Love the Whitefish and Korean Taco’s! They also come up with some interesting(and REALLY tasty Brunch) options on Sunday. Only con is that the place is really small and uncomfortable it you want to eat in the restaurant.

Arrived in traverse city late Friday night and went straight to Harvest. Had the hash for a 9:00pm dinner and it was just what I was craving. Spicy sauce and perfectly roasted root veggies topped with a fried egg. My wife had the beets and really liked them. The shrub soda was a great compliment to the quick dinner.

Awesome place to have lunch. I like that the menu is nice and small(I have a hard time when the menu is overwhelming) and the staff is super friendly. I had the ramen per the suggestion of the worker bee there, and it was spot-on. I was looking for the Phở(the pics on Unilocal looked amazing), so she sent me to the ramen. The tacos looked amazing though, so next time that’s what I’ll sink my teeth into(you are allowed to get one of each — FYI)! Great spot, great staff, and great food. It’s pretty small in this place though, so I imagine that it gets pretty packed during the summer months.

We weren’t sure what we were getting into but glad we stopped. The breakfast menu had us a little confused, but the young lady who took care of us explained everything well. The food was fabulous, the atmosphere calming and relaxed. We eat well and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We will be back.

Have heard so much about this place so I had to try when I was back home for a bit… went for lunch. Delicious food… had the ramen special. The only reason that I don’t give 5 stars was because the portion was literally tiny. And I’m not the type of girl that loves big portions… it was that tiny. Other than that… can’t wait to go back.

Think of a brick and mortar version of a food truck, so pretty basic on the inside. Very nice, but could use some different seating. The food is amazing for the price. The pork and Korean tacos are worth the trip alone.

This place is fun, delicious, and affordable. I visited TC for the first time this weekend and thanks to other Unilocal reviews I found this jem! I had the Korean beef tacos and my boyfriend had the pulled pork tacos. Both were excellent! The creamy siracha sauce gave the Korean tacos a nice kick of heat. The atmosphere was fun and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would give this place a 5⁄5 stars for food but the beverage choices were a little pricy and not a huge selection. The black cherry cream soda I had was delicious it was just the price and lack of choices for me. I am sure we will return on our next trip!!!

The food is truly amazing here! We had the #12 Hash and Kimchi Fried Rice. Both were crazy good. The fried rice balls were creamy and just a little spicy. Perfect. The veggies in the hash were cooked perfectly. The sausage went really really well. Slightly sweet. With some added Sriracha it was soo tasty.

I have been here 4 times now and each time is just as good. My recommendations are as follows: Phở — the broth is very good and not going to find a better option in the TC area. If you have not had Phở before just remember to bury the meat below the noodles to the hot broth cook it. Chicken Banh Mi — the deep fried chicken is perfect. The sandwich is very filling and has an amazing fresh taste with the veggies. Street Beets — these are straight up veggie crack. Love them. Korean Tacos — being half Korean I have an apprehension towards Korean-fusion meals. However, these are very well executed and one of the best things on the menu. If you are in TC this is a must meal. Great food without all the fuss.

We had lunch here before we went to Sleeping Bear Dunes. This is a great casual place to eat if you like food with a fusion twist to it. It reminded me of the food from food trucks in LA. We ordered Korean Beef tacos, lettuce wrap with pork and a Phở. All were delicious. Parking is available in a public parking lot behind the restaurant. Bring coins. I didn’t have any and the restaurant didn’t have any. Fortunately, another customer was able to give me change.

Remember that friend who liked to call himself a hipster because he’s been to an Imagine Dragons concert and has a flannel button-up shirt? Well this is the kind of restaurant he’d open up. Not entirely a bad thing though. I ordered the falafel, harvest style, which is a wrap with feta cheese, carrots, hummus, and obviously, falafel. It was delicious… and filled me up after a day at the dunes. Menu is pretty small but you still have a hard time choosing what to eat because all of the choices are so interesting; it makes me want to come back and try them all. In conclusion, I would absolutely recommend anyone exploring Traverse City to try Harvest. Food’s good, staff are very kind, and the atmosphere is fun.

Foodie heaven! The hash was to die for, as were the sweet potato fries. We got to lunch around 11:30 and had no problem getting. A table, but it is small so try to come early. Great eating experience!

Small Menu, but soo cute. I personally stay away from the Phở when it is not made by the Asians. However, I heard it’s pretty good. I only came in for a snack and the chicharrons with a spicy/sweet dipping sauce was wonderful! COME!!!

Stopped here on the way home from Old Mission based on Unilocal’s positive reviews. The atmosphere is just what it needs to be, both personal and minimal. Service was great and helpful for a first-timer. The food was out of this world. Fresh, tasty, and perfectly portioned. A Traverse City staple, part of what makes this area a foodie haven.

I found this place on Unilocal. It was awesome! It’s a little hard to find, but worth it. We had the pulled pork tacos, Korean tacos(our fav), and the sweet potatoe fries. Less then $ 25 for my husband and my dinner combined, cans it was the best meal we had in Traverse City while on vacation.

Yet another fantastic lunch at harvest. I had the pulled pork tacos, which happen to be my favorite from these guys. I have never had a bad meal here, try anything you won’t be disappointed. The seating in Harvest is a bit limited, but the motto of food Truck this is based off of is Eat Standing Up, in the summer time get something to go and head over to the bay to enjoy the sun and the food.

Man, Traverse City is legit with the food scene, amiright?! I can’t help but get jealous when I am home visiting and have a list 10 miles long of new restaurants to try. Where was this in the 90’s?! Where?! Nothing! But ok, I digress. It’s a really beautiful thing… and Harvest, looking good. My husband and I popped in(I’ve had it bookmarked since it first opened!) during a downtown TC shopping trip and it was just the right recipe. Nothing too complicated or drawn out, but great food. A nice fast casual mix that hit the spot. We opted for the ramen(not the soup variety — the noodles!) and fancy chicken wings with a bleu cheese and celery side. Very nice. Simple, good. Beers and wines to come. What’s not to like? Just a hop off Union Street in the alley behind Brew.

Brand new spot in Traverse City(see also: Roaming Harvest). Cool space with sweet lighting and nice seating. It’s pretty small inside, but there’s also a picnic table just outside too. Very clean! I went with the Falafel Wrap and it was excellent. The falafel were spiced and cooked to perfection — among the best I’ve had. The pickled carrots were a nice touch and the tahini added some flavor. Additionally, I ordered an Heirloom Tomato Salad with Ricotta which was excellent. The heirloom tomatoes were perfectly fresh and made for an excellent appetizer. There was way too much ricotta but I gladly shared it with the rest of my group. I didn’t try the pita chips and hummus but my friends absolutely loved them. Would highly recommend you check out Harvest if you find yourself in Traverse City!
