The helpful people at ACE really go above and beyond. We would rather spend the few cents more than the big box competitors (which really can’t compete for service) because of the knowledge, staff, and the quick in and out result. Thanks ACE! Larry and Randi

I have been in Ace Hardware on Bear Canyon many times and have been helped with several major home improvement projects by the Manager Scott. He always knows what I need even when I am terrible at describing the parts or hardware needed. He helped my design an irrigation system for raised gardens, replace an existing irrigation system, and assorted electical projects. He is patient with me and explains the parts I will need and how it should be installed. The rest of the staff is just as knowledgeable. I appreciate all the help the staff at this store has given me.

For fixing/​repairing things, Ace is the way to go. Great helpful staff that does a great job. For remodel type stuff, you might need a bigger box store just due to lack of inventory. So my usual plan is to start at Ace and if I must (which is rare) go elsewhere, I then track to the competitors. Also, they have popcorn!

I come to this Ace often and I can say they really are the helpful place. I don’t feel like I am playing hide and seek with the staff, when I have a question or need to be pointed in the right direction someone is always near by and willing to help. I have also never showed up to Ace and them not have what I was looking for.
