McDonald’s

This is the first worst service that i have ever encountered at this location. Food is always okay for the most part but this review is for the girl with braids with an attitude! I also called and spoke with the manager once I arrived to work. I asked VERY nicely if i could get some condiments… she probably did not hear me so I asked the second time because she didn’t look at me or acknowledge me… I gave it a little time. and i politely said Excuse me and she walked away and said I’m getting it right now. SO RUDE! and she returned and i gave her this shocked looked, like did this really happened and she handed me my food and walked away and was talking some crap under her breath like i didn’t even hear it. Listen little girl! We all have to work for a living whether we like it or not… doesn’t matter what you do as long as you’re being responsible… you give respect to get respect. If you don’t like being in the food/​customer service industry, then DON’T WORK THERE AND PISS PEOPLE OFF WITH YOUR NASTY ATTITUDE! manager was nice on the phone though… I hope she really did have a word with her.

This place is so ghetto. Thy never clean the counter tops or the tables. The sign out front has graffiti on it. My Sandwich was poorly made. Would not go here ever again

I wouldn’t even this place a star if I had to. Sat in the drive thru for one mcchicken sandwich for 10 minutes with no site of anyone who is even working. When I pulled up there was one person already at the window, who once I pulled behind started laying on their horn which was super annoying but then I realized why after I finally pulled to the window. Ridiculous.

This restaurant got my order wrong and all I wanted to know was the price difference. Not only was it wrong, it was ordered separately and not in a meal. Night manager got mad, rolled her eyes, yelled and put her hand up and told her crew to deal with me cuz I’m holding up drive thru. Told me to come inside if I want service. I went in, she rolled her eyes and yelled at her crew for trying to help me. It got heated. It’s not that the order way wrong, it was the immature attitude from the person in charge. Not only did she disrespect me to my face, she went to her crew and talked mess a couple feet away from me when I was INSIDE! Rolled her eyes and said she doesn’t need to give me her name! Fyi… I know the corporate manager for San Joaquin and the location (I will be there tomorrow), I called in my complaint, posted her on Facebook, Unilocal,I know two reporters that can publish this issue in the papers, and YouTube… play with me! I will go as far up that i need to to press my point on this issue and this person! She surely upset the wrong person!

So the food is fairly standard across all across the US. Yes, internationally it can differ like the Maharajah MAC in India or the Steamed Rice in Japan… but let’s talk about this McD’s by Tracy HS. Usually they are decent but this mornings experience wasn’t so pleasant!
1). Cashier in drive-​through forgot to give me change as he took my cash and immediately started taking the next order which was someone frazzling him! After a minute or so, a manager came to assist him and noticed me waiting patiently. She asked what I ordered and I replied and stated I paid already and was waiting on my 47 cents change. The cashier mumbled to her that he thought he gave me my change already. I said really, I’m going to try to take McDs for 47 cents!!! Half the time these cashiers are mutes and you have to ask them for the total, you are lucky if they even say hello, let alone speak or ask you how your day is going!
2). After getting my riches I dumped them into the Ronald McDonald charity bucket. And drove up to the next window. I was met by a swarm of flies! Nasty!!! Apparently, the cleaning staff forgot to clean the area around the drive-​thru and with all the homeless in this side of town (Hopefully the new Chief of Police coming from San Jose will rid our city of the homeless, meth heads and panhandlers), who knows whats on the blacktop! As my food was passed through the window the flies were swarming around my bag which is nasty but the kicker was when they were landing on the lid of my Iced Coffee and the employee thought nothing of it! Take the coffee back and offer me another!!! I would expect flies in India where cows and dogs roam freely right outside McDonalds but guess what NO FLIES!!!
3). Food was dry to the point that the english muffin was crumbling like a biscuit and it was burnt!
This McDonalds needs a staff that cares or a franchisee who knows what happens on the day to day! I will stick to the McDs on Valpico or 11^th at Corral Hallow.
Sorry for the rant! This is ONLY for the WEEKEND CREW SATURDAY 10÷31÷15 (8:30a — 9:45a)! Weekday crew is good and they speak to you!!!

