The first Blaze I went to was in Brentwood. Loved it! Now in Tracy, more of the same. You go in line to make your customized pizza. Mushrooms? Yes please. Ham? Sure! Extra cheese? You better! The times we have been here, the lines are always near the door. To be expected for a new place opening up. Only drawback is you have to out hustle everyone else to get a table. But that’s hardly a complaint, more of a testament to their busyness. Highly recommend you go!

Awesome place to get pizza. My wife and kids love it and we always pre-order online so we don’t have to worry about waiting in line. The reason I didn’t give it the full five stars is because I had all great experiences till tonight. Let me explain: I went with my two kids and my order was ready like usual and I was waiting. I was watching my pizza go into the oven and the worker that handled it kinda flung it in there without care and it mixed itself with another pizza that was cooking. My children’s pizzas turned out good while the little accident caused my pizza to cook unevenly. I told them if they couldn’t salvage it, they can re-do it which they gladly did. However, when they finished up and I took the pizza home, it was a totally different pizza from the one I originally ordered. I never have problems and this was a minor thing. I am all about having fun at work and making sure time flies by but certain folks need to pay attention when pizzas cook. Other than this one time, I have had nothing but 5 star visits. I will continue to come here and get my quick pizza fix!

Staff is not friendly and need more staff. Be prepared to wait. But they do have online ordering maybe it will be faster. I ordered the high rise dough and paid 2.00 more and gave me a flat pizza dough.(Refer to my pics on presentation. Presentstion is horrible amd they burn my pizza. For the pizza sauce I chose pesto which was good. Toppings was turkey meatballs, salami, Canadian ham, grilled chicken, and pepperoni. They have different types of basic cheese. I ordered mozzarella cheese which was good. Vegetable toppings was bell peppers, olives, pineapple, red onion, spinach, garlic cloves, and tomatoes. I paid 10.00 because I paid extra for high rise dough. Normally pizza cost 7.95 with all the toppings you can’t put. I gave it 2 stars because my pizza was burn, staff is horrible, and pizza dough was not shaped correctly. This was my 2nd time here. The first time I came here was so much better. I don’t know if it’s because it is a different staff that prepared my pizza. I would of rate my first experience a 5. But 2nd time around worst experience ever.

Best pizza ever with very low cost and nice taste. You can chose and customize the pizza. No extra for adding anything

I don’t write reviews often so trust me when I say this place is amazing! I was pleasantly surprised that there was a Blaze in Tracy! I often go to the one in Fremont and was worried about the consistency. But my worries were gone the moment I took a bite into that pizza. Blaze is by far my favorite pizza place to go to. Ingredients are always top notch and fresh with A LOOOOT of variety. Vegetarians need not worry! Blaze has a huge variety of cheeses as well as veggies! Not to mention, the people there are super friendly and welcoming. It’s always a pleasure going and I have never had a bad experience. For first time Blazers, get the Build-Your-Own and top that pie with all your favorite toppings and for crust lovers, get the high-rise crust!

Okay is it embarrassing that we go to this place so much they now recognize us and know our order! HAHA! We love it. Best pizza in Tracy! We love the think crust and the option to add as many toppings as we want. The staff is awesome and always so friendly. I will keep coming back! Love the APP too! If you’re in a hurry you can call ahead or order online too!

Found this place from the reviews on my way home. I got a half /half white /red. It was scrumptious. White top was the featured pizza and I built the other half. It was ready in a snap. Also, they have a good selection of cane sugar sodas. I rarely get soda but when I do I want it mostly natural. Their root beer was enough to hit the spot. I will come here again.

Absolutely horrible experience. I first discovered blaze pizza in Carlsbad. Experienced great service & clean environment in Carlsbad. When I learned blaze was in Tracy so excited as we live in Ripon. This is my second attempt to eat at Blaze in Tracy. I will not go back. The restaurant is filthy, the staff is disorganized & I witness a pizza maker wiping the sweat from their forehead & then continued to make pizza. We watched one employee make pizza by himself for 10 min with a line of 15 behind us. I know Nate was doing the best he could, he called for help twice but no one bothered to help him. The manager was there as I asked out of curiosity. This has got to be the worst ran blaze in the chain. The group in front of us did not want the pizza tray to be used for their pizza because it’s falling apart & understandably did not want the children to eat the plastic. The employee said they have asked management numerous times for new ones but have not received any. See photo! It’s disgusting!

Their gluten free pizza was quite good, and the people preparing it were quite polite and did their best not to cross contaminate, by changing gloves and having a special gf pizza cutter.

This won’t take too long… based upon my experiences at other Blaze Pizza locations, I am sorry to say I was disappointed. Disappointed because the place looks like a mess where the pizza’s were being prepared. In addition, the employees were too busy goofing around, trying to be funny by popping off at the mouth to it’s patrons. Some of it’s patrons were actually leaning over the food, to the point of almost touching the meats and food toppings from the supposedly shielded area that seperates food and customers. Maybe they had a rush of patrons but the place looked like a mess. If there is a saving grace, the restrooms were clean! The pizza a Blaze are just okay at best, but when you combine bad service, a poorly kept food prep area with okay food… it’s makes for poor ratings and you’re postioning yourself as just another chain restaurant!

