. is just filthy. But my recent experience pretty much sickened me, when two cockroaches decided to introduce themselves by march from under the table and then scamper across my tray. I tossed my food. When I attempted to complain to one of the employees, I got a distinct shrug with a «it’s not my responsibility» speech. When I have run into problems with chain restaurants, I usually write a professional note to their customer service. Within an hour or a day, I get a response back, with a follow up call from the manager of the local franchise begging me for forgiveness. In this case, someone Corporate Exec at Carls Jr/Hardees wrote an apology saying someone in management would call back. Never happened. So, Unilocal is the place to go. If I were the only one to complain about the cleanliness, you might think I’m just cranky. But you need to read the other comments. This place is awful.

Funny how some people give reviews based on their experience with«weird people«at this location so on so on, something that Carls Jr has no control over and it takes the focus off the food. Anyway I am not a Carl’s JR advocate(and have not been to it since I stopped eating meat and chicken) so here is my review on the FISHSANDWICH and the criss-cross or criss-cut… fries. The sandwich was surprisingly decent. I did not have to add anything to be flavorful(like more sauces etc) it was good the way it came and the fish had a nice char-broiled flavor. I did not detect any cheese in it but I didn’t think it would need that at all. Reason its not a 4**** is because the fries were VERY oily. I have a feeling I may just have to get the sandwich next time and drive across the parking lot for Fab’s garlic fries.

You know i’m kind of hit and miss with this location. I eat here when I need to, because there are plenty better options not too far away from here. The food itself hasn’t been that good for me but i’m comparing this only to other Carl’s Jr’s. I’ve only gone through their drive through over the last year or so a couple of times and i’ve had to eat it just to eat it. Nothing to rave about.

This place is always clean and the staff is friendly. I don’t really eat burgers my kids and hubby do so there you go :-) Anyway, it’s pretty close to our house so its convenient enough as well. I have had a couple of the new jalapeño/cheese burgers and they were really tasty. They get our order right most of the times and since our son doesn’t like hardly anything, we have to make sure his chicken sandwiches are plain, that could be an issue to have to keep returning. Overall, great service, great people!

Weirdest Carl’s Jr I’ve ever stepped foot in. So the first time I visited this place I ordered my food, then walked past a mailman and a bum. The mailman yells at the bum«Don’t touch me!» That’s what first caught my attention. I walked into restroom and saw a steamy pile of feces on the floor so I quickly went back to my table and waited for my food. This black guy sits near us dressed in a full on Mariachi outfit, spurs and everything. We thought that was kind of funny as he did not look Mexican whatsoever. We got our food, then we got grossed out as a lady took off her shoes and started picking at her feet & toes. We then heard what sounded like a heavy smoker yelling at his wife, saying that he wants a divorce. It was an elderly couple sitting a few seats behind us. I don’t think he could be very loud because his voice seemed damaged or something, it was extremely raspy but the content of what he was telling her was still pretty crazy. Then the black Mariachi takes out a Machete and starts to sharpen it at his table. This was the last straw. My friend went to inform an employee of the man with the Machete but she didn’t seem to care. So we just got out of there ASAP. This all happened in one visit. Never going back.
