Ok, Manager just walked out of the bathroom and was still buttoning his pants. Does anyone believe he washed those hands??? GROSS!!!

Square patties? Square $&%#ing patties? How does a square patty work with an oval mouth? Doesn’t make any sense to have square hamburger patties. Wendy, now that the great Mr. Thomas, your daddy, has moved on to the big Wendy’s in the sky, rest in peace, can we switch to round GD hamburger meat. The hamburgers aren’t the best tasting and the shape adds nothing. Round is king!
The frosty’s, chicken sandwiches, fries and even the salads are all good. The prices are much to be desired but they do have a dollar or SO, menu. I wonder if Dave Thomas got the idea for his hamburger patties after staring at the back splash tile in the kitchen. They are the same color and texture as a paint swatch. I know I should let it go. I just can’t! Wendy, make the change it’s not helping your bottom line or our waistlines. You get 3 stars in 3 squares simply because your chicken sandwiches are good.

As far as fast food burger joints go Wendy’s is in my top 5. Most of the time I need to grab something quick before shopping so I won’t starve while walking around the mall or grocery store.
When I’m on the go I will order a couple of Jr bacon or Jr cheese burgers for a quick snack to hold me between meals. The Jr bacon and Jr cheese burgers are the best kept secret and far more superior then any other fast food restaurants cheese burgers in its class. If I’m getting a meal then it’s usually a menu number 1 or 2, this location has been mostly consistent with service and quality!

Love Wendys. Chili. Chicken. Fries. Burgers. Bacon. Salad. Service and cleanliness are exceptional here. Love Wendy’s great late night stop.

I had a chicken sandwich from this location and got the norovirus (aka food poisoning). It was the only thing I ate that day, food poisoning confirmed by doctor. A few days later after I recovered a bit I called and spoke to the manager whom seemed uninterested in this very serious problem. I hope that no one else got sick and they fixed the problem, I obviously won’t ever be going to Wendy’s again.

Fast food is average and that’s nothing new. The service was good and the food is decent. Whoever is back there cooking seems to be incredibly heavy handed with the salt because both our burgers were so salty it was hard to eat. My burger already had bacon on it so it would have been fine to lightly salt the patty while cooking. The son of a baconator is pretty good and the Caesar salad was really good. The buns aren’t overly sweet and the fries are decent. Our drinks were also good. The strawberry lemonade is refreshing and sweet without feeling like you’re drinking sugar water. The drive thru guy was pretty cool and made small talk. Please, please get a handle on the salt and I’ll be back.

Stood there for a good 5min I was the only person in line the freaking employees were looking at me & nobody was taking my order! Someone needs to teach these people about customer service.

Absolutely disgusting. Twice I had a bad experience. The first time it was just a long drive thru line and my baked potato wasn’t cooked right, it felt undercooked. The second time was just a minute ago. It was a 20 min drive thru line, my burger was disgustingly greasy. It tasted like it had been soaked in water to cook faster. It was soggy. Then to top it off when I went to pay the guy had to ask me how much my receipt said and he still had my card in his hand. So I’m worried that he charged me twice. Seriously I’ve NEVER had such a bad fast good experience

I will never go to this place again, rude employees, waited what seemed like 20 mins for a #3 they said something about fresh meat? I could not understand her explanation, when I asked why so long. She mumbled like she had marbles in her mouth.
Not sure how this place is in business. They need a overhaul bad, my food was not worth the headache

Absolutely horrible service!!! No spoons, no straws, and three ketchup packets for two #10 ‘s with medium fries& drinks. That was after getting our order wrong twice,. And for everything we ordered through the drive through they would say «what» as if they couldn’t hear my boyfriend & he was being loud trying to order. This place is horrible. They also don’t give out small chocolate frostys with the kids meals at this location. What bullshit.

How could someone not like Wendy’s? The burgers are great, you can get chili instead of fries (or with fries) and you can finish it off with a frosty. I just wish they had one a little closer to the residential side of Temecula.

Im giving a 5 because Hector working the drive thru during the evenings when we go through here is always entertaining! ! Plus never had bad service. Foods always done right too.

I’m giving it 1 star for 3 reasons. I don’t know if they were training or what but there were 3 girls at the drive thru window which made it completely unorganized. One was kinda rude when I told her I had a coupon for free small fries and drink with a purchase of a Tuscan chicken sandwich. Two, as I went to cut my sandwich in half I saw the bottom piece of bread had mold on it. I threw the whole thing out because who knew if more mold was being covered up with the sauce on the top piece. Three, the fries were so salty I couldn’t even eat them. It’s like they were dipped in a salt vat immediately after being taken out of the oil so they would be completely covered in salt. What a waste of my money and my lunch hour. Don’t think I’ll be making a trip here any time soon.

The place has great service, I came on a Thursday 5 minutes before they close (annoying I know but I had a sudden craving) and the woman was still friendly and patient. As for the food, it’s a bit of a hit & miss but i cant resist their value menu! Overall a solid Wendy’s location.

This place is sometimes hit and miss. I often come during lunch hour and they’re alwaaayyys busy… which I understand, it’s fast freaking food in the middle of a bunch of other businesses.
The staff is always pretty friendly… except one young looking manager lady who seems to kind of have that «I told you so» attitude with her employees.
Aside from that though, they’re really quick in always getting me my food without any issues. And let me tell you, sometimes I’m ordering 20+ items!
P. S. — Get a «Free Frosty» keychain for $ 1!

Kind of surprised to see so few stars. My experience was good. They were quick. The food was great and the customer service was friendly and genuine. Tough to find anything wrong here at all.

Slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Food isn’t up to Wendy’s quality level, either. Sad.

This is a franchise, so the 99-​cent menu is limited. Service today was decent, but usually it is slow. Food is good, though, and it’s still less expensive than Arby’s next door!

It was very slow to order, but otherwise I really have no complaints. They didn’t mess up my order, and we got everything for a decent wait time. I wanted a refill and had to wait in line for like 5 to 10 minutes just to get one. They’re understaffed, I believe, or just really slow workers.
There was a man who was very mad about the service though. Came in yelling about how he waited 20 minutes at the drive-​thru for his food and demanded his money back. I would too! I actually wouldn’t even wait 20 minutes at a drive-​thru for food, that’s outrageous!
