My investigation leads me to believe this is the store now known as 639 W Ina, not 7151 N Oracle. I’ve hit them up several times through the drive-thru and service is average. Not the typical über-nice Starbucks customer service experience but still pleasant. I was mistaken in thinking this location opened at 4:30AM like the one at Ina/Thornydale. I had to be at work super early and came to the drive-thru at this location and stopped at the speaker box but could only hear what sounded like someone wiping down the mic or something. After a couple of «Hello? Hello?“s without response I pulled up to the window. I was noticed within about 30 seconds and the woman went about unlocking the window and opening it. I asked if they were open and she told me no, they open at 5AM. I said, «Oh, OK, I thought you opened at 4:30 like Ina/Thornydale and Grant/Swan.» She then said, no, 5AM and pulled the window shut. As I put my car in drive and glanced at the clock in my car I saw that it was 4:58am. Really? She couldn’t have offered to serve me 2 minutes before opening? I realize she didn’t have to but c’mon…this is Starbucks, and they’re known for great customer service. I drove away disappointed and hit my regular store at Grant/Swan and headed in to work.

My order is always hit and miss… it never tastes the same – so I always ask«more creamer» «more ice» «more sugar» lol not a big deal right? What IS a big deal to me is when the employees cop an attitude or roll their eyes because you just asked to have the taste of the coffee YOU paid for modified. Are they not getting paid by the hour? The most rude of them all is Brianna she used to be in the drive-thru a lot more before and boy was she rude and obnoxious! I can always tell when it’s her, she cuts me off when I’m talking at the speaker and ignores me when I’m at the window and if I dare ask for anything more WATCHOUT! So glad she’s hardly at the drive-thru anymore. She’s a bad representation of Starbucks.

I really don’t understand it. Of every time I have been to this Starbucks location the staff is so rude, so inconsiderate, so disengaged from their customers it really begs the question that this must be the fault of the management. You ask a simple question and get a reply that might as well come with a snarl and growl. I would avoid this location at all costs(I will be driving out of my way) and go to the location on Oracle and Rudasill just down the road. Hopefully something will change there, because the entire staff should be ashamed of the culture and history that they are letting down. Maybe call this a re-do(part 2) Starbucks and move on!

I have fond memories and a great long-standing relationship with this Starbucks. Every time I drive in from Phoenix, I stop here to get my caffeine kick before driving to the in-laws. On this current visit I realized this location moved over just by a building. The drive-thru is even better! They added a parking lot across the street if there isn’t any parking right up by the door. It’s a popular location for a sure scrumptious beverage. By the way, no more Einstein’s…sad.

Nice remodel. Staff was friendly. Even delivered our food to the table. That is, when they’re not real busy! And it’s always pretty busy.

This starbucks is great, the people here are very friendly and the location is a nice place to just sit back and watch the traffic. My friends and I love coming here for our bike meet ups and catch up while watching nice cars drive by.

I love this Starbucks! It’s very close to my house which is an obvious plus. The staff is amazing they always take the time to say hi even when they are so busy! I love that this Starbucks had a drive thru for those days I don’t have time to go in, even then they know its me. Love this place!

I’m a little hesitant to post this review, but recently I’ve been having a lot of meetings at Starbucks. I prefer Raging Sage, but Starbucks seems to be convenient for most people. So yeah, I give four stars for convenience. And they make my Americano right! I don’t have to coach the barista on the fact that I don’t want water in my iced American. Surprisingly, they don’t even add water to an iced Americano, so they earn points again for convenience! There’s really nothing on the Starbucks menu that I ever crave, so it’s just nice to know that when I do have a meeting scheduled at Starbucks, that I don’t have to make a pitstop at Raging Sage before or after.

I love that it is connected with Einstein Brothers Bagels. It is the nearest one to where I stay when I am in Tucson and having a drive thru is an awesome perk. The only down side to this Starbucks is also a plus… The Location. It is great that is so close to where I stay but in the morning getting out of there can be crazy with the work traffic. However that has never stopped me from stopping and getting my morning cuppa.

I always stop in this Starbucks when I’m in Tucson. The staff is always on top of things, they have the fast drive thru of any Starbucks I have been too, and they have never gotten my drink order wrong. My only complaint is that they are sometimes out of the spinach wrap I so love.
