Round Table Pizza

Gotta give props for delivery to Churon Inn! I couldn’t put in the address online, so I called in to order delivery with no problem. Pizza arrived in 50 minutes tasting as delicious as ever… pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, deep dish… scrumptious! Thank you Temecula Round Table!!!

Everyone knows that the people running this place are horrible business people! Should be ashamed of themselves. Let’s just talk buffet. The price is ridiculous. Over $ 11 for a lunch buffet? With a drink of course! How can you justify charging that price and not keeping pizzas out on the buffet. No Pepperoni pizza for 20 minutes… Then you know everyone is waiting and so instead of putting a second pizza in, you screw the person waiting that watches the pizza disappear. It’s pizza and salad, how can you be so horrible at it? Now let’s talk cleanliness… when was the last time you walked the dining area and looked at it from a customers viewpoint? Has the owner ever put any money back into this place? The wood is in horrible condition. the seats are so uncomfortable and torn up… The floor is disgusting and the kitchen view from the counter is not very welcoming (disorganized and cluttered). Make the price in the $ 8 range and include the drink, remodel the dining are or just upgrade the condition and watch the word spread! If you don’t want to lower the price for everyone, and at least put a coupon out that discounts it with the drink.

I made a larger order today for my office and was pleased with my overall experience. The only thing that was a bummer was the card reader wasn’t working and that was all I had to pay our bill. Props to the guy working though, he called the POS company and fixed the issue so I could make my payment. Our food was delivered on time and everything was accounted for. I would/​will use them again if we have a pizza lunch day in the office!

Last week when I went in to round table with my husband and my son I had a great time. I told the cashier that my son was allergic to cheese. He assured me that wouldn’t be a problem to make. We waited only 15 minutes while my son played some games on the table and we had the salad bar. I can’t remember what the girls name was, Cj or Tj, but she delivered the pizza to us and checked to make sure it was to our satisfaction. She was really kind and helpful. Over all had a wonderful experience at this location, will be returning soon!

I’ve always loved Round Table Pizza. Don’t eat pizza as often as we used to, due to my new Mushroom Allergy. But since I’ve had my allergy diagnosis, we’ve visited Round Table and they’ve been very helpful and accommodating with my allergy. We went in today, and I spoke with the cashier about my allergy and he personally made the pizza and Reassured me that there was no mushrooms in the pizza and that all fresh veggies were used. Very pleased with his customer service & attention to detail.

I LOVE ROUND TABLE! The Lunch buffet is the BEST deal!
YES: Their pizzas are pricey but you get what you pay for. ABSOLUTELY the FRESHEST toppings and salad bar. The crust is AMAZING! It is crispy AND soft. I judge them on their FOOD, some locations are outdated but if they keep kicking out that SAME pizza WITHOUT corporate changes, I am SOO down! I LOVE their crust! I usually eat pizza to the crust and leave it, but I eat the ENTIRE SLICE! The BEST is the King Arthur Supreme. SO many FRESH meats and veggies cooked to perfection! They have a corner with older kids games like «Connect Four» and «Checkers» and more that originally I thought was kinda of lame but I saw MANY Moms and Dads getting excited in seeing them and sharing them with their kids. They ACTUALLY put down their phones and phone apps and ENJOYED great food and their family.

I bought a small ulti meat pizza like 16 buffalo wings boneless and a personal Hawaiian pizza and three drinks for 44 dollars maybe it’s just me but I think it’s a little too expensive. I don’t mind paying above average for food but there was nothing above average about the pizza or wings. I’d probably eat there again only if there was like a groupon or some kind of coupon and I was starving and just happened to be outside the place. Also they didn’t have any slings to put a newborn baby carrier in.

Won’t be back! Came here for pizza and wings before a movie. Placed our order at 6:22 went at 6:52 to ask how much longer and our order was lost! Had to wait an extra 15 min for them to make our pizza! Pizza was cold and wings were warm :-/​No «I’m sorry» nothing! Needless to say we missed our movie time because of them. This place could use some new management and some customer service classes! They need to put some money into a remodel all the seats are ripped carpet is nasty and old. I’ll just make the drive to Hemet next time for some great pizza George’s Pizza is the best and worth the drive!

Came for the lunch buffet & all they had was pizza & salad. Definitely not worth coming to. You’re better off going to Shakey’s for Bunch of Lunch!!! Get some pizza, mojos, chicken, spaghetti, mac & cheese etc. Don’t waste your time at Round Table!!!

Pizza delivered two hours after ordering. Unapologetic deliver and lukewarm pizza.
I will not be ordering from them again. worst roundtable chain ever!
For the price this should be top quality pizza, and top notch service

After I posted this and wrote a complaint on their website, they refunded the entire order and gave me store credit. Great customer service, but I still hope their online ordering will have more accurate wait times, and I hope pizza no longer will arrive cold.

I’m a tad irritated right now. I just had delivery and my order had 3 cups of ranch dressing as dipping sauce. I clearly ordered marinara and garlic. And now I have no sauce to dip pizza or breadsticks in. Honestly nothing irritates me more.

Place was ok, we went for the lunch buffet. The price was decent. As for the food; nothing special, the salad bar was pretty fresh but the pizza on the other hand wasn’t. It looked like it had been sitting there for some time. Took about 20 minutes before they added a new pizza to the selection.

Really disappointed. We’ve been here several times and we mostly have a good experience. But today there was a group eating and drinking beer. One guy definitely had had to much to drink. We were waiting to get our pizza and the guy walked by our tables and threw up on the floor while he was on his way to the bathroom. My husband went and told the ladies behind the counter and they said they were going to send someone to clean it up. NEVER HAPPENED. We got our pizzas and left. We couldn’t really enjoy it with vomit right next to us.

