My favorite salad and sandwiches shop for a quick lunch. Both food and service are great. You also get reward every time you visit. We live Chinese Citrus salad with chicken. Or I should say all Asian salad are excellent. For sandwiches, we love beef with cheddar panini. If you don’t have larger appetite, you can order half size. Overall a great restaurant for quick eat.

Hmmm… the mac n cheese was on point as always, and the apple was good, the new tea plum ginger awesome… the Chinese chicken salad was blah…

Was here late night about 845 ordering food, they did not have clean bowls, made every excuse not to serve us and extremely rude staff and the best part was that one of the employees said that we can prepare your food but in 15minutes we will have to shoo you away, absolutely rude and poor service

I’m a panera fanatic but this particular location has dropped the ball a couple of times when I’ve been there. They don’t seem to manage their food inventory very well and have run out of things that they claimed to have in stock on their website. They also ran out of the majority of their bagel flavors one morning at 7am because«someone came in and bought 10 dozen right before I had gotten there.» This is a problem for me because it clearly states that their policy is you must call 24 hours in advance when ordering more than 2 dozen bagels. Yet, clearly they don’t follow their own policy and as a result waste people’s time.

Just like every other panera… it’s quiet and clean and the food is awesome! Try the broccoli cheddar soup :)

We were visiting the area and wanted to go somewhere we knew the food would be good. We found this Panera and stopped for lunch. It’s nice to go to a restaurant where you recognize the menu and you know that the food will be good. We were not disappointed. This is a very good place to eat.

This was my first time ordering some food online for pick up in store. I requested to pick up my bagels and cream cheese around 530pm. When I arrived, they were looking up my ticket to see what my order was. I had ordered the Tuesdays bagels special. Unfortunately, it was later in the night and they didn’t have the bagels that I ordered. The person that helped me(forgot his name) was awesome! Not only he refunded my money due to my order being incomplete, he went beyond customer service and offered some different flavor of bagels and gave me some due to the error. He didn’t have to but he did. The bagels are delicious, he gave me a variety of bagels, there was blueberry, cinnamon crunch, raisins and more. I thought their bagels are well made. Overall great customer service is the reason why I’ll visit this place again.

Fast and friendly service. Their food is always good, and high quality. A little bit pricier than going to a fast food place for lunch, but you are eating healthier here. This location has a ton of seating available, and a huge parking lot since it’s in a shopping complex/strip mall. So it’s a great place to stop for lunch if you are shopping in the area!

If you come in for dinner expect to find a very limited selection of freshly baked breads and pastries. Same dilemma with some of their menu items. So don’t wait until an hour before close to come in! We found this location to be cozy, convenient, and we loved the hassle free parking lot just outside the store. I got the chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl and my wife got a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. The bread bowls are really quite small. You get more soup of you just get the bowl, and it comes with a 4 inch baguette section, plenty to satisfy any bread craving. A healthy, hardy food option that is great for fall as it approaches.

Food was good, I like coming here since they have low carb options. Staff was courteous and friendly.

I personally enjoy Panera Bread. It’s not the top of the line gourmet restaurant you go to but cmon, it’s a chain restaurant that is actually serving you real food, not crap like McDonald’s. The line is usually long around lunch time but it goes fast. After ordering at the counter you get a buzzer and sit at your table and they bring the food to you. Today we ordered the BBQ chicken salad and the strawberry poppyseed salad along with strawberry smoothie. The food came in less than 6 minutes and honestly was so delicious! I really enjoy their salads and this time was no exception. They are fresh and very flavorful and filling. I will continue coming back to Panera bread for their delicious food!

When someone orders a soup with no croutons, don’t forget and then fish the croutons out leaving some in the bottom that end up in my mouth. Then when I bring it back to the counter, don’t tell me you can’t take it back and for me to put in with the dirty dishes. I’m already leaving my salad at the table coming over to the counter because you(Panera) put the gluten(croutons) in my soup. By the way then when I was carrying the bowl of soup to the dirty dish area I got tomato soup on my jacket and ruined it. Thanks, Panera!

Food is always good and fresh. They have plenty of seating indoors and out. You get a lot for what you pay.

While the food here is the same as every Panera ever, the service and management here is piss poor. From only having sesame seed bagels for sale(and no other kinds) because the person inputting the day’s orders typed«250» instead of «25», to having almost ZERO bagels in stock at 7am because they all were purchased in a single large to-go order moments before, I would say the management here is terrible. There is a rule of 24 hours advance notice for large orders at places like these. For this place not to follow that rule, and as a result not have any bagels for normal customers(who went out of their way that morning) to buy is just shameful. Better planning would help this place greatly. Oh, and following established protocols!

This is one of those places where it’s like«you’ve been to one of em’, you’ve been to all of em’.» I didn’t get to get any snacks or meals today unfortunately, as I was just meeting up with somebody from school. I got an iced chai, which is usually my favorite drink from Panera, but holy MOLY the guy who made it for me put so much chai in it. Like… A lot of chai. Last time I was here, it was perfect. This time, it was like almost painful to drink because it was so spicy LOL. He was really nice though so it’s okay I guess. In the past I’ve usually stuck with their chicken caesar salads which never have enough caesar on them, but are still pretty good. A couple of months ago I tried their ham, egg, and cheddar breakfast sandwich which is hUGE but kind of dry and needs some kind of sauce, or more cheese… You can never have enough cheese… I really like this location because I’ve always had nothing but great interactions with the employees.

We stopped today for a lite lunch. The three of us shared a Mac and cheese, tomato soup, chicken and rice soup, and a half turkey sandwich. Everything was good, but ordinary. The bread was good also. Service was good.

This a nice place to meet up with some a friend or two, or hold a lunch meeting. It does get very busy though around lunch time; can get difficult to find seating at times. So I recommend coming either before or after the lunch rush hour. When I was in college I used to come here often to study and use their WiFi. Another good reason to wait until after lunch; their WiFi is limited at lunch time; you will get kicked off after, i think, 30 minutes. But, it is pretty unlimited any other time of the day. I find that their soups are salty, so I really like this place for their coffee and pastries in the early morning. I like to come here for more of the coffee shop feel than the restaurant feel. Staff have always been friendly to me.

Everytime I have ever had this Panera it was for a company event where we catered lunch or breakfast. I usually put my order in online and it is so easy to just choose what we want and go pick up at the store. There has never been a problem with an order and the staff is always nice when I go to pick up. Just this morning I got bagels, cream cheese and coffee for a group. The Assiago bagel with chive and onion cream was the most delicious thing that hit my lips that day. So good I wanted more! We ordered the light coffee which was good and a better choice than the dark roast making sure it was enjoyable for the group. I have also tried many of their salads, soups and sandwiches and they are all delightful.
