Nice kids work here, super friendly through the intercom. He said that if we had any questions about any of the items on the menu to feel free and ask. Um, I’ve never been asked that while at a fast food drive through! Kudos, kid. That’s what I’m talking about! Only note: the steak quesadilla didnt have enough cheese or meat in it. It was mostly tortilla tonight which I’m not used to at taco bell. They usually load it up. Not a big deal, just a note. They’re also very generous with their hot sauce, and never forget to put napkins in the bag! That’s also a major plus! Thanks!

I can’t believe I’m reviewing a Taco Bell. I go here ALL the time, being a teenager that loves cheese and bread at all times of the day. I generally don’t trust fast food because I’ve had so many gastrointestinal hellish experiences from shitty fast food. But this place has consistently pleased me. I don’t eat meat, so I can’t review for that, but my boyfriend loves the beef quesarito. My personal favorite is the quesadilla and the cantina salad! Go you, Taco Bell.

Ordered at the drive thru and the person taking my order continuously got it wrong. Little did I know this would be the least of my problems. After ordering, I proceeded to the window to pay for my food. After paying I am handed my food and realize, of course, my order was incorrect! So I tell them to forget the additional food and that I will just pay for what I have and be on my way. They continue to tell me I have to pay, yet again, although I had just paid! I ask to speak to the manager who came up and said the payment had been voided and they needed my card again. By then I had already looked at my bank account through the mobile app and saw that the charge was applied and no funds had been returned therefor I did not feel I needed to pay again… That being said(I kid you not) the manager proceeded to THROW me all of the food that I had ordered as well as my drink and rudely yells«you know what, just forget it!!!» So unprofessional. I will not be eating here again.

I went in and was greeted by Austin, whom I watched the whole time sitting hustling and cleaning! He was very nice. This was the first Taco Brll that when I asked for extra cheese and paid the extra .25 cents they gave me extra cheese this is why I’m rating this Taco Bell with five stars! Thank you for listening and having a friendly staff. I walked for 30 min to get here and it was worth it!

I have always considered this Taco Bell to be one of the better ones that I have been to. The staff is always very friendly and the food here is always pretty good considering it is fast food. I love the bean burritos and the Doritos cocos tacos are so good!

This is a great Taco Bell location the restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The manager on duty was very friendly very attentive and the order was correct it’s been remodeled and is nice and inviting great for a quick bite and I love the free Wi-Fi. They still have the Doritos Loco’s boxes even though it’s not on the menu. Just ask for it and I’ll put it together for you. My daughter loves the cinnamon balls I like the old cinnamon crisps. I want to congratulate the stuff on a great restaurant good food and most of all a friendly environment.

The staff working around 11:30-Midnight on Saturday May 17th were some of the worst taco bell staff I’ve come across and my family has been going to this location for more than 10 years. They weren’t rude, just lazy. Mexican pizza wasn’t full cooked nor cut and they missed cheese and tomato on ½ the damn thing. I may have had a piece or two of chicken on my Gordita, and somehow they got the sauces wrong. You dont do that! Simply asked for 3 fire and 3 verde, but instead got a handful of mild and hot. Figured a simple request of «6» total sauces wouldn’t be worth checking the bag before pulling out. Yeah, i cant deny that it must suck working the midnight shift at taco bell on a Saturday night. But if you dont care about the job, then quit and go elsewhere to work during a time period that you will care about your position. I’ll will say that the drive through was a bit busy, but still no reason to mess up assembly line food. I love me some midnight munchies, but dont mess with a man’s sauces and Mexican pizza. That’s just wrong.

For a TB this is a good one and I have eaten in some bad ones! Located on Aveneda De Los Arboles in the Lang Ranch area of Thousand Oaks it is just off the 23 freeway(118). The drive through is always pretty quick, the staff friendly and the food order so far has never been screwed up. My kids love this place. The Chicken Burrito, Enchiladas, Steak Quesadillas, Grilled Chicken Cantina Bowl(no sour cream) are all terrific. Inside its pretty clean and there is usually sufficient staff to ensure the food comes hot. Pretty good and inexpensive.

Ok come on, it’s Taco Bell. It’s not Mexican, it’s American fast food. Unless your point of comparison is Del Taco, any thing else calling itself Mexican is probably better.

Clean and friendly staff Food was correct and good for a TB I really like the smothered shredded chicken burrito. I miss the crunchy beefy burrito with the chips inside

Pretty clean as far as Taco Bells go — the table tops are always wiped down and the food is always served without too much sketchiness.

I’m giving them two stars for being the SLOWEST Taco Bell in Southern California! I guess I’m just spoiled by the other locations that have the food ready at lightning speed. :-\ ? This is my second visit in a period of about 3 months. Same experience the first tme. There are actually 4 tables of people waiting for their food as i am writing this! :-D Tip: Come about 15 minutes before you think you are going to be hungry and you’ll be okay! ;-)

My son loves their nachos but who doesn’t. Anyways be’ve probably been to 10 or more Taco Bells so you can say we have a little experience. This location unlike most is deserving of 4 stars. Why do you ask? The restaurant is very nice, it’s kept super clean, is well staffed and believe it or not the food tastes better, was warm and fresh. I will totally be back to this one, not because I have to but because I want to. If you have kids you know what I mean.

This is my boys and my place to go to after the soccer games on Saturday. I like coming here because there is no drive-thru, as life is already too easy, and more activity only helps, and because the service is excellent. Our cashier always uses his or her manners. The training must be very thourough because it’s very obvious that they have pride in the service they provide to their customers. I am able to tell because many moons ago I too worked at a Taco Bell, as an AGM(assistant general manager) for one year before deciding to focus on my career today. The food? Oh, yes, of course, it’s good. That’s why you have me as your customer. Good job!

Just as any regular night in TO, I went through the drive thru at around midnight with my hoodrat friends. You see, we are poor college students, so we usually place multiple orders at the drive thru and pay separately. Only this time, the talking metal box informed us that multiple drive thru orders were not permitted. We were flabbergasted at the remark… the box always lets us order separately! Did we do something to displease the taco gods? Regardless, we brushed the dirt off our shoulders and moved on. After grudgingly placing one order on the unlucky driver’s card, we got our food. Only to my dismay, the box failed to give me a straw for my water cup. Bummer.

You won’t offer sauce at the drive thru unless one asks. If this is for fiscal reasons, then when someone does ask… do they really need 25 sauce packs? I ordered For two people. BTW the triple steak stack should be called the triple salt stack. There are some really unhealthy salt levels in there. i just checked 1950mg’s is that legal? I know it’s fast food but gheez.

Who reads reviews for Taco Bell? I don’t know, but purely for the reason that I have been in love with TB’s burritos since i was a tiny baby, I write this 5 star tribute to you, my love, Taco Bell. Your yummy beans and tortillas; the best cheesy and spicy sauces; your constantly coming out with new items that contain the same ingredients, but they still taste new and amazing; your delicious taco beef that no one knows whats inside, but who cares? Its fantastic!; your cheap cheap CHEAP prices… what more could I ask for???
