Horrible service and only medicore food. The place is am awesome historic building but every time we go we wait am exceptionally long time for a check. Waitresses disappear. Staff isn’t better when they are slower either. It’s almost like it’s worse. Food isn’t terrific. The hummus is overly vinegary, the wraps are ok. Chips and salsa — nearly $ 5.50 a plate. No thank you! It’s almost like they survive because there’s no other restaurants off the 222⁄100 exchange.

Went there on a Friday night. The one man, whom I think is one of the managers, greeted us and we put our name in for a table for 2. Told 10 – 15 minutes, no problem at all. We sat right by the host stand. We were the only one’s waiting for a table. In walks a table of 4, which they seat right away, then a table of 3 they seat them right away, another table of 4 they seat them, THEN a table of 2 asks about an open table and he seats them! This all done by none other than a manager! So just decided to leave… as we are walking out he starts yelling to us «HEYAREYOULEAVING»… we just kept walking, not worth it. We have been there TONS of times and this was enough that I don’t need to go back. Not to mention we had friends telling us other stories about 1760 that were well, not good at all. Well we can add this one to list. As a person whom had worked in the service industry for years, I am super understanding, but this was plain old rude and very unprofessional.

I love their margarita and always order it when I am there. Their bacon cheese fries are soooo good too. It’s a favorite place — you can’t go wrong there, especially on Sundays during football season with their specials and any football game that you want played on their tvs. Always had good service, and the place is clean.

Been wanting to try this spot for a while. Hubby and I wanted a quick date-just to get away so we thought we’d give this a try. Well we weren’t disappointed. Upon entering you notice the usual pub scene– people watching sports at the bar and having a beer or two. Not our scene. But in the back is a really nice dining space with a cozy fireplace and plenty of big screens so you can still enjoy all the excitement of the main bar area. Customer service was excellent. The hostess and our waiter were very accommodating and eager to make us comfortable. Now for the food– the drinks were really good. Highly recommend the raspberry Cosmo. We had the teriyaki flat-iron steak and for pub fare, we were very pleasantly surprised. It was GOOD. Who knew a pub could grill a steak that well? And the potato skins! Simply delicious! And the best part of this little abbreviated date night? The cost. Two beers, a Cosmo, 2 steak dinners, a burger with fries(to go) and potato skins appetizer– $ 62! Are you kidding me??? Convenient location, great atmosphere, terrific customer service, fabulous food and all at an awesome price? What more is there? We will definitely be back.

I like this place a lot. We go every Sunday to watch football games. Every server I’ve had has been super nice(esp Barbara) and they are back to check on you and what you need. We always stay for the whole game and sometimes only end up getting wings and 1 – 2 drinks/each but they don’t treat you any different just because you didn’t buy loads of food. We were freezing under the air vent and the owner(I believe) came out and told us why the air was on and he shut it off right away. The food is pretty good, I’ve only had appetizers, wings, and one of the wraps but I’ve enjoyed all of it. They have some pretty good cocktails, a little on the pricey side, but I only get 1 or 2 while I’m there. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about that place. It’s always clean and friendly. Definitely our go-to to watch football!

This place is awesome. Always have great food and great drinks. We love sitting at the bar because it is easy to just get drinks. It does get packed but that is a great thing for them — so get their early to get your seats at the bar.

Decent boozer. Drank margarita’s and they made them pretty strong with fresh lime… I think :). Solid 3!

Good selection of beers. The food is typical pub food but what I don’t understand is that they clean their tables with Windex. So when the waitress is cleaning a table next to you, you smell ammonia with you cheese steak!

Surprised at how wonderful everything was! I had never been here before but we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! We went there for a happy hour and the bartenders were extremely attentive and organized. My drink would get down to the bottom and they would immediately ask if I would like another or if there was anything else that they could get me. We ordered mozzarella sticks and they were great. Decided to stay for dinner and I got the grilled chicken BLT wrap with the potato chips. YUM! My boyfriend got the Philly Cheesesteak and it was DELICIOUS. Dad got a wrap too(not sure what) but he seemed to enjoy also! Great environment. Would be awesome for football Sunday. We will DEFINITELY be returning and ordering take out!

