The food here is always fresh like they advertise. An opening time of 7 am is so convenient for getting a salad or a sandwich for lunch before I get to work, and the fact that there is a Star Bucks next door is awesome. I always get the double chop chicken salad with spinach this salad combo is my favorite thing to get for lunch. The people working there always greet the customers with a «hello, welcome to Subway.» Best Subway spot near my work in the Tarzana area. The other locations don’t compare this location. It’s about like any other subway. I started coming to this one because the one up near Pierce College is such a dive and their bread is just disgusting… This one in the shopping center does a better job, I feel. I always get the veggie foot-long on wheat or flatbread, and the non-fat potato chips and a water. SUPERBDINNER.

Very small store — other than the staff, and(who I assume was) the owner of the franchise, I was the only one in there. I got one of their $ 6.54(including tax) combo meals, 6 inch turkey flatbread sandwich with chips and drink. I wish they still had those $ 5(tax-free) foot-long sandwiches… maybe they still do but not at this store. The veggie ones should be $ 4. I think for those, they end up with a huge profit because the only thing that costs much money is the cheese — if you get cheese on it. The rest(dough and veggies) is just pennies on the dollar.

I never go into subway expecting much. Just a simple sandwich nothing special. But not at this location. I went with my boyfriend last week for the first time. We usually like to get sandwiches to our liking. Sometimes people get upset by this because we ask for a lot of modifications. But not here! I was taken care of by an older women she was so nice. I wish I could remember her name. She didn’t skimp on anything and made suggestions even laughed with us. My sandwich was massive. She wrapped it in foil to make sure the sandwich wouldn’t go cold without us even asking. I never even knew subway had those until then. It’s just little things here an there that just make you want to go back to that location. There’s a subway at every corner but I definitely make the drive to this one for its customer service

I had ordered 6 inches sandwich with avocados & chicken noodle soup to go. When i got home the soup was terribly gross. It tastes rotten, old, over cooked and smells spoiled. I immediately threw them in the trash. Then i took a bite of my sandwich and avocados tastes old. I immediately called the store to let them know about the soup being spoiled not the avocados because i was concerned. The Manager Joe don’t seem to care about the customers concern or even give my money back for the soup!!! Wow!

Nothing real spectacular, just another Subway. This location is small and its set up kinda weird Its backwards, you order left to right. Its areal small location. However this little mail does get pretty busy. Must of all right next to Starbucks. The employees really just going though their emotions. No smiles from the employees. The moral here is low. You could see it in the employees here. So sad to see this. Well as I left, I said to the employees have a great day 2015 Unilocal Challenge.042/100

I eat at this subway about once a week with my girlfriend. The owner and staff are friendly and the store is always clean. They make your sandwich with love and don’t try to up sell you every second. I especially like the spicy Italian on jalapeño bread! O recommend this location to anyone who want a good sandwich

New owner is has 0 customer service I’ve been coming to this subway for 10 years buying footlong combos once a week. The new owner is a big asain man He is a total Jerk. and he knows i’m a loyal customer I live nearby and am in the plaza a lot and he treats me like crap. I came in a few times asking for a water cup in the summer and didn’t let ME have it. after he pulled this stunt on me I asked him for change for a 10 one day and he sent me to the bank nextdoor that was closed. This new manager sucks and I hope he looses all of his clients due to his terrible service

I go to this Subway at least once a week. The manager is ALWAYS there. Everyone greets me immediately and they are not cheap when it comes to the condiments to the sandwich. They make sure you get what youre asking for. Best customer service Subway in the Valley… Thanks guys and gals!!!

It’s Subway so you expect poor customer service and mediocre food. This place though has some major issues. First of which is the simple fact it is backwards. This Subway gets busy so standing in a line to order and being crammed between a million people is a nightmare. The people that work here are pretty lame also. They are lazy and strigy!!! I’d rather go to Vons atleast those sandwiches are gourmet!

This place is down the street from my pad, honestly the service is OKAY, nothing to talk about. Only one main complaint and that is that they are stingy! they barely give out there ingredients as if they are handing you small grains of gold. I come here when im in a rush to class, and i know that i wont be able to go off campus. Ive even asked them several times to give me more spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, etc… and they grab a pinch each time. So, other than that, i have no complaints.

Food is standard Subway food, which is just okay for me. That usually means 3 stars, but they lose a star for not honoring coupons. They even have a sign by the cash register that says they’ll match competitors’ coupons, but they won’t. First time I went in with a coupon, they refused to honor it. I called corporate, corporate called the restaurant owner, owner called me and invited me back. Next couple of times, coupon was honored. Then they tell me they will no longer honor it again. That was the last time I visited this Subway.
