I think it’s interesting that Arby’s spends huge amounts of money to advertise with the goal of getting me to walk into their restaurant. Then to sweeten the pot, they inticed me to sign up for their emails to get offers and coupons. This I did. I was pleased when they sent me a coupon for a «free» classic roast beef sandwich. It said all I have to do was«Turn your phone around and show it to the cashier.» NOT! Seems at this location, I had to print out the coupon to use it. NOWHERE does it say that on the coupon. Seems like a ploy to get me in. What they don’t realize that I have no problem walking back out without making a purchase. NOW they have permanently lost a customer. I can’t understand why they would make an offer for a free sandwich and then not offer it.

The food was pretty good except my food was cold. Although, manager said sorry. I would have rather she did something like give a free ice cream or something but she just said sorry. She didn’t remake just refunded and took food back.

What a waste of time, money and effort. This will be the last time I or anyone I know does business with this store. These are two of the most skimpy and ridiculous excuses for sandwiches I have ever seen.

For fast food some of the best. Love the French dip!
