BSE Rents

This place acts like they are the only rental place in California. Very surly staff. I took my stihl saw in because it wasn’t running right. The woman behind the counter assured me that she could fix it, when I questioned her about her saw fixing credentials she was insulted and told me about the classes she had taken from stihl and reassured me that she could and would fix my saw. So over $ 120.00 later I pick it up she says it’s running perfect. When I started the saw at home it ran worse than when I took it in. So another trip to BSE another call saying it has to be the screen in the exhaust. I assured her it wasn’t the screen because I had removed the screen and it was in perfect shape. She insisted it was the screen so I brought the screen in to prove it to her, put the screen back into the saw tried to start it it was out of fuel. She wouldn’t give me any fuel and did not want to mess with my saw any more. She said she had done everything she could and that it was my fault that it wasn’t running. I said you told me you were going to fix it so what about the money I spent fixing a saw that doesn’t work? She said that’s on you. I have purchased three stihl items two saws and a weed whacker, also rented trailers and other tools. The only time I will ever spend another dime here is when they go out of business and I go to bid penny’s on the dollar for their tools.