This pizza is DAPIZZA! i just love that it can be built according to your taste and the ingredients are quality ingredients. This is not greasy and take out, drunk people pizza. This is tasteful, delicious, made to order pizza, another different animal. I just love it! The quality of the ingredients, the acidity of the tomato sauce… it is just superb! Service is great… location is really accessible and there is lots of parking.

This is by far the best pizza spot Iv ever been to. I’m fat so I know my pizza and this place is the bomb. My family and I go here no less then 2 times a week and get no less then 3 pizzas at a time. My kids love it I love it and it’s not to expensive. The one thing I love is that the people that work here are some of the best people I’ve been helped by. Alonzo and the team are super helpful and nice. My girls love talking to them and they treat them so nice and that’s the biggest thing. Toya is super cool also. If it was up to me this entire team should get a raise.

I’m so upset right now. I’m in bed rest and my mom was out so I placed an order to try this place out. It is kinda expensive but when mom brought me the stuff, they gave me a small salad instead of the large one I PAID for. I have been calling them about 4 times and no one answers! I cannot drive so it’s not like I can go across town to switch out the salad. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal but when you’re sick everything is exacerbated and I just need stuff to make me feel better not worse :(this is not a good first impression for this place

I’m writing as a first timer at blaze! I’m walking away with a full belly and a first good impression. The pizza came out fast even with all the people that ordered ahead. The crust was thin and crunchy around the edges. A little soggy in the middle but not sure if it needed more time or because of all the toppings. Which speaking of toppings they have a great variety of toppings ranging from different types of sauces, cheeses, meats and veggies that were quite tasty. I didn’t give them 5 starts only because the work stations were a little messy and the young staff could be a pinch friendlier. But granted they were a little busy so it’s understandable, but overall I will be looking forward to coming back for seconds.

We’ve been on a hunt for the best pizza in Tracy, and I guess this is it. I like the variety of toppings, and the fact that they are unlimited. I placed my order online, and I guess there was a little mess up, but they were super nice about it, and even gave us coupons for free pizzas on future visits. The reason why it is only 4 stars is because it’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had. I don’t prefer thin crust wood fired pizzas. We’ll be back though.

I generally don’t like fired pizza because of all the times my crust came to me burnt. However, this definitely was not the case with Blaze Pizza. It was cooked perfectly! Say what?! I came with a group and we got a bunch of different pizza’s and shared slices to make the most of our experience. All of the pizzas were great! Everything was hot and fresh. The White Top with extra veggies on it was my favorite! I never get fruit juices and but the Orange Lemonade piqued my interest so I went for it and it was so good! There is another lemonade selection and fountain drinks if orange lemonade is not up your alley. I did have a small issue with a staff member telling us we had to go to the back of the line to get a s’mores pie(they’re delicious by the way) which just didn’t make sense. Luckily this was quickly resolved when another staff member recognized my son waiting in line for a s’mores pie and told him to come back to the front and she comped the pie for our troubles. Excellent service! Great addition to Tracy!

I just attended a Unilocal Elite Event this summer at a place similar to Blaze. I was happy to see that this strip area of shops are finally filled up with the right restaurants! I drove by here one afternoon after school, just to realize that they were opening the next day. Bummer. Then I drove by after my night class a couple days later and the line was crazy. So I decided to skip it then and went one afternoon after class. This is the«Chipotle» style of «fast» pizza. You can choose from a build your own, with unlimited toppings(I believe it’s around $ 7.98), one topping, cheese or one that already they have put together on their menu. I usually choose the build your own because I love me some meat toppings. I usually put some chicken, sausage and a bit of bacon. Add some mushrooms, olives and garlic and then it’s good to go into the oven! There are a lot of different toppings to choose from though. You choose what you want — sauce, cheese, meat and veggies. Then they throw it in the brick oven and is done in about five minutes. You purchase your drink and pizza at the end of the line, then wait for your name to be called. They also have these s’mores sandwiches that looked really good, but I have yet to try. The place has been well maintained when I have visited. There is always an employee walking the floor and cleaning off tables, taking trash and asking how everything is. The couple times that I’ve been in there, he has worked. I forgot to ask his name, but he is always really nice every time. All of the employees that work there are really nice. The stations run smoothly and I could see how it could get a little backed up when it’s really busy. But the times that I have visited, it hasn’t been a long wait at all. There is also outdoor seating, in case the weather is nice. This was a nice addition to Tracy, especially in that location. I’m glad they have restaurants there that are bringing business to that area.

Despite the first review being written for this place weeks ago and it has only just opened, It irritates the hell out of me when people do this because then people go there thinking that it’s actually open when it’s not. I can only assume the person writing the review either works here, knows people who works here or is the franchise manager. Whatever. I’ve been to other Blaze locations and having this now in Tracy is great, individual Pizza’s made to order in casual dining. Win! I love that you can get unlimited toppings for one price or simply go for one ”off the menu”. As for the Pizza’s themselves. good stuff! They crust is thin with a nice char on it and the toppings evenly distributed. Could there be more of them? Sure but they’re still in their ”working things out” period. Staff are also really friendly and helpful too, the guy cutting and plating /boxing the Pizza’s on Friday 27th evening was nothing short of awesome, really entertaining and clearly enjoying his job which made customers experience that little bit better too. I only wish he had a visible name tag so I could give him the real shout out he deserves. Speaking to the staff I also learned that they are hoping on opening more store’s in the area and even a ”Blaze restaurant” which will be more of a sit down experience with waiting staff, this is something that Tracy /Mountain House really needs!
