Just discovered this boutique yesterday and I love it! Lots of easy-wearing, chic pieces and great deals to be had on on the clearance racks.

Beside the clothes being overpriced I want to complain about the people who work at this store. Your store door clearly states that you close at 9:30 on Mon-Sat. It is Thursday. Do not stare at me while I try to open your locked doors at 9:04 pm and not even bother to come to the door. Then after I knock on the door refuse to look in my direction and act like me, a paying customer, doesn’t exist. That is just plain rude and not how you run a business.

This boutique has very fashionable, trendy clothing. If you are looking for basics like tank tops, t-shirts, plain shorts, or jeans, this might not be the right place for you to go. However, if you are looking for some unique, attention-grabbing pieces that you cannot get at your ordinary H&M, Forever 21, Zara, etc., then Pitaya is a good choice. They currently have a lot of summer dresses, shorts(many high waist shorts), tops(including many crop tops), and rompers. Usually, they have most items in different sizes from small to large(though I did not see x-large). However, since it is a boutique and not a chain store, you cannot count on them having every item in every size. The place is pricey compared to places like H&M or Forever 21. It is a bit cheaper than Urban Outfitters and most other boutiques on University Boulevard, though. I only buy individual pieces here once in a while and do most of my shopping at cheaper places. But I also just like stopping by and browsing their new arrivals when I am in the neighborhood, which is fun in itself. The service is ok. The sales personnel is not the best I have ever had to do with, but they are helpful enough. Overall, this is a very nice store with a nice atmospheres and very pretty clothing. I like shopping here a lot.

I was suprised when I first went in to here to find things I really liked. A great place for cute dresses and skirts. Definitely check out the clearence in the back. I got two adorable skirts for buy one get one half off, and they were already clearenced priced. Pretty great deal.

Pitaya has really cute clothes, but they are a little overpriced. Everything I have bought from Pitaya has been from the sale section. Despite that, some of my favorite clothing items come from Pitaya. Cute sale items are sometimes rare, but when they are there, they are adorable. I don’t go in there too much, but when I do go in there is a 80% chance I will buy something. As for the sales staff — eh. Same kind of rude, don’t-really-care-about-you college girls. No real customer service, but honestly I didn’t expect much from them in the first place.

Kind of overpriced for what it is but the clothes are super-cute and the people who work there are really nice.

Pitaya is pretty cool. I purchased some of the cutest tops I have ever owned for a bargain price of $ 19 each– they were on the sale rack and seriously sooo cute! This places isn’t top quality but for the price, obviously you can’t expect that. It is geared towards college gals but still had some really great stuff for an adult(ha! I’m an adult now). Glad I stumbled upon this place and I heard they opened one up on Mill Ave in Phoenix too!
