Jamba Juice

I have been going to this location since it opened. I was very young then but continue going many years later. I have never had an issue with any of the many smoothies I have ordered or any of the staff. It’s always clean, I have never had to wait very long, and it is delicious every time!

The fact that this Jamba Juice is nothing more than an oversized mall kiosk really holds it back from reaching its full potential. In reality, there isn’t much you can say about Jamba juice in general. It’s in the business of peddling healthy smoothies to the general public that are — in reality — not all that healthy. They are very satisfying, generally taste exceptional and serve as a good alternative to, say, Häagen-​Dazs or Baskin Robbins, but if you are looking to become a Jamba Juice connoisseur in hopes of reducing your waste-​line, you’re swindling yourself.
Jamba Juice also charges entirely too much for a smoothie that likely costs them ¹⁄₅ (or less) of the price it’s being sold for. Granted, consuming one could help you supplant an entire meal, but it’s a lot of money to divulge for something that lacks multiple courses.
I also applaud the kids that man this stand. Park Place can be absolutely insufferable and this specific Jamba Juice stand is directly adjacent to the rowdiest sector in the mall: The child play area. The area is usually littered with unattended, disrespectful, loud children who are only about half as abhorrent as the parents that are pretending to keep their eyes on them by playing on their smartphone and occasionally glancing over to make sure little Billy hasn’t stabbed any other children to death. The fact that the employees of Jamba Juice are always friendly and prompt says a lot about the type of workers they decide to hire.
It’s also located right on the outskirts of the food court, which is the second most unbearable place in the mall not called Hot Topic. Too many really annoying teenagers in the vicinity.
So, to recap…
Good: Taste, Service, better for you than ice cream, filling
Bad: It’s in the mall in a horrible location, Unhealthy (for the most part), price.
I’ll continue to stop by here periodically as I pass through, but I’m not overwhelmed to the point where I feel I need to have an IV of Caribbean Passion hooked directly into one of my veins. The Jamba Juice itself is excellent, but the overall experience of this location is just barely passable.

Bad customer service!
There is a BOGO coupon online and the staff wont accept the coupon on my phone. Most places today try to save paper by allowing scan of coupon from phone. The coupon didnt not say that it must be printed, and it a scan bar code as well manual code for the POS. The staffs refuse to accept the coupon even when I ask if an exception can be made once.
Not sure why this store try to kill the trees by requiring printed coupon. Wont go back to Jamba ever again.

There was only one customer head of us and on employee working behind the counter. There wasn’t many people at the mall or the food court at this particular time. The first customer placed their order and we were next. The employee seemed very warm and friendly, up until two other customers got in line behind us and were were looking for correct change, it may have taken us a minute at the most.
That’s when the nice young lady became bipolar, her facial expression changed and she took our money quickly, gave us back our change and hurried off to make the first customer drink along with ours. It really wasn’t that serious, there wasn’t a long line and no one seemed to be in a hurry except the employee. Your experience may vary based on the number of people in line, so buyers beware.

Just a little stand in the mall but wasn’t bad. You can’t get a wheat grass shot here like you can at stand alone Jamba Juice’s but you can get everything else. The staff was super friendly and made my order really quickly. Additionally they offer a 10% military discount when you show your ID which will cover your taxes. So when your at the mall and have a craving for a smoothie you have to stop here.
