I’ve been shopping here for the past 12 or so years. Many of the staff have been there all this time. They are always super helpful.
I was looking for gallon canning jars recenrly…
Visited Ace, they didn’t have the jars but pleasantly and professionally ordered them through Ace online for me. What more could you ask for in customer service? Consistently great service since I’ve been shopping there!

I really like this ace hardware. In fact I like all ace hardwares. Super friendly staff with a ton of staff available so no matter how busy it is there’s always somebody there to help you. No matter what you’re weird question is are the small things that you’re trying to find, they will do their best to help you find it. Really friendly check out folks as well. Just a great place.

Ace? The helpful place? Indeed it is. Friendly staff that has so far proven to be very knowledgable. They don’t laugh and call me a noob for not knowing which stripper to use for refinishing a wood piece. They have a great selection of all the common household needs not limiting themselves to just being a «hardware store». You can find kitchen items, pet toys (purchased a busy bee toy for my adorable pup similar to that from «Best in Show» if you’ve ever seen the movie), etc.
My neighborhood go to store when I need something for the house so yes, I am indeed a fan :)
