Pizza Hut

This place is horrible. Ordered pizza online. Firstly delivery boy knocked on the door so hard loud and desperately that the neighbors came out of their rooms to see «wtf» was going on! Then like many others my pizza was cold and cheese was hard. Just stupid and ridiculous! Im going a step further and report this simply horrible garbage establishment!
Stay away from this place!

Last night I ordered a pizza online. 1HR 25MIN WAIT it told me after placing the order. It came within an hour, but was somehow cold, and the breadsticks were over cooked and along with the cinna six. And it was missing a couple ingredients. This is beyond RIDICULOUS, I don’t understand how anyone can let a place of business go this long with bad reviews and inconsistency. I hope management looks at these and get’s their acts together.

The staff is super friendly! The restaurant is disgusting! The booths are ripped, floors are behind filthy. I have eaten at cleaner restaurants in third world countries — no joke.

Ordered the Big Box deal and wings. So sorry I added that $ 8 boneless wings on, the pieces were so small (see picture)! Marinara sauce for the bread sticks was missing again! You should be ashamed.

Placed my order on Pizza
I ask for carry out and as soon as possible, I get a pick up time of 1 hour! So I call the location, the person answering the phone, Brian asks me to hold, 7 minutes later I hang up and call back. Brian asks me how he help me without asking me to hold, so I ask him why I was put on hold and left on hold for 7 min? He responds that he’s sorry he’s really short handed. That is no excuse for bad customer service! I cancelled my order, will not return to Pizza Hut! They hire young kids who have no work ethic and from the two locations I have been to, they treat their work environment like it’s «screw off time»!! Good bye Pizza Hut!

I’m really starting to think this Pizza Hut is run by monkeys. We’ve ordered from there 3 times and all 3 were horrendous. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
First order–
We called in to place our order for delivery:3 pizzas, 3 orders cheese breadsticks, 2 orders of wings and a 2 liter. We were quoted a delivery time of 45 minutes. No biggie. An hour later my husband calls back to check the status and we’re informed the delivery driver isn’t even scheduled to work until half an hour from now. Ok, would have been nice to know an hour ago. 30 minutes passes, no pizza. We call again. The assistant manager says he will drive the order to us personally. On his THIRD try he finally brings the rest of the order he had forgotten the first (oops, forgot your pizzas… no seriously, he forgot our pizzas!!) and second times (oh, you want that 2 liter you ordered? My bad.) Our order ends up being free. So we give it another shot…
Second order–
I walk in and place an order for carry out since we had such difficulty with our delivery order, 3 pizzas cheese breadsticks and a 2 liter. 30 minutes of waiting and I’m informed one of the pizzas was made with the wrong toppings. The cashier tells me I can take the order as-​is or I can continue to wait while they make me the correct pizza. I wait. If I wanted something other than what I ordered, I would have ordered it. Another 20 minutes goes by when I’m finally handed my order, lukewarm pizza & breadsticks, room temp PEPSI and the only hot item– my corrected pizza. We scored a free (wrong topping) pizza so we gave it one more shot…
Third order–
I place an online order for delivery since calling creates havoc and walking into the store to order is no better, 3 pizzas 3 breadsticks and a 2 liter. The email confirmation tells me my order will be delivered in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I call the store asking where my order is. I’m asked my name and I give it. «Did you say that was for delivery?» Why yes, yes I did, just like my order did when I placed it. I’m met with a hurried «we’ll get it right out.» Oh great I think. My order has been sitting there getting cold the whole time! 15 minutes later I call again. I’m assured my order is on its way. 1 hour 15 minutes after I placed my order, I’m delivered cold pizza, hot PEPSI like it had been sitting in the sun and room temp breadsticks and sauce.
That was the last straw. This Pizza Hut will never get anymore business from me, which is a shame because it’s the only pizza place that delivers to my house besides Rossetti’s. We’d order once a week if they had their act together.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. First the guy who takes my order can barely understand English. Then my order is 20 mins late. When I finally do try my pizza it’s a greasy disgusting mess. I will never order from here again.

