Jack in the Box

Love the cashier Marco. He’s very friendly and courteous. Takes my order promptly. However, today the staff in the back didn’t get my order right. I had to return and had them fix it. I was already back at my place and had to go back with the wrong order. Next time I need to double check first before I leave. This was not the first time it happened. I should have known.

This Jack-​in-​the-​Box is been my save all place to come open 24 hours and it seems like they have great cooks in there because I’ve been to other Jack-​in-​the-​Box is where quality of food has been less but this one always seems to impress me I will be coming back by daily

if i could give a zero i would. during the day this jack and the box is good, fresh food nice friendly service but come night time its discusting. tacos soggy and dripping grease, no cheese on one of the tacos, didnt give the right order,. the person helping me was the rudest person i have ever dealt with in my life. her name was adelida. hands down worst fast food experience.

Love this jack in the box !! Super clean restraunt and friendly service. The food is fresh. I had ordered a complicated special order (which i usually ask for at other jack in the boxes) and everywhere else always gets my order wrong but this is the ONLY jack in the box restraunt that has actually got my order right !!! Really impressed and defiantly WILL be returning :-)

Had a coupon for a free shake. but forgot to use it cause the manager n employee were arguing w the drive-​thru window open. grrr

Great customer service tonight. Normally wouldn’t say anything or ignore the surveys on the receipt but this jack in the box showed me patience and a great attitude while my faded card was having trouble registering. The young lady who took my order had great customer service skills and a lot of patience. Her manager came over to help and he indeed do so. They got me my order and on my way in a timely manner.

Friendly service and the food was hot… that all I expect for fast food.

Picked up two chicken sandwiches from the dollar menu and 3 orders of the 2 tacos for $.99 last night.
The girl at the drive-​thru was friendly and clear, not digitaized or distorted unlike other places. She was fast and very attentive.
Now, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Does the lettuse really have to be all stacked up in one corner of the sandwich? It pissed me off cause as soon as I grabbed it, the bun split in half and a lot of the sauce poured out of the sandwich.
I also agree with Andrew M., the location is a pain in the but to get in or out of. Maybe the only driveway could be wider.

Great customer service but my sandwich was cold when I got it and the dining area was smelling like a windex festival.

They have great selection of food.

Nicest, cleanest, friendliest Jack-​in-​the-​Box I’ve ever been to. Stopped off early Friday morning on our way back from Palm Springs for a Breakfast Jack and coffee. Staff was extremely friendly. Food came out quick and tasty. We dined in and watched the staff with other guests. Everyone was greeted with a ‘good morning’ and a smile. Bathroom and eating areas were spotless. One employee even came out and swept the floor by the drink area after we were done (hmm, were we messy.) Even my husband noticed a difference in the atmosphere at this Jack-​in-​the-​Box. This will be our regular stop now on trips through Temecula.
Use Winchester Road from the 15. Since its Temecula there are no billboards or large freeway signs. Our GPS found it for us. :)

The breakfast pita is really gross and they forgot my hash browns. I was still hungry because i couldnt eat the pita.
