Taco Bell

I’ve recently visited another Taco Bell location after many months, maybe even a year after my last visit from a location in Eugene, Or… long story short I was displeased with the meat product me and my boyfriend were given at that location and vowed never to return to another Taco Bell… recently we both decided to try a Taco Bell location that was just starting up and found it to be great tasting, satisfying, with customer service to match.
Today, I visited a location in Tracy that had tables that needed wiping (which actually seems to be a theme across the board)…I was surprised that my burrito was not as good or even the same as the burrito I had recently purchased in Walnut Creek. If I am mistaken forgive me, but there was quesadilla sauce in my bean and cheese burrito. I found that to be unpleasurable.
The cinnabons were luke warm and I’ve had them hot still after a meal.
The huge let down was being served on a dirty tray.
I may not have spent $ 10 on lunch, but I didn’t deserve that treatment, let alone the fact that I was not greeted by the cashier who took my order.
I didn’t want to stop, and now IK why. My visit today was less than mediocre.

Just left this Taco Bell and the cashier totally forgot to give us our drinks, perhaps next time you can tell her to remember to give us the right order, thanks.

MUST READ! I’ll start by saying the address Unilocal has this on is incorrect. This Taco Bell is the one in the Save Mart plaza. I came here today on 8÷12÷15 around 5pm. I ordered a 12 pack of Crunchy Tacos and 4 Caramel Empanadas. There was a different lady preparing my tacos. The tacos were done early while the empanadas were still in the fryer. I was told to wait five minutes. In that five minutes I stood beside the counter watching how people work here. This is the main thing that caught my attention. One worker was wiping down the counter tops. She was wearing blue disposable gloves. She then got a broom and decided to sweep up all the mess that was on the floor. Another guy came up to the counter and ordered some food. When the lady who was cleaning in the back seen there was an order to be made, she put the broom down and proceeded to make the food with the same gloves on!!! I just seen this lady clean with the gloves she’s wearing and then prepare food for a customer! The purpose of wearing gloves is for food safety. This is horrible! If the owner or manager reads this review I hope you check the security cameras!

Super slow service & lack of communication They have this new mobile ordering I tried to order from the app was fine it was them not knowing how to use it. Walked in waited waited finally someone asked what I was waiting for. told them I ordered on my phone and they freaked! Saying oh oh oh someone check the orders. looks like they forgot a few of us. some lady was in front of me as well came back they forgot some of her order. Same as myself. Thank god that it was less than a mile away. There’s never a day I order from this tacobell & they dont forget something. Sometimes i order a new menu item & they dont even know how to make it. Sheesh. When I was leaving a customer was frantically yelling lol. Thank god I wasn’t the one he was yelling at. Lol –_–

The guy couldn’t hear me through the speaker. I constantly had to repeat each item. The mango ice tea is really good (mango fiesta). for less calories and less fat try the fresco grilled steak $ 1.99 or the chicken fresco soft taco for $ 1.79. The drive thru wait was fast, was in and out within like 3 min or less.

I’ve been coming to this location for years with my wife, and now my daughter, and I’ve never had a «poor» experience here despite the complaints shown. I think people expect more out of this restaurant chain when you get exactly what you pay for.
Nonetheless, this location is the best in Tracy. The other two have provided me with consistently sloppy preparation and sub-​par customer service — I drive from the north side of Tracy to come to this one. This place seems happy, busy, and well-​maintained, all indicators of a sound business. No drive through, but it doesn’t bother me if they’re doing what they’re supposed to.

Okay, I came here upon the request of my youngest daughter. Taco Bell isn’t going to win any «Top Ten» Mexican food restaurant awards but it appear of late, they have stepped up their game in the fast food industry? Again, Taco Bell will not be a regular place that I visit, but occasionally I will treat the kids to fast food of their choice. As my wife says, «it is, what it is!» The restaurant’s dining area was clean, and appeared to be redecorated since my last visit? Keep it up Taco Bell!

I sent my husband down to taco Bell in South Tracy today as we had company at lunch time and when we sat down to eat, we all bit into out tacos and discovered that the crisp shells were completely rancid with a stroung soured taste. We were hungry so had to scrape out the contents and eat them like salad. It was horrible. We have had their tacos on a dozen or more occasions and never had this happen before. My husband took back the uneaten ones to complain after our company left and was treated horribly by the assistant manager and manager who concluded it must have been our fault for refrigerating them until our company left 5 hours later. We agree that we are forever done with taco bell as it was a putrid meal and their customer complaint response was accusatory, unapologetic, and pathetic by all counts.

