This Location always lets me down with service ! I drive 40min to the Cypress 290 location instead, they have great service! Also for some reason the food always taste better in Cypress.

I had breakfast and it was great. Was about 10:00 at night. Food was hot. Bacon was very meaty. Wow. I would have breakfast again here. Looked over menu. Ability to pick favorites of appetizers. Lots of great options. Not sure how other good is, but brekkie was great.

It’s Denny’s, you know the food. This location maintains the food’s reputation, whatever that means to you. It’s decent comfort food. The service is usually on point, but not tonight. Tonight’s visit was an epic fail on behalf of our waiter, Paul. He didn’t greet us or get our drinks. The first time we saw him all he said was«Are we all set?,» a prompt to take our order. No «Hello,» or «How are you this evening?» Once the food was delivered we immediately requested Tobasco then watched him walk to the POS and lean against a counter. Not only was this request blown off, but our drinks were empty before the food arrived and NEVER got refilled. I don’t like people ranting on Unilocal about one bad experience so I will stop myself here. The food is ok and the service is usually ok. Past experiences here are what’s keeping the star rating from being a 1. Request«anyone but Paul» is my recommendation.

Perfect place to have breakfast in tomball. Service is great. Food gets ran out in a timely manner considering they are busy in the mornings. Always get my order correct and the servers and greeters are always friendly.

I came from NJ about a month ago and I was bragging to my brother about how great the southern hospitality is here. It was his first time in Texas and I was happy to show him that the southern hospitality does exist. Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience. We sat at a both for over 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We ended up just getting up and leaving. BI’m back in Texas and decided to give this place another shot. Christy completely restored my faith in the place. She was very attentive, and very polite. My cup of coffee was never empty. I’m not a pickie eater but I like things done a certain way. Ordering eggs has always been a little challenge. Either they’re too runny or too hard. Christy, made a suggestion to try something new, and I LOVEIT! I am a new lover of poached eggs. I’ve never tried them before today and my breakfast was perfect. Thank you for the excellent service Christy. I’ll be back to see you again. Namasté

I have tried to give this place a chance but I am so done. This isn’t the first bad experience I have had. All I ate were red velvet pancake poppers and French toast yet they still manage to mess that up. I threw up twice in the resturant bathroom and multiple times later that night and the next morning. Just avoid this location at all cost.

Ate here last night had a sandwich and friend had an omlette. Today we both have food borne virus. Food was decent but clearly mishandled.

Went to Denny’s around 4 in the morning with my girlfriend and can’t say it was the most comfortable experience. The chef in the kitchen was staring at us the ENTIRE time. We tried giving hints to make him back off but he seems relentless in his resolve to stare at us. Most uncomfortable experience at a restaurant ever. Only reason it’s not one star is because our server Jason was great.

Same old Denny’s as far as food goes. BUT, when your wait staff go above and beyond every time you go gin, that’s the real difference! From the wait staff to the management, we LOVE this location! Ask for Tammy when you go in– she’ the bestest Denny’s waitress ever!!!

Over the years this location has continued to improve. I am there with enough frequency now I know several of the servers and the amazing host by name… I’ve even given Gunter some CD’s to check out. They even know me so most of the time I don’t even have to tell anyone my order — thanks Audrey! It’s a Denny’s so nothing spectacular though this location seems to have kept offering the Tastes of Texas foods while not the actual menu. These people know how to do Migas kiddos!

Arrived at this location out on 2920 last night with a group of Star Trek fans that has just finished up taking in the new movie at the Silverado 19IMAX. Where to eat was pretty much up in there air, it looked like it would be here or the Chili’s next door. When walking in I saw a black and white computer printed sign on the door that said«NOSMOKING», so naturally I was surprised that when we were seated, I was asked«Smoking or Non-Smoking?», and boy did it smell like cigarettes in there, big time. I went and looked at the NOSMOKING sign more closely, and it had a limited set of hour at the bottom, of which we were out of the restrictive time frame. I thought Houston had a smoking ban? But I guess Tomball isn’t part of Houston or something? Whatever. While we were seated and ordered some coffee, a while later more people arrived from Star Trek and the whole group made a decision to go to Chili’s next door(for beer), and it didn’t reek like smoke. I’m a smoker, so I don’t know where to draw the line. I can see a non-smoker dishing out only 1 Unilocal star because of the smell, but I will give two as I was not offended, only surprised. I am glad on one hand to see that people can smoke in here(and I saw people smoking way off to one half of the place), I don’t like the smell until after I have dined… But, this isn’t really fine dining either…(Nor is Chili’s)… Hard to please… Greg D–

This is a Dennys, not a fine dining establishment. This location is cleaner than most Dennys I have been too, including the ones in the surrounding area. Recently renovated, but just a fresh coat of paint as previously stated. Ive noticed this particular location, your whole experience really depends on the server. Food is always the same, the price does not change, its all in the service. And I have had HORRIBLE service and EXCELLENT service, so it really depends. But it really is cheap, for the price and convenience I am not going to complain too much, I still go there when I am in town occasionally. It does get full for breakfast on weekends, I prefer off times for this restaurant.
