Discount Tire Store – Thornton, CO

I was having trouble with the tire pressure sensors not registering correctly. They had mounted my snow tires and the sensors showed OK. Two weeks later they were acting up again and a tire was low. When I took it back they found a nail in one tire also the bead was torn and another tire showed the sensor was bad. They replaced the tire at no charge even though it was not theirs, replaced the sensor and charged me only for the tire warranty I bought for each of the tires. All this in less than an hour. There was no real reason they should have had to replace the tire or sensor at no charge but they did it for safety reasons and to keep their customer happy. I have used this store several times before and have always been pleased with their service. They are farther away from my home than another name brand tire store but well worth the drive.

I think a lesson can be learned from Bryce about how to treat and handle customers he is knowledgable and easy going. He takes time to explain what he is attempting and understand what he understands the customers concern to be.
I hope this is seen by the store management so that he get the pat on the back he deserves.

Just to start overall it is my one stop for tires great prices and helpful employees love coming here. If your here and need help ask for Wes he’s great and helpful will come back agian and will recommend.

It was a hassle-​free experience. I showed them what I wanted, they had it in stock and got me out in under an hour. So far I have no complaints about the installation. The salesman wasn’t overly aggressive about trying to sell me a bunch of extras that I didn’t want and was very kind and professional. I’m glad I went to them and would recommend them to other people.

Rick was very rude and what makes it worse is he is the service manger for that store. I had an appt though they don’t really follow through with someone having an appt.
They also lied about me needing cam bolt parts.
Worst service Ive ever encountered.

Meh. I have been here before and they were nice but this time they were kinda lame. Like they helped me right away but then when their sales pitch failed they treated me like they just wanted me out as quick as they could. after they were done with my car they just handed me the receipt and didn’t even tell me what was wrong with my tire. I probably won’t be back.

We noticed a nail in our tire and brought it here to be looked at. It was a pretty easy fix, just patching the hole, which they did at no cost. Said it would take about 40 min which was accurate, and Wes (who helped us) was very polite and helpful.
Overall a great experience!

Great service and very polite. My wife had a troublesome slow tire leak that I couldn’t figure out. The wild thing was these guys couldn’t find the leak either, even after submerging the tire in water, but they were understanding and acknowledged that they believed her. Despite them not finding anything they went ahead and replaced the valve stem in the offending tire and smoothed around the rim to try and get the tire seated perfectly. They didn’t charge us a dime for the service and the tire hasn’t leaked since. Just goes to show what being thorough can accomplish! I know for a fact that most tire service centers would have sent us packing as soon as the tire didn’t show any leaks in the water dunk test. This Discount Tire Store will get all my business when it’s time for new tires on any of my three vehicles.

I’ve been to this store several times for flat repairs and they were always super nice and got me in and out in a reasonable time. So, I went back when it was time to buy a new set. Wes (the manager) was really easy to work with and was not pushy at all. I knew that they didn’t stock the exact tire I wanted so I went in with the intention of ordering and setting up an appointment for later in the week. Wes got me into a same brand tire with a better rating for the price I had expected to pay, and out the door in 45 minutes.

These guys were awesome! They were slammed the day that I got there with a tire that was completely ruined. Had to wait a long time and the tire that I paid for was not in stock. I purchased two tires and they gave me two extra free tires for them not having the ones in stock that I had paid for. They were very generous and very helpful.

we went to get a nail out of a tire and these guys had the idea that the tire needed to be changed. and the rest of them needed to be changed too. they refused to patch the tube and change the tire, made us waste an hour of our time, and sent us with the spare. We took the tire to a tire store down the street, got it fixed immediately, and were told that the tires had a least a year left of life in them. these guys were trying to pull a fast one, and we did not appreciate that, hence our poor review of this store.

We went to DT and had them replace 2 rear tires. When I was driving home I heard a noise and when I got home saw that 1 hubcap had come off. I called the store and the Manager Wes answered, told him I was just in and a hubcap had fallen off. He said to come by in the next week and he would see what he could do. I had my daughter take the car over and they could not match the one hubcap so he put 4 brand new hubcaps on the car. I was very impressed with this level of customer service. I have been going to DT for year and after this will continue for years to come.

It is funny to see the amount of Ford Fusions on the road. You would think that with how popular a car would be, that anything relating to that car should be easy to find, correct? WRONG.
You see, ever since I drove out here, I was looking for tires for my car. They are slightly unique, because of the trim level. So, the tires I have are 19 inches. You would be amazed. I ravaged through the entire cities of Memphis and Atlanta, and even from the drive from MEM-​DVR I couldn’t find a thing.
And then one day I was searching online and was amazed that in North Denver, there was a place who said they had 4 in stock. So I decided to take the trek after work one day to see. Thankfully, they had them.
$ 1200 and about 45 minutes later, my car was ready to rock again. This place sure came in clutch. The staff was friendly as well, and had all of my info from my past visits in my Atlanta days.

Apparently these guys don’t know what their doing! I had my sister bring in my car to put on my summer tires and I have a RWD car. They put my rear tires in the front and my front tires in the rear. When I got my car back I noticed the tires were rubbing in the front and the steering wheel was shaky. They obviously are not educated well enough about RWD cars. Turns out they didn’t bother to balance my summer tires which is suppose to be a normal service they provide when switching off tires.

Fast and friendly service. Free rotation and balance since I bought tires here. They charge you if you don’t have rims on old tires that you want back on. But it’s cheaper than buying rims.

I got my wheels here about 5 years ago and they did an amazing job with a fair price. Definitely the best deal in the area. Quick service and super friendly. Last year I ran over a screw and my tire was going flat. I went in thinking I’d pay 10 bucks or something, but since I was a returning customer they fixed it for free and that tire is still rolling strong! Today I went in to get my snow tires and wheels swapped for my summer tires and wheels (a little late right!) I called ahead and the guy said there would be no charge since all they were doing is swapping them out! I went in with all the garages full expecting to wait a while, but it was about 20 minutes and I didn’t pay a dime! Unbeatable service and prices!

A recently made a trip out to Discount for a flat tire, the worker Brad was extremely helpful. He greeted me before I even made it inside, he evaluated my problem immediately and I was out of there in no time, so I thought. After leaving I was due at school for evening classes, but to my surprise when leaving I had a flat tire. I wasn’t very happy considering I was told my tire was fixed. Having to come back a second time to get a minor repair done was not what I wanted.

Love these guys!!! Stopped in today because back tire was a little low… No appointment but I was greeted right away by every employee I came across. Well they pointed out the bolt I somehow got stuck in my tire. They said they would take a look and try to repair it… While I was waiting I noticed and overheard how extremely polite and professional everyone was. Excellent customer service you just don’t see much anymore was greatly appreciated. 15 minutes later I drove off with a repaired tire… AT NO CHARGE!!! WOW… I had bought tires for another car here but never for this one and thy said it didn’t matter. FREE tire repairs for all clients. What a nice surprise.

I am a life-​long Discount Tire customer. Partly because their service is so great, and partly because I keep hoping that I will end up with a tire that I am not satisfied with so I can throw it through their window (haven’t found one yet).
Seriously though, they take good care of you from the minute you walk through the door all the way until you wear them bald.
