I am so glad we drove all the way down to Tukwilla. The customer service was amazing and the sales pitch was fun, not pushy. Don really knows his business and was a pleasure to transact with. The delivery was prompt and the assembly perfect. I will be recommending the guys at the Back Store Outlet to everyone!

Bought a Quest Series 2500 office chair from The Back Store Outlet yesterday and today is a much better day because of it! I received great customer service and had the chair adjusted to meet my unique needs and body proportions. The sales guy was great in asking questions and educating me about back pain. I received a fair price and plan to go back with my wife to show her the zero gravity chairs. The store was organized and clean and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
