I left this store extremely shocked on how they handle their refunds. As I am standing in line a women who spoke very little English approached my wife to help her understand why she was being told she could not get her money back since she had her receipt with her and the new, unused boots she had purchased. My wife decided to ask the assistant manager for clarification and was told they didn’t have the money for this lady because of their end of year sales records. Personally, my wife and I think it is pretty ridiculous that a company would hold a customers’ funds for their own gains. To cause a customer such inconvenience is one of the worse customer services I have witnessed. And to top it off when my wife asked who she could call to speak about the matters, she was told there was no number. Unbelievable!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!
My first problem is I went in this store with my Husband for a very specific pair of Ugh Slippers for Men. We knew the exact Model and Size wanted, making it the easiest sale for this store.
The associate brought out one pair and said it was the ONLY pair of size 12’s they had. He showed the color to my husband and because my husband has had this same pair previously, there was no need to try them on, which is retrospect, that was the wrong thing to do. After battling the ridiculous mall traffic and chaos, we got home only to find out, the slippers were a size 11. How STUPID!!! That’s what happens when stupid teenagers who don’t give a crap, work in these retail stores. The box and shoes, very clearly said size 11.
To make matters worse, we had to again battle traffic and chaos to get back to the mall to return the slippers. And to make it burn even more, I had used my «Debit» card to make the purchase, which is CASH. However, they would not return the Cash to me. And because of their young age, they literally have NO clue the difference between Debit cards and Credit cards. And so now, I don’t have the new $ 120 dollar slippers, and my money will take four more days to get into my account.
Stay away from this stupid store!!!

Yesterday I received extremely friendly service. There were three very helpful and polite employees, especially an older gentleman named Al. I was impressed by his dedication to his work. When the shoes that I found didn’t work he had great suggestions that I hadn’t seen based on the purpose, style, size and fit that I needed.
The shoes have good quality soles and although it is a small store there is a very good selection of work shoes especially in comparison to many large shoe stores.

The store is just a tad cluttered due to the Christmas shopping season, but with such a small store the clutter looks larger than it really is. Perhaps setting up displays along the store entrance would give the place a larger interior feel.
I was looking for a pair of Clark Wallabee’s for my brother-​in-​law. Unfortunately, they did not carry the size nor the shade that he prefers. In fact, the selection seems to be a buffet of sorts, with no real focus on what type of customer they are trying to attract.
That could be a problem…
