Lovesac

OK, just for the name… ingenious. lol. I love the store, though the most comfy «lovesac» at the mall was this store was located, was about $ 1,100. I do not care how comfy it is, way overpriced. The store is fun, and the staff was helpful. However, staff… I would recommend waiting until we walk away before fluffing the «lovesac» we just flopped on. Kind of felt like a parent was following us around. I would offer advice… you would sell more, and attract more customers with a sale.

Love sac is a great product hands down but what made our buying experience excellent was NEIL! He was our sales person and with his complete knowledge of the Sactionals made our decision so easy. He is warm and friendly. Our quote was accurate and he was never pushy. He lets the product sell itself, but I have to say he was part of our decision. Thanks Neil, your exactly what a sales person should strive to be.

My wife and I purchased a sactional and received it to our new apartment a few days ago and we love it! We have had nothing but awesome experiences with Ian, Jenn and Neil. We were a bit of a pain at first shopping like crazy between furniture and once we finally settled on the couch then it was how many pieces and what covers. Ian kept an absurd amount of patience with us and was so helpful in assisting us making our final decision. We love it here. It seems like every time we come to add to our new sactional there are some sales or deals going on and Ian has kept up with us via email to make sure if we wanted something we can track the sales. This place is great and we will be back. We can’t wait to come back and add to our home. Thanks guys keep up the amazing work!

Honest & straight up review here…
My husband & I had been researching & eyeing up these couches for months until we finally decided to invest in one. We got the M lounger with two sets of covers & absolutely love it! The quality is wonderful & we call these couches «adult Legos» since you can set them up pretty much any way you’d like. Neil Nelson was our go-​to guy every time we stopped by & he helped us in every sense of the word. He gave us extremely honest feedback & opinions & helped us pick the two best covers for our family (small child & dog) since some covers are better than others for families like ours.
The only situation we had was the $ 200 fee we paid to have the furniture set up for us (so we could see how to do it) & the guys who came didn’t know how to set it up at all. HOWEVER, they were very friendly & honest as well & we called Neil at the store to tell him about it & he took charge of the whole situation & got us a full refund on the set up fee, as well as a free gift apologizing for the inconvenience (a $ 150 blanket/​throw) in our choice of color. We weren’t angry by any means but the fact that he stayed in contact with us throughout the time it took to resolve the situation was wonderful. He GENUINELY cared to help us out & was by far one of the best sales people we’ve ever dealt with. Being in the service industry myself, this speaks volumes. He was extremely friendly, talkative, yet got right down to business as well. He went above and beyond to satisfy our needs & there aren’t enough people like him in the industry. I hope corporate sees this review & gives this man a big raise &/​or management position because if he was that great with us over the course of a couple months, I can only imagine what else he can offer to others & the company in general at a higher position. Thank you, Neil for all your help & dedication. We won’t forget you & wish you the best! We will be calling you in the future to order the rocker sac chair as well one day :-)

My brother bought my husband and I a LoveSac a week ago, and the customer service was excellent. Our rep, Jennifer S., was super personable and even sent us a handwritten note to congratulate us for our recent nuptials. We will definitely shop here again and recommend this location to everybody! Fantastic people work here.

If I could give zero I would we were excited about a Lovesac and the offered sale price of $ 750 made us very happy until checkout became almost $ 1000 with no proffered explanation. Finally the salesclerk admitted the sale was no longer valid after having blamed the increase in taxes, BEWARE bait and switch and deplorable sales tactics. Their corporate office was of no help either claiming she may have been unaware of the change even though she and another sales agent worked on figuring out how to put in a discount code to get to $ 750 for 5 minutes and never once mentioned the price change

I am so glad Lovesac has come to Baltimore! We bought our first sactionals at Columbia mall and were so excited when we saw a new store opening at the Towson mall! Sactionals is a concept from Lovesac. A sactional is a base or a side. With a combination of sactionals, you can make couches, beds, playpens, lounges… We went to the Towson location to expand our couch and I have to say that the team at this location goes above and beyond for you! We’re really happy with the result. There is even a room designer if you need assistance. Even if you don’t think of buying anything, just stop by. It’s young, it’s fun, it’s different!
