I have always been a fan of Pier 1, but they really need to do some work on their on-line ordering system. My order was partially cancelled for unknown reasons when I placed the order, it was cancelled completely when a customer service rep placed the order, I tried calling a store directly and was put on hold for 15 minutes, then finally, I hung up and called the Oracle store and spoke to a sales person named Jojo. She took my information, located the chair, and finalized the purchase in 5 minutes. Jojo gets the 5 stars but the rest of the experience was starless.

This location is very well maintained. Everything is neatly organized and displayed. I love their bird cage hanging chairs! Gotta get me one of those someday! The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, they have some pretty darn good sales! If you are in the area, you should definitely check it out! :)
