Small place warm heart, food made with love. We stopped by, the parking lot was almost completely full. All the tables are taken so we sat at the counter. Cows and Sox are in all of their decorating. I asked for my special requests and they were very accommodaring. Then when a table opened up, we were able to move over. We ordered it took a while for the food to come. As with all good things, we waited for our food to cook. The food was good, the cinnamon flavored pancakes were amazing! Inexpensive, friendly, a very good experience. Spend local, go here.

I want to start by saying, I really wanted to like this place. my fiancé and I came here on a Saturday morning after our usual spot was jam packed. as you walk in the door it seems like a nice little family diner we were seated, 15 minutes went by until a young lady came to our table (right before that I noticed that young lady arguing with another young lady and pointing to our table– must have been a miscommunication of who was going to wait on us) pink Floyd was blasting through the speakers, and im not talking normal pink Floyd, im talking high on drugs flying around your living room pink Floyd. loud enough that we had to lean over the table to talk to one another. like someone said before the cleanliness is questionable at best. we were almost ready to walk out but wanted to hold out until we got our food. our waitress was nice and apologized for the wait, took our drink orders. I ordered a chocolate milk and my fiancé ordered orange juice. my milk was luke-warm and tasted like soap her juice was fine we ordered a regular bacon and egg breakfast with hashbrowns, the hashbrowns were so soggy with grease they weren’t worth eating the bacon was burnt… that’s right… the bacon… say it aint so the eggs were alright, I mean… how can you screw up eggs? all in all I left with a sour taste in my mouth, this time it wasn’t the milk I would not recommend this café. others I’ve talked to have had the same experience as me. I hope they’ve changed but I don’t think I’m willing to give it a second chance after our experience.

Kind of small and not the nicest looking but the food is great and very reasonably priced. Breakfast tacos are the best!

Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning after a friend recommended it several times. When we pulled into the parking lot, we could hear 95.1 blasting from the kitchen. Not that I have a problem with 95.1(I listen to it as well), but if we could hear it from the parking lot I was thinking to myself what it sounded like inside… We got in, and of course the music was louder inside. Got a table. From the get go, service was horrible. The bus person and waitress didn’t seem to get along well at all, and service was flat out slow. Took us 10 minutes in this tiny place to get our drink orders(thankfully Candy Crush took up some of that time). Flash forward to the food itself… when my plate came out, it had seemed like someone had run it under the faucet in the kitchen. Puddle of water on my plate. Food was horrible. I will never be returning. Oh, and as for the smoking ban in Wisconsin in restaurants, not here. Go into the mens room, you’ll find an ashtray full of cigarette butts.

Good Greasy spoon hole in the wall. Locals and Farmers come in for coffee in the morning. Pancakes are excellent and the best thing on the menu. Cleanliness of the place is questionable at best.

Enjoyed my food, but the racial jokes aimed at the president and other figures by the apparent owner and his buddy were very uncomfortable. 3 stars only because the food was good.

A fun country drive to get to this location! The food was good… my only complaint is that there is a lot of smoking going on in this restaurant. Depending on where you sit… it may be hard to enjoy your meal. Everything was so good and cheap… we ended up ordering two breakfasts for each of us… just to try the food. They also have this amazing Monster Omlete on the menu… it is like 7.5 pounds and if you finish it… it is free. The day we were there some guy who had finished one in the past was attempting to finish his second… I think he gave up… what a let down… quitter!!! I would love to see a show of Man vs Food here… that Monster Omlete is huge!!! I can hardly wait until the WI smoking ban kicks in July 2010 because I will be back to eat here… maybe even tackle the Monster… I said maybe!!!

Your basic county spot. Very nice locals and good food and coffee and you can smoke there while your actually drinking your coffee.(If you want) Its been there a while and my folks like it quite a bit. If you blink you will miss it. Worth a little breakfast and a nice county drive.

First and foremost, do not go here if you are in a hurry. This is a small place with the husband and wife owners doing it all. That said, the wait is well worth it. A true mom & pop restaurant. Mark in the kitchen and Colleen out waiting the 7 tables and counter service. Their daughter Melissa and son Luke were both helping out(they are probably 7 and 5 respectively) on a Sunday morning. I asked Colleen if they were really busy the morning we tried them. She said, «naw, usually people are lined up outside waiting to get in.» The omelettes are HUGE. They fill the entire plate and are at least 2″ tall. Chock full of whatever filling it is you ordered. In fact, they have one(the Monster) that if you finish it, it’s free. Otherwise, it’s $ 15. The french toast and pancakes looked awesome as well. I had 2 eggs with hash browns and bacon…6 delicious strips of fresh cooked bacon. Had a wonderful grilled biscuit with it as well. After eating this«breakfast» didn’t eat again until dinner. It is that big. Oh. almost forgot I had a side of biscuit gravy. Yum. Nothing better than biscuit gravy on hash browns. The hash browns were perfect(in my opinion). Golden brown but not overcooked. They also offer home fried potatoes which looked quite good. Maybe next time. Gotta love a place like this one. One guy got up and got the coffee pot from behind the counter and proceeded to top off everyone’s coffee. Another man helped to clear his table and then set the table for he and his family. It’s a place where everyone seemed to know everyone(except for me and my other half) else. Their hours are 7AM to 2PM seven days a week. I highly recommend going there.
