Can’t get enough of this place! In’N’Out is seriously the best. They have their own taste when it comes to food. No one taste like them. I love the spread sauce, the fries are always great, and they are always so speedy even when they are slammed.

This in n out is located next to Arby’s and Wendy’s. Be on the look out for it because it is kinda hidden. This in n out is probably the least busiest in n out I’ve ever been to. It was a bit slow getting our food considering it wasn’t busy. As always, food was delicious. Ive never been to an in n out where it was bad. It was ridiculously cold in there and a worker heard me say that. She offered to put the temperature up.

I love in n out so much! They have the definition of a good, tasty, real burger. I could honestly eat in n out all the time if I could. I’ve pretty much had their whole menu except for a few secret items. I usually get a double double w/out onions and well done fries. If I want to be a little healthy I opt to a protein burger. I also like to treat myself to a Neapolitan shake every now and then. Regardless of how busy they can get, they’re polite and very fast at taking your order out. I can’t imagine living on the east coast where there’s no in n out franchise over there.

You seriously can’t go wrong with most In-N-Out’s but this one is the oldest one in Temecula. Its still great service and food don’t get me wrong. It doesn’t get as crowded as the other ones I feel because it is old and not the best location. This location is much more popular for a lunch crowd which is why coming here at dinner time is awesome for us to avoid waiting in line. When you order to-go, ask for your food in a box with a lid. It makes things much less messy by the time you get home.

Went here for lunch today. It was pouring rain outside which made for a long drive thru lane, so I ate inside. It was warm, dry, and everybody working was friendly.

Grilled cheese, extra tomato, grilled onion, pickles, chilies with fries well done. Like heaven on earth.

I visited this in-n-out location today, have been there many times before. First of all they allowed someone to place a huge catering order through the drive-thru so I waited in line for over 30 minutes to get my food. When I finally got my food it was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I went inside to get a new order and what looked like a fresh hot order on the outside, was cold and disgusting on the inside. The staff was also not as warm and welcoming as they usually are. I was already fed up with the service so i just left, probably never going back again. You would think that after you have them remake your food it would be fresher, I wasn’t even rude to them when I asked or a new order. I just explained what happened and requested a new order.

I love in-n-out don’t get me twisted. But I swear, every time I drive through I order a 3×3 no onions, and drive away only to find a double double with onions on my lap, and no time to go have it fixed. I love the food, but you have to double check your order here before you drive away.

not the best burger I’ve had but for the price being $ 8 for what I got I’m pretty satisfied. whenever my friends from Idaho come down I take them here for some great California food.

My husband got burgers for myself and the kids and they were basically raw. Based on how thin the pattys are, they spent almost no time on the flattop. I’m so disappointed!

Let’s be honest… how could you go wrong with in n out. I love coming here for my cheat meals…#2 animal style with animal style fries and an Arnold Palmer… perfect meal!

Clean, quick, efficient and yummy! Walked here from my hotel room. As a California resident, I already know what to expect when I eat out In-N-Out and my stop at their Temecula location wasn’t any different. I’d like recognize one employee in particular(though they’re all great and hard-working). Krysta stopped by table while I was waiting for my order. She asked if everything was okay and I said yes. She asked if she could get my order for me and I said sure. I gave her my number and less than a minute later she was back with my food. Several minutes later she checked on me again and refilled my drink for me. Came by once more to make sure everything was going well. As I ate I could see Krysta checking on every guest; taking trays away, getting children paper hats, and offering other guests order pickups /refills just the way she had with me. Doing it all with an authentic smile and warm, friendly personality. She’s the embodiment of what In-N-Out(or any customer service oriented company) envisions as their dream employee. I didn’t get a chance to thank her for her great service because she was taking care of everyone but I hope someone within the company sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Krysta, you’re a rock-star!

5 Guys beats all the others when it comes to REAL burgers and fries. Made the old fashioned way. McDonalds now serves only dark brown cardboard instead of real cow burgers. While In-N-Out has good service, I really don’t know why people think they are great. The shakes are the only high point, IMO.

It is what it is. It’s the best of the fast food burger joints. The burgers are consistent, the staff polite and usually smiling. It’s open till 1am. If you haven’t tried in-n-out give it a try, you just may love it.

Slowest in n out drive thru ever. I can literally have 2 cars in front of me for 20 mins. At the one in corona I will get through in the same amount of time with 15 cars in front of me! Seriously the management really needs to look at making the schedule better or having stronger staff in the window. It seems like the person handing out the food is doing everything & maybe you only have one cook?! Not sure but something needs to change. This is the closest store to my house.

Something I’ve dreaded but never really believed could happen has happened at In-N-Out during my previous two visits(at this location and another nearby): the decline of quality and service from the Golden State’s franchise staple. Any California-loving burger eater knows that In-N-Out consistently churns out great food and good service to boot, but it was not present here last weekend. Look, I know it’s hard that Coachella was happening and unfortunately not everyone could make it there. We’ve all dealt with the grief of not being able to party ourselves out in the desert with thousands of people, but please, don’t take it out on everyone else. We’re in the same boat. We want to combat the sorrows by having a fine, inexpensive burger combo. Yet those who flocked here that evening were punished with terribly prepared food and a near-lack of service. The cheeseburger I ordered had virtually no lettuce; negligible, if any. The fries were under/overcooked to a sogginess I can’t validate. Both of these things negated the«fresh-cooked» quality of the brand. And when picking up my order at the counter and waiting a few minutes for someone to notice I was standing there to ask for spread, helpfulness and smiles were absent. Talk about putting a damper on a meal. I’m hoping this is a temporary setback and things will return to normal, the way I’ve experienced at this location(and In-N-Out in general) in the past. Otherwise, there are at least two other stores in the area available for business. 2.5.

Have been increasing disappointed with quality of food and service at this location. Seems like the young girls aren’t listening to the orders at the drive thru. Ask the same questions too many times and get the order wrong. Lightly toasting of the buns is preferred. Crispy is not acceptable. Fries are sometimes overcooked or undercooked. These problems don’t happen all the time but enough to prompt these comments.

THISISTHECHEESEBURGER YOUCOMPAREALLOTHERCHEESEBURGERSTO! So if McDonald’s is having an identify crisis, they need to look no further than IN N OUT on how to run a successful fast food chain. It’s not about apples instead of fries, or milk instead of soda. It’s about using fresh ingredients! No freezers! No frozen patties! No bags of frozen french fries! No heat lamps! Fast food will never be «healthy» but that doesn’t mean you can’t use quality ingredients! And as long as there is an In N Out on the way to wherever we’re going, then we’re always stopping!

Stayed the weekend in Temecula… and 2 visits to In-N-Out during that weekend… first one was to grab a quick drive thru lunch for my kids as we headed to check in to our hotel room… saturday afternoon. line was long long long… but moved quick quick quick. everything was perfect as usual. 2nd trip was late sunday night… the entire band from the venue we played at decided to have there after party at in — n — out… we literally filled ½ the restaurant! even with the surprise of this huge late night rush the employees rocked it!!! food was perfect… establishment was clean perfection as always