Do yourself a solid and skip this P.O.S. Round Table location.
I had a ridiculously horrible experience tonight and this is honestly the last straw for this place. Their pizza is expensive, the quality is lacking and their employees are from the dredges.
I’ve sent the following review to corporate in hopes that they might start to care more about this location instead of just let it burn itself to the ground.
” Came in to use the «Triple Play» coupon on a Friday night. It was hardly busy and they had more than enough staff sitting in the back.
We headed straight to the registered and ordered the Triple Play and a salad. Kelly rang us up, but the total seemed to come out too cheap. So my sister double checks with her if she included the salad. Turns out, of course, Kelly forgot to add on the salad. She gives us a salad plate free of charge and apologizes, but then forgets the water cups we requested. Not a very good first impression, but we decided to give her a pass since she seemed like she meant well.
The salad at the salad bar looked horrendous. It was mostly head lettuce and looked like the most bleak salad you could ever provide to your customers. You charge $ 6 and this is what you offer? Come on.
As we are waiting for the pizza to arrive, we started to notice that people who ordered after us had started to receive their orders. We figured we would cut them some slack since maybe they finished delivery orders first to keep those customers from waiting too long. Well, 50minutes roll on by since we ordered and we still didn’t have our order. I approach Kelly at the register and tell her I’m checking on my order. She assures me that she’ll check on it and it’ll probably be a few more minutes. She then proceeds to take 3 more orders from people who just walked in less than five minutes ago.
While we were waiting to hear what happened to our pizza, we can hear them laughing in the back and joking about the situation and we can also see them horse-​playing around. I’m assuming they gave our order away to someone else and didn’t think twice about why were sitting there without a pizza at our table. I’m not sure how you didn’t realize that everyone was getting their pizzas besides us (even a family who ordered a family deal only waited 10minutes for theirs) when we’re sitting at a table right in front of you. No one comes to apologize and explain what happened, but it sure seemed like they were just having a ball in the back.
I was about to walk up and just ask for a refund since it was clearly visible that there weren’t any pizzas going through the oven. Then, Kelly walks by to deliver someone’s order and tells me it’ll be about five minutes before our order comes.
Over five minutes pass and our pizza still isn’t here. No apology. No explanation.
I approach the counter again and end up talking to this blonde female manager. I tell her I have been waiting over 50minutes for my pizza and would just like it to go now. She asks me what I ordered and the name on the order. After hearing my response, she informs me that she actually made that pizza and it should be out any minute now.
Well, a few minutes later, the pizza finally arrives. Kelly brings it, but without a to go box. She also offers us a batch of garlic cheese twists that she «made herself» and just states that her employees got a bit confused back there. I ask Kelly for a to go box and as she’s going back, the blonde manager is coming out with the to go box I originally requested. They exchange some words and the blonde manager hands me the box. I go to put the pizza in myself, but she grabs the pizza and is trying to help me put it in for some reason. As she jerks the tray to get the pizza to slide off, it almost misses the box and she apologizes. She leaves us and then Kelly comes with a smaller box for the cheese twists and apologizes again and tells us to have a good night.
I physically couldn’t stand to be in that restaurant any longer, the entire situation made my blood boil.
The cherry on top of this whole situation was that all while this ordeal was happening, other customers were being helped and employees were even having their friends come in to hang out. Of course the friends were receiving great service, being offered drink and food «on the house». I’m unsure how this establishment makes any money when most of it is just being thrown out the door. This location has employees that abuse their work privileges (e.g. giving out free food to friends and going on breaks freely). I’ve received below par service from this location before, but this is the final blow. Overall, the situation was handled poorly and the staff/​managers are completely inept. It isn’t hard to provide satisfactory customer service, especially when your customer’s happiness pays for your paycheck and keeps your company afloat.
Do something about this location to improve it or just shut it down before your employees run you into the ground.”

Went to try for the first time and the place looked ran down. There was food all over the floor, unbused tables, and in need of some major TLC. There was only one other family there and 4 employees working, and still none of them came out to clean the tables or floor. I can understand if the food was under the tables and they just cleaned it when they close, cuz we went at like 9, but the food was in the walk way. Anyway tryed the pizza and it was good but wouldn’t go back because if the front was that dirty I can’t imagine what the back looks like.

Absolutely amazing if you like to eat crap. The food has flavor, just not that of anything remotely related to food.
You’d be better off eating dumpster pizza from behind a pizza Hut. Seriously, waste of money.
But to make this a more helpful and positive review, I’d recommend eating at ANYWHERE ELSE instead.

Part of the pizza was good. The ½ they got right.
The garlic twists were so salty they were barely edible.
The pizza with «no bacon» had so much bacon it oinked.
The service in the store was slow and poorly organized.
Two pizzas and one order of twist just over $ 66.00 dollars. C’mon. That’s insane. It’s pizza. F you Roundtable.

So the boyfriend and I went in a long time ago and ordered an all meat pizza and two salad bars. I had spoken so highly about the salad bar to my bf and said it was great… We walk up to the salad line and there’s barely anything there. All containers almost empty and when we ask for refills of everything we find out that they don’t carry bacon or egg anymore… Big disappointment. Our pizza took forever, the salad was filling us up before we could even get the main course, when we reached for salt AND pepper, they were both bone dry, empty.
Now we tried another time about a week and a half later, GIRLS were running the front this time instead of the guys like last time and pizza came out faster, salad bar was all full and it was just all around better.