So I went there to grab dinner last night quick and easy! Oh no it wasn’t though
First thing (Rolling Eyes) another customer had a complaint and asked to speak to a manger the cashier told her there wasn’t one then all of a sudden poof one appeared. Wow I like Magic! Complaint was the cook keep playing with her phone while making the taco’s (YUCK). I just watched here comes the good stuff. As I’m waiting with my daughter the cook starts talking to another employee and cussing and we hear everything!
Here comes Strike Two the Manger washes his hands then comes out to the dinning room walks around Oh forgot to mention they a re slammed with orders it was busy! Ok then he goes back into the kitchen and DOESN’T WASH HIS HANDS!!!
still swamped with orders still continues not to help.
Strike Three… I ordered a churro for my daughter cause she earned it, they tell me oh we forgot to bake some sorry what-​else would you like. Nothing my Daughter wanted a churro. so she was mad.
Strike Four… I asked for a simple thing No ONIONS on my Bean/​Cheese Burrito I hate Onions I get home I swear they put a whole freakin onion on the damn thing.
So my opinion: Management need to get off there asses and help, the need to go over Food safety, hygiene classes wouldn’t help too. I swear if I didn’t swear I would never work fast food as an adult I would go in there and run that shit right!

This Taco Bell was renovated recently and nicely updated inside. The food/​service here is average for Taco Bell, nothing extraordinary. Pretty much every time we come here we dine in because there is no drive-​thru. The dining room is exceptionally clean probably 90% of the time which is good.
The only thing about this particular Taco Bell is that the staff changes frequently. It seems like every time we come back its a whole new staff, although lately I have seen a couple that have stayed. The reason I mention this is because it throws off the consistency. So every time we come in we get different levels of service and the food sometimes suffers as well. But I mean… it’s Taco Bell, I don’t expect the world.
Anyway, I will definitely be back here to Viva Mas!

Last night, 8÷17÷2012 my brother, sister, son and I wanted a late night snack. So we decided to hit the local Taco Bell, this particular Taco bell is a walk in store without a drive through so they close at midnight I believe. So anyway I ordered a nacho bell grande, and a few other things for my fam. I got home and after getting settled in popped open the nachos and took a bite… I thought to myself wow… Thats bad! Maybe it’s just me, let me try another… Same result, not as much but still a bad taste so seeing as how my brother doesn’t eat nachos, I asked my sister to try one. Her facial expression matched how my taste buds felt. The meat had gone BAD!!! I’m a level headed person, so I called up the Taco bell, and I say, «Hi I just came in about 10 minutes ago and ordered a nacho Bell Grande, and the meat is bad!» The guy on the other end, I think his name was Jared is like «what? what do you mean?» I tell him, «The meat is rancid, it’s spoiled it has gone BAD!» He replies «the meats bad? like rotten?» I swear, I dont know how these kids are making it through school, they cant seem to comprehend a damn thing! So I say yes, it is spoiled, rotten, rancid tasting and sour! He says «oh ok, well the next time you come in we will give you a new nacho bell grande with fresh meat and stuff…» Really? That’s all you can say?
«we’ll give you one with fresh meat and stuff?» So he takes my name down and says ok, yeah just come in and we will take care of it… WHAT THE HELL HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There is no apology, no we will fix it for you right away sir… No sense of responsibility no sense of urgency, no care in the world, only it’s Friday night and I’m about to get off… Come in some other time! This place was recently remodeled but what they should have done was get new management and a new staff that actually cares about their jobs. Sure it’s taco bell, it’s not glamorous, but it is a steady paycheck, and if you dont like your job quit… But dont be a degenerate who doesnt care about the service you give people…

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Right when you walk in it smells like a nasty gas station restroom. They prepare the food very sloppy. Also I’m not sure if its just me or does anyone else get diarrhea from eating at this location? Overall terrible!

I had to write a review of this Taco Bell because I thought it was kind of sad that it only had one.
This Bell is near my home and is where the hub unit wants to go when he gets a late night craving.
As noted, it does not have a drive through, so you actually have to get out of your car… heaven forbid.
The menu and the quality is on par with every other Taco Bell, so if you like it, you will like it here (similarly, if Taco Bell makes your tummy churn, this will probably not change your mind).
My main gripe with the previous review is the comments about the staff. I have not encountered rude employees here. Occasionally apathetic, but seriously, its fast food… Im not looking for meaningful human contact here. However, on the whole the folks I have seen working here have been professional and polite.
