I tune my own skis and do better than most shops do. When I really want my skis perfect, I take them to Soren.

Soren is a true craftsman. He tunes, repairs and mounts skis like you would expect from a ski repair shop, but his service is so much more! He takes an unbelievable amount of time with his customers. His shop is open early in the morning and he often turns things around to be picked up the next day. He also has new and used ski gear that’s in very good condition at extremely reasonable prices. He saved use a bundle on gear for our daughters first season of racing. I highly recommend this shop.

Soren’s ski tune service is right next to Wong’s Garden. He specializes in tuning skis for competitive racing. He has a base grinder that can grind skis (not snowboards), and he can wax/​sharpen.
Soren offers a few value-​adds:
— Expertise in tuning for ski racing
— He uses the Snow Glide Tools AF. L side-​edge grinding machine to achieve mirror-​polish on the side edges:
For the base edge, he uses regular hand tools.
— He has a method of grinding the base, to get the base to run faster.