Worst service I ever received from a McDonald’s restaurant I will be contacting there district manager for there restaurant manager for their employees not giving a proper service

This location is new and fresh, but the staff seemed more interested in visiting with friends that working. It was very dirty and messy and no staff members were lifting a finger to make our experience pleasurable

I went there earlier today (Sunday) to get a quick bite to eat before I went to head out to the bay. There was quite a long drive thru line outside so I decided to go inside because there wasn’t that much people inside and thought it would be quicker. Boy, was I wrong. I placed my order for a couple burgers and some chicken mcnuggets. I got my drink and sat down and waited. There was 1 customer who was getting a refund for some reason, and shortly after her, there was another one. I started getting antsy waiting because I had to leave Tracy in about 30 minutes from when I got there. I checked what time it was and it was almost 13 minutes since I had placed my order. I was thinking this can’t be fast food beca use it wouldn’t take almost 15 minutes for it to come. Shortly thereafter, my number was called and there wasn’t any compensation or even an offer which I would have kindly refused. We shouldn’t have to wait long for out orders. We want it fast and that’s exactly why I went to MacDonald’s right before I was to leave.
Also, when the cashier (who was sweaty by the way) asked me what sauce I wanted for my nuggets, I forgot what flavors they had. I asked her and she told me «Sweet n sour, honey mustard…» and I interrupted her as soon as I knew I wanted sweet n sour and honey mustard by saying «I’ll have sweet n sour and honey». When I got home, I checked the bag and I found sweet n sour sauce and honey. Honey as in bee’s honey. Not honey mustard, but just honey. I don’t know if I could blame her for this but I thought she would’ve known I meant honey mustard as soon as I interrupted her by saying honey and not saying honey mustard lol. Sometimes there’s good service here and I like this one because it’s close to my house, but it’s probably like half the time I go there, my orders are wrong.
There’s also a flat screen tv there and at first I thought someone was changing the channel, but it just kept turning off and on by itself. That was pretty annoying. Also, under the TV between the wall and the table, it looks like milk splashed onto the wall and was never cleaned. This is supposed to be a pretty new MacDonald’s too.

Found a spider crawling in my sandwhich! Staff does not know the menu very well. Messed up my order. Staff was little snippy about my order.

The customer service here is awesome! The people that work here are nice and very competent. Geneva is particularly sweet and helpful. She always makes me feel appreciated. This is my favorite location in Tracy.

This store has been so amazing! Everyone is so happy and friendly! Thank you for being the best!!!

I have only utilized the drive through a few times as this location is close to my work but I have not had any issues with incorrect orders or customer service. The food has been less than satisfactory on one occasion but the inside looks updated and even upscale for a McDonalds. Unless I have a negative experience here I will continue to patronize the business, mostly due to their convenient location.

The health dept needs to check this place or something, the filet fish I got was black and when I asked the manager what happened he said the oil is bad. then shouldn’t they change it?! Really gross food

Too many McDonalds in Tracy. I got one of their «premium» sandwiches and it was disgusting. $ 7 for cardboard bacon strips. Not worth it. Service is good but food always sucks. Unless I’m drunk and/​or high. Even then I feel disgusting afterwards.

Their customer service is awesome. I walk in with my toddler and baby and a server offered to get the door and a high chair. The service behind the counter was also great. At some point a manager came over and asked how the food was. Very nice people.

Just purchased the number 4 through the drive through. After I paid in the first window I proceeded to the second window. The clerk asks me what did I order. Ok hey no big deal. I thought they had this process down on the over head screens or something, whatever. I proceed to go home and eat. The Sprite is out of syrup and the fries are old. Thats what I get for being in a hurry and being hungry. First and Last time I will ever be there.
oh yea, no napkins in the bag.

Good service, it recently just opened and I have to say its quite nice and cozy compared to other McDonalds in the area I really like their seating area it looks professional. The worker greeted me when I walked in and my order was taken correctly and the food was good :)
