Bought stuff online and had to make a return. Called customer service and they said to just bring the items to the nearest store if I wanted to do it that way instead of shipping them back and they’d just use my confirmation email with prices and order number to process the refund. They wouldn’t follow their own store policy when I got there and had to call customer service for them to apologize and note that they aren’t following corporate rules. Guess the short girl with the dark circles under her eyes doesn’t know what she’s doing at this location. Won’t ever be shopping here again because of her. She was rude and obviously had zero knowledge of her own stores policies… Unprofessional and self entitled…
