OmG! They messed up my eyebrows bad, good thing it only take 2 weeks to grow them back. Both were uneven, and she thinned it so much, the girl who was doing it looked like she was not sure of what she’s doing. If you want eyebrows done right, this is not the place to go.

I normally wax my eyebrows but I was in the mall and short on time before an event so I decided to give this place a shot. The lady who did my eyebrows was nice to me and my child when he asked her a billion questions about how threading worked. She was very professional and polite but the outcome of the service is what really matters and they fell short. They did a pretty basic job on my eyebrows. They just cleaned them up, no trim and no checking for missed hairs after. When I got home I had to pluck out more hair to clean up what they missed. I have really thin eyebrows so it shouldn’t be difficult to remove all the hair. Needless to say, I was not impressed with the end result. I don’t plan on coming back here anytime soon.

I go here occasionally to get my brows done because I love how they look and feel after. I know how to do my own brows, but I love how it’s a different look when you get them threaded. First time I got them done they were beautiful! Eversince then, I always made a way to come back. I love it here, and I love when Simran does my brows she always brings them back to life. Overall a great place to get my your brows done, everyone has different experiences!

I’ve decided to start threading my eyebrows and lip hairs again since my skin has been getting pulled and leaving ugly what looks like a burn mark when I get waxed. So I come to this place and –the lady here was not really welcoming –she was fast and asked me if I wanted to be a member, I said no but she didn’t even explain what the member benefits were. Sell and Market your business! –very expensive. $ 15 for eyebrows? That’s like a haircut price. There is another lady in Tracy who does hers for about $ 5 but does it in her home. 2stars for nice place and I like my eyebrows.

I went here to get my eyebrows threaded and it turned out horrible, they were two different shapes and without me noticing i had to go through a week of school. When i went into Great Mall on the weekend to get them threaded they said they were two different shapes and asked who did it. I said it was another shop and they said they did a bad job. When they finished with my eyebrows they were SO much better than before and it was only for $ 10 while here was $ 15.

I came in Sunday evening and wanted my brows and lip threaded. I asked for the area under my lip to be threaded too. When I went to pay the lady charged me $ 27! She charged me $ 5 extra without even telling me. She said that was part of my chin. Bullshit. Bad business. Never going back ever again! I went back to get the owner’s number and she gave me a card with a number on it. I asked what the owners name was and she said she didn’t know. How do you not know your boss’ name. The carpet inside was dirty. The service was quick. The lighting was bad. Will never go back!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for at least 10 years. This was by far the most expensive and I had to tell her where to fix them, how to do them, and she spent maybe 5 minutes for eyebrows and upper lip. Kinda rude and they didn’t even have calming cream…

They are too rough. I told her three times she was rough and pinching but she just kept on. It was my first time there and will be my last. I’ll stick with my usual place in Livermore.

Reading past reviews, I can see that this place was once a kiosk, but now they are an actual walk-in salon, which is definitely more private than having it right smack in the middle of the mall. I came here last year, on Black Friday, and decided to get my eyebrows done. Unfortunately, my first experience here wasn’t a good one. The lady who did threaded my eyebrows wasn’t very welcoming. I wasn’t pleased with her job either. But I let it slide, just because it was black friday. I came by today, desperate for my eyebrows to get threaded. Overall, I’m pleased with how my eyebrows were threaded. The woman who did it today really shaped them well. The only annoying part is when they try to offer you the membership even after you politely decline. «No thank you» means«No thank you». $ 15 is a little high for just eyebrows. I usually get them done for $ 10 at another location in the bay area, but when I’m in Tracy, this place will do. ALSO, a tip for this business would be to invest in eyebrow shadows/pencils, because I have been to places where they offer to fill in your brows afterward. I’ve had better.

I WISH I COULDGIVEZEROSTARS! I literally just got off the phone with some woman working there in an attempt to order my mom a 3 month package to this place for her christmas present and the first time i called i explained what i was trying to do and she told me she didn’t know what i was talking about and hung up on me without saying goodbye while i was still attempting to talk to her… needless to say i call back multiple times for her only to ignore my calls and then when she finally does answer my call after about 7 minutes of trying she tells me she is with someone and i ask if there is anyone else i can talk to, she says«yes» and then hangs up on me again! i literally just created this Unilocal account just to write this one review and express how upset i am that anyone can run a business like that… ef this place and ef their workers! i hope they read this and know EXACTLY who i am.

DONOTGOTHERE! I was out of my town, went to the mall so, since I was there and I nedded to have my eyebrowns done, I gave a try. NEVERMORE! The girl was done my eyebrowns and told me, after finishing it: «They are different, I don’t know what to do…» Well, my eyebrowns were shaggy, but no different. Well, the result was: I have one eyebrow thinner and higher than the other… I looked like I have a «question» expression on my face all the time!!! :D Sad experience!

I had my eyebrows and sides done by the manager of this place. I’ve had my face threaded at least a dozen times and this experience was probably the worst. She was very rushed because she had two people waiting, but it was no excuse to be so insensitive. She just yanked and yanked and so far away from my skin. It was so painful and all I could do was endure it because I needed it so badly and no refunds are allowed. But, I will not be back. It wasn’t even less expensive or anything. Eyebrows here were 15 while Sameera’s Eyebrow Threading is only 6. Very disappointed. If you value your nerve endings, don’t go here.

This is a good place for threading! It’s a good deal. I’ve been going to them for a while now and I like it. The only thing that I don’t like is that the girls who do the work are not always there. Girls work at different places so you never know if your girl is going to be there. I went there and a new girl was there so I decided to give it a try and she ruined my eyebrows.

AAAAH i hate this place!!! Its in the West Valley mall, a kiosk! no privacy, i want my hair torn out privately please, not in front of the WHOLEMALL! Every time i walk by they ask me to sit down… if i wanted to be threaded id go there! When i had drawn on eyebrows that were NOTICEABLY fake, they still asked… ugh these women dont learn

Went into the Tracy mall and just beyond the food court, low and behold, there’s a small unassuming kiosk flanked by 2 reclining barbers chairs. I’d almost passed it by had I not seen the big sign hanging up that said«What is Threading?» I’ve been going to Deepa in Santa Clara and since moving to Manteca have not found anyone to fit the bill. Was pleasantly surprised at how thorough this girl was. Five minutes and $ 17 later I arose from my former«chewbacca» state to find 2 definitive eyebrows perfectly shaped and one bare upper lip. I had been neglecting my facial hair and anticipated a rather lengthy and painful session. But all went well and pain free and I was happy to report she left out the typical«oh you haven’t had this done for awhile, eh?» For $ 45 you can get a membership that gives you 3 months of unlimited threading — cost most likely differs based on your initial visit. You have to bring your ID and membership card to ensure you’re not sending in all your friends for free threading. One less star for having this business at a kiosk, I kind of felt at any moment someone was going to snatch my purse off my lap as I lay there with my eyes shut and my hands busy pulling my skin taut. Otherwise, I’ll be back and I won’t wait till I’m a «wookie» again. They supposedly have different locations that will accept your membership as well. Not sure where because I’ll probably only be going to this one.