We have gotten some good and some bad orders from this location. Tonight was a bad order, missing toppings and sauces and crust requests.

First off I was on hold for 10 mins so I hung up and called back then held again for a few minutes. Well on hold I heard over and over about the deal for 2 large pizzas and bread sticks for $ 19.99 so of course I wanted to get that. The lady asked me what I want and I told her that deal, she says we don’t have that. Than why are you advertising it??? I tell her about the recording and she says «oh I don’t know why we have that recording» but never offers it to me anyway. If it’s advertised you should offer it!!! I’ll just keep my business at Papa Johns… So long Pizza Hut you just lost my business.

Really good, but most of the time they always mess up, but they always strive to make it right. So it’s okay.

Worst customer service from this store. Employees and manager are unwilling to help. Stay away or Just go to Domino’s.

Inconsistent!!! This Pizza Hut has to be the most inconsistent pizza place ever. We order at least once a week and it’s always a hit or miss with the quality of the pizza and the attitude of the employees. It’s worst on the weekends.

With hopes of the tastes of the Pizza Huts of old, ordered a take out. What a mistake. It was dry, over cooked, and tasteless. Never again. A little more money to get a much better pizza is the way to go.

Summary: I always order delivery through Pizza Hut for 1) location and 2) the simplicity of the pizza itself. I can’t speak for other chain but this location in particular, I have had enough.
Staff: Why ask me if I have any special instructions and not follow through? Why always deliver my pizza room temperature when I live less than 2 miles from the location itself? And worst of all, why is there never any condiment (crush pepper, cheese)? And when I call to voice my opinion in a monotone voice, your reply was, «It happens.»
Food: My pizza and sides are always room temperature and the staff never follow through with the instructions. Seriously, how hard is it to thinly slice my pizza?
Overall: If THIS particular Pizza Hut location is the only place left within a 50 mile radius, lets just say I’ll settle for grocery frozen pizza than to come back to place.

Nice people who made a nice and a delicious pizza very quick with a smile. Thin and spicy as we asked for — so perfect!

Normally I enjoy Pizza Hut pizza. It seems like they may have changed up the recipe a little. Plus I got the big family box which is two medium pies and two sides. We’ll the pizza was ok but I was told by the guy on the phone the pizza rollers are to die for, we’ll they are no good at all just dough and tiny bit of cheese with one or two pepperoni inside. As if that wasn’t bad enough the cinnamon bread was very tasteless and hard.

Heard they changed up their recipes somewhat and opted to give them a try, in lieu of dealing with Costco (always the ol’ stand by) parking lot traffic, for a boys night in.
Ordered on-​line two pizzas and their ad for the new P’zolo sandwiches. They offer quite an assortment to choose from, or you can construct your own, for $ 10 apiece. My buddy, son and I were actually quite surprised how delicious everything was (no, we were not intoxicated at that point). Then, when the wife came home and had a slice (she does not eat much pizza) she even commented how much she liked it and consumed all the crust (crust is big deal for everyone, but especially her). Those P’zolos are very tasty and right now they are 2 for $ 5. Can’t beat the price and it beats a $ 5 sandwich from Subway if you are real hungry.
I was not disappointed in the quantity of individual ingredients on the pizzas or in those baked sandwiches (stromboli style).
I liked the idea that you can construct your pizzas on-​line, so I added anchovies to have of one of the pies (no extra cost was added to the bill). You know what your total is, so there are no surprises; and an approximate ready pick up time (we opted to pick up, but they deliver locally). Within a minute of ordering I received a confirmation phone call, with no add-​on sales pitch, from a friendly female employee. Upon arrival I had no wait…
Overall we enjoyed everything and this place will be our place of choice when eating in (they do not offer in-​store dining here).
