Went over here just for a jalapeño bagels and cream cheese! LOVED it! They toast it for you, fill with lots of cream cheese. I didn’t order anything else. Will definately be back to satisfy this craving.

HELP! Call the police I’ve just been robbed. Oh, wait, never mind I just left bruegger’s bagels. I mean come on man. Since when did bagels get so expensive. The breakfast isn’t the most expensive part. The lunch cost a fortune and you pay for sides and drinks separately. I know it’s New York style bagels but can we leave the New York style prices off the menu. If this truly is a New York style bagel then New York needs to close it’s borders and not allow anymore bagel shops to leave. They are besmirching New Yorks famed bagels. This restaurant gets two stars for sub par tasting bagels and sandwiches. Oh yes, and for being way over priced. That is all!

Staff is always friendly, food is made fresh, they have a ton of things to choose from. The indoor dining is very clean. Check this place out! I will be back

This place meets my high expectations for a great lox bagel(smoked salmon bagel) I’ve searched high and low for a bagel place that sells this and I finally found it in the heart of Temecula. And it is called the«Classic Smoked Salmon with Egg Salad». It’s different from my regular lox bagel that mainly consists of smoked salmon, cream cheese and onions. This had more flavor and the egg salad was a surprise to me! I honestly thought it would be a side dish haha. But once I got a bite into it, the saltiness of the salmon and the medium taste of the egg salad was a great combination. It was well put together and I loved it!

I had high hopes coming to Bruegger’s, since there are a lot of breakfast places here in Murrieta/Temecula in competition with each other. Unfortunately, I couldn’t believe how the staff, consisting of minorities like myself, treated my family and I. The other patrons of the restaurant were greeted and treated like family. Expecting the same friendly service, I encountered something between disdain and neglect. I can overlook one employee having a bad day. However, when the whole staff has little regard for the customer experience, I definitely won’t be returning.

Fast service… even when the line looks impossibly long it goes fast! Bagels are always yummy! Sometime a little too much cream cheese, but you can scrap it off :)

Tried this place a couple times. Great fast service and very polite staff. Tried a bagel with spread once, another time had a bagel breakfast sandwich. Both were good. Had coffee too and it was good. Wish they had a light roast. Not a fan of dark roast, decaf, or flavored coffee. Even though it was a dark roast didn’t taste burnt like typical Starbucks. Prices were also very reasonable.

They are very lucky to be the only bagel shop in the area. Their ordering system is all wrong with only one cashier taking drink orders and cashing out orders. Line is always out the door. Bagels are fresh but not worth the constant neglect in customer service

There are not many Bruegger’s around here, but I am glad there is one. Fresh juice options and a wide selection of bagels and cream cheese is an awesome combo. I just think their flavors and style is unique to the brand. I look forward to trying their other menu items but have kept it simple thus far.

Bruegger’s makes REAL bagels that are boiled first and then baked on site. My personal favorites are onion, garlic, and everything. Wednesday is the best day to buy as the bagels are on sale by the baker’s dozen. The only thing that would make Bruegger’s better is if they made a real bialy.

My first trip here this past weekend to grab some breakfast before a day out. I have to say that I don’t care for the layout, nor do I care for the way that the employees communicate orders from the bagel-istas to the cashiers. I stood in a line that wound around the dining room, forcing me to stare in the faces of the already served patrons – I don’t like looking at my friend’s faces covered in cream cheese, let alone strangers, and I’m certain they didn’t appreciate me waiting just inches off of their tables. Once my order was placed and I approached the cashier, they yell down the line to the folks making the bagels, who then yell back. when the individual isn’t sure what the order was, yep, you guessed it… more back and forth shouting. There has to be a better way. Everyone was happy with the quality of the food, so 3 stars

This place does have delicious and fresh bagels, but I don’t know if I’d come back – the line wait was SO long… the line wasn’t long but wow, service is slow.(They need a better system – the one person ringing up customers was the same person making coffee/drinks/filling creamers – not efficient. I mean, if five people are waiting in line just to pay… let us pay and then you can make more coffee… yeah?) I’m torn, to be honest… if they had faster service I’d be a regular but I can’t wait 15+ mins in line for just a bagel. I definitely don’t have time for that. BUT man… that bagel was yummy. I can see why people keep coming back – variety…fresh and hot… ahhh, bagel heaven. I ordered the Western on a plain bagel. It had egg, bell peppers, red onion, chipotle sauce, and bacon… I’ll probably crave that dang bagel again. It was perfecto… but the dread of going in that line – that’s my hesitation. Maybe I’ll try going at a different time – they open at 530am? I went around 1030-ish. Perhaps they were tired already? Don’t know. Bravo for the bagel, boo for the service.

Bought a dozen bagels yesterday and asked if they can slice them in half. I was told that I would have to wait 30 minutes since phone in orders come 1st compared to walk in customers. Now I was the only walk in customer in line. How long does it take to run a dozen bagels thru a slicer? Would it be too much of an inconvenience to slice a dozen bagels? I don’t think so. Maybe if there were several customers in line, ok. Very poor customer service.

First time trying this place. I live in Murrieta, and, travel here for the Sprouts, next door. It was busy, so, I thought that was a good sign of a good bagel. The line moved quickly, and, I got The Benedict to go. After doing some shopping at Sprouts, I went home and was ready to eat my Benedict. Well when it opened the sandwich there was no EGG on my eggs Benedict sandwich. :/That should be the first ingredient you think of, after the bagel, when making the sandwich! Disappointing. I did call the shop, and let them know what happened. Natalie was very nice and apologetic for the mistake. She did tell me her manager was on break and they could call me back to see if the issue could be resolved. I didn’t want a refund or anything. Just wanted to inform them they need to put an EGG on an Egg Benedict sandwich

Two stars cause the ladies working there this morning were really nice. BUT. Bought a container of hummus. When we got where we were going I realized it had expired over 2 months ago and it was nasty crusty and moldy inside. Disgusting.

YOUWANTTOGETYOURBAGELSFROMHERE!!! GET A STAMPCARD!!! Location: In the Plaza across the street from Chaparral High School on the Eastern Side. Parking: This place can get busy but still more than enough parking to go around. Ambiance: Booths and Tables look and are arranged like a café when you walk in. Gotta walk to the far end to form a line where there is a glass case of the bagel making area where you can see someone prep the bagels. A real nice place to spend your mornings, there isnt too much going on, usually isn’t too loud and everyone is so friendly. Service: Don’t think I’ve ever walked in and received anything short of exceptional customer service. Always friendly and willing to help staff. Go in and see for yourself. Product: We come in every wednesday for the discounted dozen of bagels for the office. and there hasn’t been a bagel that wasn’t delicious. And every breakfast sandwhiches are to die for. If you love the fall, grab a few of the Pumpkin bagels during the fall season. BEENGOINGHEREFORMONTHSANDWILLCONTINUETOGOHERE.

Consistently excellent quality. Community consciousness. My parents tried to pay for the breakfasts of a group of servicemen behind them in line. When the manager heard my parents’ intention, she covered the cost of feeding all of the servicemen and my parents. Kindness. Gratitude. Courtesy. Respect. «All virtues are strengthened by the practice of same»(Plato). I remain humbled by the virtues of each of these people. I will remain their loyal customer.