I wish I could rate this one separately for food and service. The service is terrible but the food is amazing. I live close so I go often. Every waiter or waitress has been nothing short of awful. The food, especially the wings makes it worth it. The boneless wings are the best if have ever had.

4 stars as a neighborhood pub. I’ve been here many many times. The interior design is very nice. It is a historic building but looks contemporary inside. It is comfortable and there’s usually a good mix of people. It is a great place for having a few drinks with friends or dinner with the family. I think that the food is slightly above average and the prices are reasonable. We usually order the wings and I like the wedge salad(see pic). Service is also good. This place is a good choice if you are in the neighborhood.

For what it is– this place is great. I come here quite often with friends and family, and it’s the perfect lively atmosphere to catch up with one another and share a few drinks. The service has always been nothing but friendly and well-accommodating. The food may be just average, but it’s pretty tasty if you’re just looking for something to munch on or to enjoy a casual dinner. Oh, and if you don’t order garlic ranch for your fries you’re missing out.

I loved this place on first visit. Second… well food was ok. I had a bad tip on how to order something from bartender. She really messed it up. It was ok. For this area this is a cool place. There is not much around as far as little nooks and crannies for great food. Must travel for this.

Our family stopped in for dinner it was pretty busy for a Friday night. We were seated within minutes near the fire place. The waitress was great, told us the food specials and drink specials. We ordered our children’s food first along with an appetizer of buffalo wings. After a while another waitress brought us our dinners. Both of them completely wrong, my husband ordered a steak medium well, garlic bread and fries. My order was a mushroom burger. This should not be too difficult right? After sending it back thinking they brought the wrong order to the table expecting them to just bring the right order instead. The waitress told us the order was wrong and they needed to make it over… ok… The next order was wrong AGAIN, the cook could not get our order correct, we left without eating dinner and really upset. The other thing that bothered me was the HUGE monster truck parked in the handicap parking area… There was plenty of room in the parking lot for it not to be blocking access for wheelchairs and walkers.

Halloween. Friday night. 6pm. 10/31/2014. No line. Bar seats(our preferred seating) was full. We took a booth in the main seating area. About half full. We would expect the crowd to grow. Service was good. All the staff were in Halloween costumes. My beer was as expected, perfect(lol), but a mixed drink from the specials menu was awful. The waitress swapped it out right away without any issue. Their menu is scant and made up of very simple bar food: burgers, fries, apps and cheesesteaks. They have nightly dinner specials that are a little more creative. French onion soup was delicious. We stuck with the usual stuff. All good. I think what makes me really like this place is the staff. Friendly, smiling, helpful and ready to do a good job. The large bar area is TV sports orientated(I ignore those) and they run trivia on some of the TVs that you can play from your phone(I love those). Will definitely go back.

Pleasantly surprised. Stopped in on a Monday and started with a cup of Corn Chowder. With a little Salt & Pepper it was good. For lunch I got a House Cheesesteak. They mixed Bacon, peppers & mushrooms into the meat and that gave it a nice flavor. All and all enjoyable.

Probably like Kelli R., I’ve driven by many times, and keep meaning to stop and explore. Finally made the visit this evening, to grab dinner with the kids. Great experience! Good sized sports bar section — several TVs, good space with high-top tables, and a decent-size bar. One passes through here to get to the dining areas, where we landed. Across the group, we sampled burgers, a philly cheese sandwich, wings, fries, and the onion rings. Thumbs up on everything. Pricing is very reasonable. This combination will bring us back. Parking was about 75% taken, and there was plenty of room — no wait. There is a satellite lot across the street, with a marked crosswalk and signs to remind drivers of the requirement to yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk [not that most drivers heed this direction, generally speaking]. My burger was order medium rare, and came as promised. Nothing fancy, but definitely tasty. Beer-battered onion rings were a bit soft, in some cases, but only because the balance between onion and batter was skewed to the onion. Wings were pretty good. Not many drumsticks in our 20. The Old Bay — a dry rub, almost like an all-purpose grill seasoning — was good. Friendly service, though a bit slow but not for a lack of servers. I gather they’re anticipating that most customers are coming to hang out. I suspect if we had mentioned to our waitress, Amanda, that we were in a hurry, that she would have visited more frequently. The waiting was mostly on the back-end — getting the drinks, wings, and orders, went fairly quickly. We’ll be back.
