ALPINE SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

We had spent a few days vacationing at Tahoe. Heading back to SFO, we decided to ship some miscellaneous items home in order to avoid having overweight luggage on our flight. We stopped in at Alpine Shipping and Packaging with a large shopping bag and three boxes. Lorraine said that she would consolidate our things and pack them optimally. She declined to give us an estimate for the shipping costs and did not offer us an itemized receipt for our belongings. We were in and out of the store in a matter of minutes. I just signed a blank credit card slip and took it on faith that Lorraine was an honest businesswoman. I was not mistaken. She texted me our UPS tracking info and credit card receipt within a few hours. When the packages arrived at our home, everything was there and in good shape. It was refreshing to rely on a businessperson’s honesty and competence and not be disappointed.

As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was in a friendly environment. She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I had a special request for mailing a package, and she was able to accomodate me without any problems. I highly recommend checking out Alpine Shipping
