FANTASTIC. Best night of sleep in my life. Everything was so nice and new.

The place is really nice since its new. My water pressure was great. Every thing was great. Buuuut when I left my room I noticed my reciept was on the out side of my door. Ugh with my personal information in it including my address! That’s not safe at all and I am a bit disappointed that no one on the staff realizes that! Anyone could grab that!

Overall it was a nice place to stay. We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. We stayed four nights and the employees at the front desk were more than friendly. The only issue I have with this hotel is that the restaurant lacks for service and the food is so-so. At breakfast they refused to serve off the menu and forced us into the buffet. The food was a bit overcooked and the wait staff was a bit standoffish on the matter. Thankfully the front desk was more than happy to address the situation and refunded us the cost of breakfast. Overall I would say it’s a nice place to stay, I would go again and recommend it if you’re in the area. I believe they’ll really be good when they get settled and get the kinks worked out.

It’s nice because it’s new, but it also has it’s faults because it’s new. The hotel is really clean and modern and pretty welcoming. The lobby and the setup of the hotel is great. The issues I have with the place kinda make me scratch my head, but on the other hand, kinda makes me think I am a spoiled city boy. But when you book with a name that is as standard as The Holiday Inn, you expect certain things. The thing that bugged me the most was the water pressure of the shower on the 4th floor, it was almost non existent. I tried changing the settings of the shower head to no avail. It felt like I was taking a shower in the rain. The other thing worth mentioning is the lack of AC in the elevator and hallway leading to the room, why is there no AC? Isn’t it a standard practice to keep guess comfortable? Also, this seem odd to mention but why are the toilet paper dispenser so far from the toilet? Either I have T-Rex arms or people from Arkansas have really long arms. Lastly, because it’s a new hotel, the room has the freshly painted smell.
