LMAOOOO this place is a fucking joke. Fire the two big dudes with the sourdough titties.

Probably one of the best branches of this franchise that ive personally been to, food is made well and not dry or sloppy. Customer service is not bad at all.

What a joke ! This is the buttery crispy jalapeño jack. The manager said it doesn’t cone with crispy jalapeño slices only crumbs. WTF! Also while I paid for my sodas there were 4 separate black men who came in ad filled up there cups or water bottles with soda and THERE WAS NOTHING SAID TO THEM?

Foods always been good and the customer service is fine but it takes 15 – 20 minutes to get a single meal.

From my personal experiencing coming to this Jack in the Box, having good food and great customer service is what I contribute to a five star rating. I patronize this franchise restaurant every so often, and from my personal experience, I have always had great service and great food.
During my most recent visit, I used a coupon for two free tacos for doing an on-​line survey. Who doesn’t like freebies. The cashier was not certain on the procedure to redeem it, and sought out co-​worker (manager?), Jaime Martinez.
In a flash, Jaime, showed up to address the issue and had it quickly resolved. It was quite apparent that Jaime was in a supervisory or managerial position. Her sincerity, experience, and efficiency on dealing with customer service issues certainly showed.
I rarely see young people who demonstrate so much diligence. However, Jaime was the exception to the rule. She had a super personality, demonstrated great work ethics, and was very efficient. And particularly charming. This is indicative of great training and pride in the work. (She also probably had some great teachers.)
There is a saying that goes, «It’s not what they say that is most important, but how did your visit at this Jack in the Box make you feel.»
Needless to say, I felt welcomed and treated like a valued customer. Couldn’t really ask for more.
Kudos to Jaime for being demonstrating service excellence.
Jack, I’ll be back!

The service was just ok. We were not greeted when we first walked in, but they were nice in the end.

Minus zero! Rude people, can’t speak English and slow. This is the worst Jack-​in-​the-​Box EVER!!!
My order: six tacos, two no lettuce. I received four. GO TO SCHOOL people!

Lady at the speaker was obviously Mexican, which is fine but was very rude to me when she didn’t understand my English…

This a meat lover burrito –not! Where is the cheese? This is pain I could have had a V8

My hubby & I went here yesterday, Nov 7^th for a late breakfast/​brunch. Let me tell you, the amount of flies in this restaurant was disgusting! The cashier seemed very nervous, couldn’t understand our order, and took forever to take our order. The tables were filthy, no wonder there were tons of swarming flies! I just couldn’t bring myself to stay & eat in this restaurant, so we took our order to go. The few people that decided to eat in the dining area were surprisingly blissfully unaware of those gross flies. Never again will we ever step foot in this place. Gross!

If you want a simple order wrong go to Jack on 11^th St!!! 3 different times i have placed an order and each time the order is wrong! Then went back and requested a new order made because my first part of the order started getting cold. They wanted to charge me again for my order. These ppl cant get it right at all. Never again

This place has an overwhelming amount of flies inside the restaurant.. it’s very difficult having a meal when your fighting all this damn flies…

Better order in Spanish. They don’t listen in English, apparently.
You can see from my photo that I didn’t get the Grilled Breakfast Sandwich I ordered. I got two Breakfast Jacks, though she got the Orange Juice right.
Now, I could have been angry about it, but I thought about a Breakfast Jack anyway. This location seemed to be English optional, though. If I realized that I should order in Spanish, I would have. Whatever.
The food was okay, but definitely not hot. Thankfully, the juice was cold. Whatever.

I asked them if the iced tea was fresh. They advertise it us. She said it was made 7 hours earlier. If it was, they haven’t washed the maker in a week or more. Undrinkable!

They are nice. I had a problem with my milkshake and the lady at the counter was very polite and fixed it. They aren’t super slow which is a plus. But it’s not 5 star food just slightly better than McDonalds

My husband just returned from getting me a late-​night pregnancy snack. They were the most cold, stale, curly fries I’ve ever had in my life. Completely inedible. Rather than being satisfied, I’ve had to send my husband back for food that isn’t disgusting. I can’t possibly understand how difficult it is to put frozen fries in a deep fryer and press start to keep your customers happy. Apparently laziness prevails over customer satisfaction.

Gangsta attitudes serving burgers. It’s money be happy it’s a job! I felt like I was bothering them. I actually ordered food didnt eat it and went to McDonald’s and felt more appreciated as a customer …

I’ve come here plenty of times. I usually get good service but they manage to mess up my meal more often than not. I was reminded of that today when I got the flattest watered down diet coke of my life. By the time I realized I was already on the road. Boo!
If you come here just make sure you check all your food before you leave the drive thru or you might be disappointed!

The people are nice and the facilities are pretty clean… the service is quick and the food is as expected… but why do they list the #6 as a Jumbo Jack with cheese, then ask if you want cheese???
I told the guy that it says it comes with cheese… he said it doesn’t???
because of the false advertising, i give it 2 stars… I wouldn’t give a fast food place like this more then 3 stars anyhow

we went through the drive thru and the workers were very nice and our food came out quickly and correct, that is really all i can ask for.
