Mission fig vinegar is addicting. We bought multiple bottles of different oils and vinegars. Friendly service. Everything I taste tested was delicious. Must stop if in Truckee.

I was like a kid in a candy store here. I never new balsamic vinegar could come in so many flavors. It was so cool trying so many of them. My favorite were esperesso, grapefruit, peach, and strawberries. But I could keep going. Lots of olive oil too but after awhile those tasted the same to me. Friendly service too.

This place is so cute! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and they explained how their store works. They also whipped up a sample of one of their favorite olive oil/​vinegar combos for us to try. They have samples of absolutely everything, and they have TONS of oils and vinegars. We spent quite a bit of time here sampling things and trying some of the suggested combinations, some of them were quite unusual and I would have never thought of pairing them. I love that not only do they suggest which oils might pair well with which vinegars, they also suggest food to pair their products with. They ship their products too so no worries if you are in from out of town. They will also package it with tissue paper if you are planning on packing it in your luggage to take home. Not only do they have the oils and vinegars they have a variety of other food products available. I discovered they carry my favorite «Inna Jam» blenheim apricot jam, I stocked up on those while I was here! Stop in if you are in town!

This should become a must stop for anyone who is traveling through Truckee. It’s amazing! Great customer service and the oil is amazing! Be prepared to fall in love.

Such a wide variety of fantastic tasting oils and vinegars. I want to have a bottle of EVERYTHING in my house!

LOVE this place! They have so many flavors of olive oils, vinegars and amazing spices. Natasha was so friendly, immediately helpful and willing to share her knowledge of the best combinations! I could probably spend A LOT of money in a fantastic place like this! We took home a few different items and will be stocking up next time we are up towards Truckee! IF YOU’RE a FOODIE… go here.

A little gem for people appreciating the not of the shelf olive oil!
Natasha greeted us very friendly and right away suggested a tasting of her honeys, pure, or herb-​, or spice-​infused oils, and vinegars — imported and local.
She also offers soy wax candles and beauty products from Sierra Essentials, the Italian olive oil based beauty product line Olivella, and some spice, bread mixes.

Big fan of fresh oils… and this is one of those GEMS that I cant believe hasn’t been reviewed yet…
Very authentic premium olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and gourmet foods.
Their balsamic vinegars come from the Trebbiano grape and are produced in Modena, Italy.
Didn’t know for sure but this store has more then 20 stainless steel Fustis :) So much to taste and I had so little time (this day, I’ll be back)
I also asked if they refill bottles, Yes. they do!!!

Very nice place. Natasha was extremely helpful in pairing up olive oil with balsamic. Many flavors and tasting was great. They also carry honey, spices and pastas. I bought some nice gifts all gift bagged for me. Love this place!

Next to a realtor, you might not see this place if you werent looking. Inside is a wide array of olive oils, balsamic vinegar, pasta, spices and sauces. You can taste the first too pretty much as you please and even with some of the spices. Ended up buying two south American and one South African bottle of oils for the home cooking. They were grassy and had a good sharp bitterness which is the opposite of the buttery mellow selections you usually find. The lady running it is very friendly and encourages you to taste, which is the most important thing you can do here!

They just opened in December. They have a very large number of olive oils and balsamic vinegars to taste. Plus, gourmet pasta/​sauces/​etc.
Major highlight: they have truffle oil that is made with real truffles, not with synthetic chemicals like every other truffle oil. It’s priced accordingly.
